I highly recommend staying at this home! My friend's and I stayed here for a Bachelorette party weekend. Location is incredible only a couple of blocks from the beach. There was so much to do at the home as well, hot tub, fire, yoga room, games, bicycles and even surf boards! The home was very clean and cozy! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Place was great--fit our needs perfectly. Recommend opening windows at night to bring in that beautiful fresh air. Our 4.5 yo was absolutely over the moon by all the activities outside in the yard-- very well equipped area for adults and kids alike! The sand toys were also a hit--we loved walking to the beach and appreciated how well written the instructions were. Just took a photo of them and went on our way. Only bummer is the lack of sidewalks in Aptos, but most cars do seem to watch for walkers. Marianne's ice cream is great, and tamales across the street also fantastic. Weather cooperated and the easy access to Santa Cruz and Monterey made this location ideal. Colm was a great host--responded immediately to any questions I had. Very thankful for this spring break trip--we truly feel rejuvenated!

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s home. They were very responsive to all questions and requests. The location was perfect, very walkable to downtown and also the boardwalk, but private and peaceful at the same time. A perfect spot to explore and enjoy Santa Cruz!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Our family rented the home with adu unit and it was worth the experience. The kitchen was the main highlight and we spent most of our time there. Highly recommend this home for a large family trip but still feel right at home. The home had all the ammenities provided and the location was very safe with a nice park for kids to play closeby. Eric was a pleasure to communicate and any concenrs were addressed promptly. Wish we stayed longer. Truly a value for the location.

Great home base for a family trip to San Jose. Bedrooms were spacious, and having a king bed in every bedroom was quite nice.

Beautiful Eichler home. The house was clean, open and beautifully furnished. Great kitchen for cooking and everything felt clean and well well maintained. It was a great place to stay in the area.

This place is very clean and beautifull. Its closed to downtown and has a modern set up. Host is very responsive. We had a great time staying her and will be back again.

Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently just around the corner from beach, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed the large private porch too. We’ll definitely come back.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

I stayed here for about a week with my two kids for spring break. I felt very safe here traveling without a partner - right across the street from the police station, next to the fire house, and secure locks on the doors. This place was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, walking distance from downtown and the beach, lots of space for us plus a few friends who came to visit. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again!

Our family absolutely loved staying at Michelle’s Airbnb! A bright, happy home that was exceptionally clean, cozy with a gorgeous location that cannot be beat. We would be lucky to stay here again someday. Thank you for helping us make the most magical memories, well never forget this trip!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Always a great time at this condo! It is so close to the beach that even my baby did not have a problem going back and forth! Clean and bright, beautiful views.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

This was in an excellent location for walking to both the beach and various restaurants. I appreciated that ample linens and towels were provided. The living room was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. There were thoughtful touches, like providing tea, bottled water, and blueberry muffins upon my arrival. The host was extremely responsive and helped me to arrange retrieving an important item I left behind. I would book this location again.

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

This condo was perfect for my getaway trip. Spacious, well-appointed, and the views from the balcony were beyond amazing! Although this was a solo trip, I could easily see staying here with others and not feel the least bit crowded. I was blessed with blue skies and warm temperatures. Perfect weather for al fresco dining on the balcony and exploring Aptos.

Roberta was an excellent host and very responsive. The condo was nice and clean and had all the amenities we needed. We really enjoyed our stay while we were here. If anyone is looking for a nice quiet place to stay in Aptos that is near the beach I'd highly recommend checking out this Condo. 5 out of 5 Stars!!!
