We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 1 bedroom suite has so much vintage charm but kept in top condition with all the luxuries one could want for. Great water pressure, instant hot water, uninterrupted wifi, luxury bedding and furniture - we were super comfortable, the location was excellent - very walkable to shops/restaurants/beach. We drove up from Los Altos, parking was easily available. My family reports that they would happily stay here again when we visit next.

Harvey went above and beyond to be hospitable host, and the grounds were beautiful. I highly recommend this stay!

We really loved our time here. It’s a well located spot, walking distance to town. Space is cozy, remodeled and has an off street parking spot in driveway. Incredibly safe and walkable/bike-able area with lovely hosts who live in front house and you may get to interact with if they’re around. Some small things to note is it does have flight of stairs to entrance, so stairs are required for access. It’s above the garage so you may hear the garage door go up/down. Also driveway can be narrow for some, though we were fine in our SUV. None of these things were issues for us and overall we found the place very peaceful and a good value for being so close to everything.

My husband and I came to Santa Barbara for the first time for a weekend getaway. Jonathan’s place was perfect for us, close to a lot of the restaurants and attractions, comfortable bed and a nice big shower! The only con is people living upstairs can be a bit noisy at times and you can hear them walking around we had a sound machine so we were able to sleep peacefully! Overall a wonderful weekend we would book here again in the future.

Great location and plenty of space for 2! Photos are accurate and good value for the price. The kitchen is very dated so I didn’t cook… with some updates and a couch, this place could be spectacular! All in all, it was great and just as described!

The pictures don’t begin to describe the unique, charming, surprisingly large lighthouse style accommodation. It was amazing and so much fun! Laura responded quickly and her husband helped us get situated. Very friendly people, terrific place and fun town!

Amazing place - both the city and the B&B! The resort is well-organized, and the staff were all very kind. The room was well-maintained, and we also had a great time in the billiard room and swimming pool. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Solvang!

Amazing stay! The house is beautifully designed and in THE perfect location for exploring Los Alamos. We walked to restaurants, wine tasting, and shops along the main street. The kitchen had everything we needed for our girls' getaway, and the indoor and outdoor gathering spaces were wonderful. The mattresses, pillows, and sheets were high-quality and comfortable. LOVE this house and can't wait to return.

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

Good location 20 minutes from Pismo. The community and home are new construction, so really nice. Decent size yard and outdoor space as well.

Perfect location for a quiet stay and a Moro walk to the beach. The home was very comfortable, relaxing and clean. We loved the different areas of the yard for sitting and enjoying the sunshine. The fire pit was so nice to sit around and just relax. The beds were comfy. Everything was fantastic, we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for a quick girls' trip, and it was the perfect little home. My two girlfriends and I loved looking at the neighboring houses and took full advantage of the safe and walkable neighborhood. Perfect distance to all the fun and also not so close that you felt crowded or that people were around all the time. I would stay here again and again.

Absolutely amazing location! My wife and I travel a lot and this is one of our favorite Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. It’s a couple minute drive to Summerland beach and within 10/12 min from Butterfly Beach or Santa Barbra Harbor. There’s shops and food options that you can bike or walk to right outside the neighborhood as well. That view from the front porch is incredible and tough to beat anywhere. The house is super clean and Chelsey was very responsive over the weekend. Chelsey is a great host and we will definitely be back here again! Incredible stay.

Thank you, Grady, for offering such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view! The openness of the living area, the different outdoor areas to gather together or just relax alone quietly, and the dedicated office area made our stay the perfect place to reconnect and visit with family we hadn't seen in awhile. The house was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen has a great coffee maker and the ocean view from the dining room was beautiful. We especially loved the surfboard table in that area. We can highly recommend a stay here!

Nice clean place very close to the beach. Be careful with the water pressure, it catches you off guard!

Awesome condo to stay at! Walking location to state street and funk zone. Liz was a great host, super responsive. Her condo was cute, will definitely be staying there again next time we visit Santa Barbara.

This beach house was walking distance from the beautiful Santa Barbara beach and boardwalk. It was a perfect space for me and my family. I really appreciated the extra pull out bed and the playpen for my daughter! The space was filled with thoughtful amenities and extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and wipes! I would definitely be booking again when for our next stay.

Very confortable place, tucked away from the crowd, but also within a 5-minute walk from the Summerland beach and access to hwy 101. Beds are very comfortable, the living room is cozy, the kitchen is very functional and sufficiently furnished for most home-cooking needs. There is a dining table on the deck outside, but there is only a large coffee table inside the house. This didn't bother us, but it might be worth noting for some. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Lorie gave us all the info we needed for our stay and then we dealt with the resort/staff during the stay. Everyone was awesome and helpful. Great game room in the lobby. Room was spacious and clean with balcony, tons of beautiful bird chirping all day long. Walkable to anything in downtown Solvang.

Ederson is a great host. He makes you feel at home and very welcoming. Place is a great location for long term stay. I definitely recommed it. A+
