Great lodging here. The treehouse is charming and full of character. The surroundings are filled with nature and beautiful animals (including the separate and well-attended doggie rescue). This was a very pleasant retreat and I would return there if I was back in that side of Guanacaste. Also, the beaches are close from a driving perspective.

For those seeking the path less traveled, this is the place. You won’t find kinder, friendlier people anywhere. The cabins are surrounded by jungle, with howler monkeys and incredible bird life in the canopy and we even sighted some timid mammals in the undergrowth. The two dogs that mainly occupy the yoga area are sweet as are the two cats. The team here will do their utmost to attend to your every need. Shlomo has great local knowledge and wants everyone to have a nourishing stay. Order your breakfast the day before, it’s great and affordable.

Nos gusto mucho el alojamiento está super cerca del centro de Samara y de fácil acceso. El lugar estaba muy limpioy ordenado como se esperaba y las amenidades como la piscina estaba increíble. En general damos las gracias a los anfitriones por el magnífico lugar 👍

Excelente alojamiento, con las comodidades básicas completas, equipado y con facilidades a la mano por estar cerca de Santa Cruz y de los sitios de playa. Marianela muy atenta y amable a cualquier consulta y colaboración.

I highly recommend Casa Mehiti. Jean was a proactive host who communicated with us as soon we as had booked our stay, answering any questions we had. He met us once we arrived and showed us his property before giving us a quick walking tour around the beach and neighborhood. His dog Lubito happily accompanied us. We saw Jean each day after that and had the chance to get to know each other. He was unfailingly kind, gracious and attentive. The property itself is one of the most unique Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. Our unit was one of four that surround a central raised platform with a pool, communal kitchen and a downright tropical forest of plant life. It was quiet but accessible to Tamarindo via a quick walk down the beach and water taxi (which runs from 7 AM to 5 PM) across the estuary. The beach in Playa Grande was never crowded, which we saw as an advantage compared to Tamarindo. I can't recommend Casa Mehiti enough. We fully intend to return and stay there again.

Nos encantó el lugar, es muy tranquilo es de fácil acceso , cualquier vehículo entra al lugar , queda menos de 5 minutos del centro de samara en auto , volveríamos de nuevo , todo muy ordenado y limpio , el anfitrión súper atento al ingresar y al irnos , sin duda volvería de nuevo con mi familia 👏🏻

Agréable habitation avec piscine pour soirées rafraîchissantes. Elle est située proche des plages , activités ( surf , tortues etc…) . Les hôtes sont agréables, discrets et très réactifs en cas de besoin

El lugar es muy bonito y completo, en la cocina había todo tipo de utensilio y electrodomésticos, las habitaciones cómodas y el baño muy bonito e impecable, el área de piscina tiene una cascada y luces de colores perfecto para disfrutar en la noche de una reunión con amigos, full recomendado

Súper atento, preocupándose desde el primer momento de que todo fuese bien. Cualquier necesidad estuvo dispuesto a resolverla. La casa es muy cómoda. La cocina al aire libre es muy agradable para compartir en familia o con amigos. La localización es genial para aquellos que quieran disfrutar de la playa sin tener que preocuparse por desplazamientos o complicaciones. De 10!

Wonderful stay! Listing shows exactly what you will find. It isn’t fancy but you’ll have everything you need. Location can’t be beat. Maybe a few more towels would be nice but no complaints. We enjoyed the place, comfortable beds, and appreciated the beach chairs too.

I was very satisfied with this place. Clean, cosy, accessible. And Roger responded will.

Carla was a wonderful host and the place was exactly as described. Surrounded by lots of nature and quiet and private. We enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen too. There is no hot water as it says in the description. It made for slightly brisk showers that I had to hype myself up for! But all part of the charm.

Muy lindo lugar, buena relación calidad y precio, lugar con una linda playa ( playa Real), y la casa queda en Bahía Pirata que nos gusto mucho. Piscina agradable y personas del lugar muy amables. La casa amplia, y si es bueno saber que no hay wifi y cuesta un poco tener internet. Pero para descansar y desconectarse de todo es ideal. Llevar lo necesario porque el comercio queda como a 15 minutos. Anfitriona muy amable pues nos permitió estar un poco más de tiempo. Y siempre nos respondió rápido. Regresaremos pronto.

I loved our stay here! Stayed for one month, had a great time. It's a really relaxing location, in more of a local part of the beach which was great. Love how peaceful and relaxing it was living in the jungle, so many fun creatures like lizards and birds and monkeys to see. And it felt really private even though the owners live right next door in a duplicate of this cabin. Their dogs were so friendly too, came to visit us almost every day! Sofia was so responsive and helpful to us. 10/10 would stay here again, great spot for you if you want to be more like a local, love nature, and don't mind living with no AC :) Thank you so much Sofia!!
