Los Dolses : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Le logement est propre et tout est neuf. Il est situé près d’une route d’accès à voie rapide ce qui est pratique mais un peu loin du centre ville (2 kms). Avec la chaleur en août et deux enfants en bas âges on l’a rarement fait à pied mais Torrevieja est saturé pour se garer. De ce fait, le garage est super pratique. La literie n’est pas terrible mais ça va. La résidence est bruyante en août surtout le soir mais c’est comme cela en Espagne ils vivent la nuit. La piscine est cool et grande mais attention les règles,le surveillant est strict et si vous n’avez pas d’élastique pour les cheveux longs vous sortez. Idem ma fille de 23 mois est propre et il était prêt à lui faire reporter des couches de bain parce que c’est les règles… il y a pas mal de personnes âgées qui surveillent tout le monde et rapportent au surveillant au moindre geste c’est dommage. Sinon l’appartement est nickel et vraiment agréable avec la climatisation. La dame vous accueille super bien et reste à dispo. Super.

Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

Mein Aufenthalt mit Baby (10Monate) war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt (Hochstuhl, Beistellbett, Geschirr, Rolläden zum Abdunkeln, Waschmaschine, Steckdosen außer Reichweite von krabbelnden Kindern). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen toll gelegen, Klima/Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schränke großzügig. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Parkplätze, einen fußläufigen Supermarkt sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit den Eigentümern funktioniert zuverlässig und reibungslos und war stets freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

"Дьявол кроется в деталях" : очень приятно после перелета зайти в квартиру в которой стоит бутылка воды и шампанское. Приятно когда чисто , когда хозяин Вас встечает...когда есть формальны едетали,но это лично к владельцу.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and decorated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. The position of the apartment gave a lovely view of the pool and gardens. We thought that the apartment was ideally located for the supermarket and the shopping centre is literally across the road. This caters to all needs, relaxation and retail therapy. A car is advisable if you wish to go farther afield. If I may make one small suggestion, the shower trays can be very slippery when in use, so maybe add shower mats to the bathrooms. All that being said we would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to future guests and also returning ourselves at some point in the future. Very enjoyable stay.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super, genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnanlage hat sowohl einen Outdoor- als auch Indoor-Pool, was gerade im Februar Gold wert war. Die Wohnung ist klasse ausgestattet, viele Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Grill, etc . Tomek war bis auf Anfangsschwierigkeiten immer gut erreichbar und hat sich schnell um alles gekümmert. Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt und Restaurants ist in ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

En pocas palabras, increíble alojamiento. En primer lugar darle las gracias a Irene por su paciencia con nosotros, nos demoramos en la llegada e igualmente estuvo atenta, servicial y muy educada. En cuanto al alojamiento, sin palabras, nos encantó, todo limpisimo, super ordenado y espacioso. Increíble lo moderno que es, se nota que está reformado con cariño. Sin duda alguna, recomendable al 200%. Gracias por acogernos.

Ceferina’s house was excellent. Extremely clean and very well equipped. She made us both very welcome and our dog Peanut. She even provided us with some delicious oranges and drinks. Lovely place to take our dog for long walks along the beach. Well worth the visit.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Sunshine ! Gezellig en smaakvol ingericht wat een huiselijk gevoel geeft. Er is gelet op kleine details wat een comfortabel en gastvrij effect heeft. De woonomgeving is erg rustig en stil waardoor je helemaal tot rust komt. Ook onze hond had het prima naar zijn zin en hij kon vrij en veilig in de tuin rondlopen omdat het helemaal afgezet is. Veel dank aan Barbara dat ze dit huis beschikbaar heeft gesteld. We voelden ons helemaal welkom. Barbara is heel vriendelijk en gericht op een goede en snelle communicatie wat een professionele indruk achterlaat. Hopelijk tot ziens Villa Sunshine :) ! The spacious villa was situated in a tranquil area, providing an excellent base to explore the coastline. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and we enjoyed eating outside. We opted to pay extra for the heated pool, which was welcome on the slightly chilly days. Our favourite part was relaxing on the sun deck ontop of the villa. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay.

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

From booking through to checking out of the property, Roland was an exceptional host; and Roland’s representative Elly was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to friends and family, and would book again if we ever find ourselves in La Marina.

Logement fonctionnel avec des équipements de qualités surtout le jacuzzi. Vite très amical et réactif qui souhaite du respect pour son logement et je le comprend car il est de qualités avec un prix abordable.

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Очень приятная чистая,новая квартира. Есть абсолютно все для проживание в том числе шампуни,мыло, стиральный порошок. В каждой комнате есть обогреватель это очень важно при проживание в холодное время года. Всё чисто ,приятно ,новый ремонт. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!

Asunto oli tosi siisti ja tilava, kaksi makuuhuonetta kolmella kylpyhuoneella. Näkymät aavalle merelle melkein oman ison parvekkeen alla, johon aurinko paistoi aamusta alkaen pitkälle iltapäivään. Sijainti hyvä rauhallisella Los Logos -rannalla, pienen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta.
