The condo is lovely and even nicer than the photos. The view is incredible. You could see humpback whales from the patio! The pools are also gorgeous and the restaurant service is convenient. The drinks are reasonably priced. I would recommend paying daily (rather than charging to the room), the restaurant doesn’t keep track very well and we had a surprise bill on our way out from early in our stay - even though we tried to keep current. Nothing was improperly charged, but something to be mindful of. I would definitely stay again!

This place was everything we wanted and more! Such a gem! Beautiful views and surrounding! Chris and Bonito have thought of everything that you need and more. So many thoughtful and wonderful touches with a comfortable bed that you can hear the waves all through the night. The property sits right at the start of the hiking trail to a bunch of beaches. I can’t wait to come back with my husband next time. Thank you for everything! PS We loved the dogs too.

Wow!!! We just spent a week at the Orchid and it was amazing! Cinda's condo is beautiful - spotless, modern, and incredible views. The living room continues seamlessly into the outdoor patio, and we left the glass doors open almost continuously. The building is fabulous - everything you could need is right there. Rooftop patio and infinity pool is a great place to spend the day. The rooftop restaurant surprised me - the food was good, fresh and healthy, and reasonably priced. The staff is incredible - Hanz the concierge was available to help with anything we needed. And - the location could not be beat. This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and I can't stress how lovely this location was - on the beach, quiet and away from it all, yet only a 15-20 minute stroll to the Romantic Zone and more. We walked along the beach to dinner every night. No doubt we will be back - this is definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed! Thank you to Cinda and Hanz!

Solo me queda agradecer la amabilidad de Brian, su alojamiento fue fantástico, fotos tal cual, ubicación increíble, el poder prestarnos las cosas para la playa nos ayudó muchísimo a poder pasar una estancia muy agradable, la alberca deliciosa siempre fresca!! muchas gracias por tu gran hospedaje, sin duda es uno de los mejores hospedajes que hemos visitado!!

The apartment is located right next to the par three Vidanta’s golf course. The view is great and having access to Vidanta and Gran Mayan is a plus. A minor disappointment was lack of toiletries and kitchen basics such sugar, salt, napkins, cooking oil, extra toilet paper, drinking water. The front desk can send garrafons of water but for some reason, two times in 7 days they were out of them. The pool and gardens of “Balancan” are great. The front desk provides towels for the pool. It was relaxing to use the condo pool. There is a great selection of restaurants less than 10 mins from the apartment. Guillermo was of great help and very kind. The personnel at Balancan deserves also mention as all of them were helpful and polite. I would return.

We stayed at Jessa Rosa’s condo with 4 adults and 3 young children for one week. We had a great time! The unit is large and gorgeous, it worked out really well for us. It was really nice to have laundry in unit and each room having an en-suite + a powder room for the unit was perfect. Getting in was a little confusing but I asked someone who worked at the restaurant for help and they pointed us in the right direction. I do think it’s important to note that this building has access to 2 pools, with one restaurant that services those areas. You do NOT get complimentary access to Xalli beach club, you can go to their restaurant or bar but you can’t use their pool or lounge chairs. I think I had a slight misunderstanding with Jessa because I thought we had access to the Xalli club, but she meant we have free access to the Arco Playa building club. Which worked out great anyways, we had the pool to ourselves and we still went over to the Xalli club for some meals and got drinks to go.

Our family (2 adults and 2 young children) had a great stay! This was our first time in the PV area and we were not disappointed. The concierge made it easy to schedule an airport transfer. The apartment is spacious and the bedding was comfortable. The amenities at the complex were very enoyable, we had a hard time wanting to leave! We did enjoy our tour to Yelapa & Majahuitas. The beach is located in a small bay and was relaxing and had a beautiful view of the lighthouse & mountains. We had meals outside of the complex and ate from the bars/restaurants at the resort and both were enjoyable. Our fav spots within close walking distance were the pollo asado at "Mony," breakfast at Ramones, & Tacos Junior. The tequila "museum" next door was also fun. Little farther away -the view, food, and service at The Marina Bistro was amazing! We also really enjoyed our on the beach dinner at Mar y Sol in Bucerias and more traditional dinner at La Cava de Las Martinez in town. Can't wait to return.

La villa es muy agradable, sobretodo privada. Durante mi estancia no tuve necesidad de salir para nada, cuenta con todos los servicios y además es cómoda y lujosa. Sin duda en mi próxima vista, alargar mi Estancia. En el tema de mi perrito, también muy cómodo y contento. Para este tipo de lugares la mascota debe estar bien entrenada, mi perro es raza pequeña y esta acostumbrado a estar dentro de casa,por lo que no hubo problemas. La vista preciosa, la decoración y muebles son elegantes y modernos,todo funciona de maravilla. El agua de la alberca estaba templada.el personal es muy atento. Lo único que no me hizo sentir tan cómoda es la entrada a la villa,tienes que pasar por un corto pasillo qué se conecta al restaurante. Tanto para salida y entrada los comensales pueden. Pero en general todo estuvo de lujo. Lo recomiendo

This place is amazing. Beautiful view, very quiet, and free entrance to the beach club aboput 8 minutes walking distance. The hosts Rikriri and Aldo where responding within minutes when we had a question. Thanks for a beautiful stay! Wolfgang and Petra from Canada
