A beautiful home, beautiful view and a great swimming pool. Faye and Natalia were very helpful and I enjoyed the beach and rock pools just a 10 Minute walk away.

Great stay!! In walking distance to all the restaurants and local shops. The beds were so comfy and the hot water a plus. The breakfast is included and it was delicious. 10/10.

Sin duda uno de los mejores lugares que mi esposa y yo estaremos dispuestos a volver a visitar, un lugar extremadamente tranquilo y privado, coincide con las fotos a la perfeccion y todas las necesidades fueron incluidas, una ubicacion super facil para pedir comida a domicilio, la piscina limpia a la llegada y super relajante, un anfitrion preocupado por la comodidad de sus huespedes y con gran amabilidad, el camino a la playa muy facil a pie y las noches muy relajantes sin disturbios, una experiencia inolvidable, 5 estrellas se quedan pocas con el grado de comodidad con que pasamos este tiempo, excelente trabajo Joshua!

You can't get any closer to the ocean than this place.. Sunrises and sunsets were phenomenal as well!

Great stay. Apartment is actually a really good size. Lots of room. Location is walking distance to both beaches El Tunco and Playa Majahual. A bit noisy for being right next to highway in the early morning but didn't really bother us. Host was exceptional. She was so responsive to all our questions.

María Isabel fue una excelente anfitriona, desde el momento que hicimos la reservación fue muy comunicativa y atenta. El apartamento precioso, muy limpio y bien organizado, con una vista increíble. El acceso y las indicaciones muy claras. Esperamos regresar pronto… salu!!

La habitación espectacular!!, súper buen gusto en la decoración, muebles, espacios, muy cómodo, la cocina bien equipada para cocinar lo básico, te dejan un café espectacular! si llevas perritos es lo mejor que he conseguido, pues tiene un espacio con pasto para dejarlos medio libres. En cuanto ubicación, justo la playa que tiene al frente es linda y amigable aunque tiene un poquito de piedras.

We only stayed one night, because our friends had an early morning flight and we didn't want to have to drive from our house in the dark. We would love to return though! Great place!

El rancho está precioso, con mi familia pasamos muchos momentos inolvidables en este lugar, Luis el señor que cuida del rancho fue muy amable con nosotros. Sin dudarlo volveremos ☺️

Volvemos felices después de un fin de semana en casa de Jaime. Es un lugar ideal para familias con niños pequeños. Don José María fue muy atento y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. Todo estaba impecable, los aires acondicionados funcionaban perfectamente, y la playa es hermosa. ¡Sin duda, regresaremos pronto!

If you want peace and quiet, this is your place. Located just North of Mizata, it is situated on a long black sand beach that goes on for miles. Emilio, the caretaker, is there all the time. He takes care of the house and Oso, the super cool dog. He will cut you ready to drink coconuts anytime. We asked him to get us fish for dinner and he showed up with a 6lb red snapper ($15 cleaned and prepped) that fed us all. We have stayed at a lot of ABNB's around the world and this place ranks as one of the best for the $$. It's beach front, so you are either swimming in the ocean (83°) or the pool (85°). The outside kitchen is well equipped and the grill is new and works well. There are two wifi's, one for upstairs, one for downstairs. Best wifi at any ABNB, hands down. The rooms are spacious and have their own bathrooms. The house is setup for 3 couples or 3 small families. if you surf, there are several good sandbars out front or you can walk 10 min to Mizata's famous point break.

Es la casa perfecta de playa, todo bonito y limpio ordenado volvería siempre a ese lugar.

The space was plenty large for our group. We had a few relatives stay with us the first night but were a group of 8 for a majority of the time so we had ample space. The onsite staff was incredibly helpful and we enjoyed the privacy of the space to spend time as a family. The location is not super walkable and as others have mentioned is on a busy street, but it felt very safe. The photos near the pool are very explicit that they were taken in 2020, so take that into account when considering the condition of the poolside furniture. Overall, the space is somewhat dated and could use a minor facelift but is as described in the listing. We appreciated the kitchen, the extra fridge space, and the television. Be aware that there is no proper "living room" - there is a lovely outdoor space but it can get quite hot and humid outside if you have older folks in the group. We appreciated the host's hospitality, responsiveness and local suggestions.

The house was perfect for our two families, the beach was beautiful and the neighborhood well-maintained and good for walks and runs in the morning. Beto was a great restaurant within walking distance that we all loved. And, Yanira and Daniel helped us with anything we needed along the way. We love El Salvador and can't wait to come back!

good place for the price. air conditioning was strong and the place had everything you need. like 10 min walk from the beach, was down the main highway, but not far and felt safe enough

Property was extremely well-maintained and beautiful. Beach was nice and beautiful sunsets. Staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Will definitely stay there again.

Honestly i had the best time in the world here. Made my stay en el tunco 10x better. Easy quick walk to the beach where all the restaurants and activities are. The Place was super nice and modern. It truly felt like a luxurious stay. This will be my go to place whenever I return to El Tunco!

Appartement très propre. Spacieux et bien équipé. Supermarché à proximité. Conforme à la description. Idéalement situé proche du centre ville. Très belle vue depuis l'appartement. Piscine propre et très appréciable lors des fortes chaleurs. Très bonne communication avec Jonathan et les personnes en charge de la sécurité. Emplacement idéal pour un séjour à La Libertad.

Amazing stay! We love Zonte and this 3 bedroom was perfect for our family. Gorgeous place...amazing views...great location.. We were really impressed with this unit and happy we chose it. The wave house pool was super clean and had a great bar & food service. Front desk was super responsive to help us find drivers and book in room massage service. The unit itself was everything we could have wanted...spacious ...clean...comfortable. The deck overlooking the pool is impressive...Bed linens were an A+...soft and comfy.... Small private pool was awesome...Plenty of good quality towels for pool and bath towels were very much appreciated by us as well. Thanks for having us!
