first time staying in this side of El Salvador and it was perfect! Amazing location, great distance to the capital and beach. A lot of great places that do not feel far because it’s right in the middle. House was spacious! Great kitchen and beautiful sunsets. my family and I loved our stay. very responsive and quick. super helpful hosts. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing place, huge and matched the description and pictures. Emma was super kind and responsive, Toño and Claudia were exceptional. The beach is a couple of blocks away.

El lugar es como esta descrito y las fotos también son las mismas. Es una casa agradable con lo necesario para cocinar y estar tranquilos, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Carolina responde rápido y es muy atenta ofreciendo lo que se le pide, doña Carmen la señora que recibe es muy atenta, servicial también esta pendiente que uno se quede cómodo en la casa. Es un lugar para recomendar!!

everything was perfect

What a beautiful home! We were a bit exhausted when we arrived but they were graciously waiting for us to hand us the keys in person. The love they put into building a home away from home is real. Although we only stay one night, we got the enjoy their home fill plants which brings life to the place.

I loved our home we rented from Jose. It was in a gated community and we were very safe. It was close to surf city and therefore in a popular spot. It was clean and lots of room. We had 5 people and there were 4 beds but some were very big and would accomodate 2-3 persons. Big kitchen, beautiful pool and nice terrace. We were able to accomodate a place to do yoga and hired someone to do a massage for all with lots of room. Maria, who was nearby to help us and answer any questions was quickly responsive and even brought us an iron as we were attending a wedding. Thanks Maria and Jose.

Luz De Maria, was amazing! She was so friendly and very responsive ALL the time. I really like the place, it is very centric and close to everything! The only thing that I really didn’t like was that If I wanted to order something for delivery I would have to go all the way outside of the building, but besides that everything was as described, the apartment was well organized and equipped. If you want to go on vacation and have a cozy apartment you should definitely book with her!

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. The view from both the pool and balcony of the apartment where just beautiful. Lots to see and do. Hosts where very prompt in residing to msj.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, mit tollen Zimmern, toller Poolbereich und Co. Super freundliches Personal, dass sich auch wirklich um die Anliegen kümmert. Gibt also nichts zu meckern. Man muss lediglich beachten, dass die Unterkunft - wie im Inserat beschrieben - etwas außerhalb ist und die Mobilität teilweise eher eingeschränkt ist ( Verfügbarkeit Uber ). Nach El Zonte läuft man 10-15min, nach El Tunco sind es schon 11-12km. Wir fandens trotzdem Spitze :-)

Gisselle was a great host. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time visiting El Salvador after many years and everything went great! Gisselle was very attentive and asked if we needed anything. The apartment was central to everything we had planned on our trip. There are many food options within 5-10 minutes, the apartment complex is located in a gated community and the neighborhood feels very safe. The apartment was very clean and had a stunning view both night and day. We can’t wait to be back to this place and our beautiful country! 🇸🇻

El Airbnb de Franz cubrió nuestras expectativas de seguridad, limpieza, ubicación, comodidad y funcionalidad. Franz respondió de inmediato a todas nuestras inquietudes; los porteros fueron siempre amables y dispuestos a atendernos cuando se les solicitó apoyo. El estacionamiento es pequeño pero adaptado perfectamente al tamaño de nuestro vehículo. Disfrutamos, además un orquidiario que adorna esta área. Hay otros apartamentos, pero es un vecindario tranquilo. Caminamos tranquilos por toda la zona, hay restaurantes, panaderías y centros comerciales muy cercanos y buenos. Así que la zona también nos proveyó de servicios. Es altamente recomendable.

Todo muy bonito, nos encantó la estadía. Todo limpio, ordenado accesible. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Alcy was very helpful with allow me to do a early check in. She was very responsive and very friendly, and she was flexible with the late check out as well. Easy to get there. Clear and instructions. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a good view from the balcony, I would definitely rebook.

I have stayed multiple times at Miguel‘s condo and I truly enjoy it. If you love, peace, quiet, private, and outstanding views this should be it for you. Also, if you love going on runs, there is lots to explore in this neighborhood at any time. You will also see others going for a run and families spending time with their kids inside gated community park. You get a lot for your money’s worth, it can get bit complicated/confusing the first time entering the building because of a lot of security and terms but I prefer it this way helps me sleep better every night knowing I am safe as well as any family member I invite over.

Cassie didn't just provide a place to sleep; she acted as my personal travel agent, offering invaluable assistance with renting a car and providing a treasure trove of recommendations for places to visit and fantastic local restaurants. Beyond her incredible support, Cassie's Airbnb itself is a gem. It immediately felt like home – comfortable, welcoming, and equipped with everything we needed. But the real showstopper was the view! My entire family was absolutely stunned by the breathtaking panorama from the property. It was truly the best view imaginable and a constant source of awe throughout our stay.
