This home is beautiful and spacious. If you’re looking for a private more secluded area this is perfect for you. We were able to fit comfortably and the house had everything we needed. Diane and the concierge team were very responsive before and during the trip.

Lovely home very spacious and fully equipped from top to bottom. Super comfortable. Great beds and luxurious sheets. Beautiful pool. Wildlife everywhere! Howler monkeys and beautiful birds. And some amazing iguanas

La villa est près de plage et la vue est magnifique. Il n’y avait pas de bestioles à l’intérieur, contrairement à certains commentaires. L’air climatisé dans les chambres fonctionnait bien, l’espace pour une famille de 4 convient très bien. Le service offert par Shannon et Luis est excellent, ils répondent rapidement à nos questions et requêtes. Les lits sont confortables. Bien que certains mobiliers et appareils de cuisine commencent à prendre de l’âge, c’est un endroit que nous recommanderions.

Magical Place Our week in Maria’s home was absolutely magical. Situated at the end of a sandy cove, we had excellent ocean access and amazing privacy. The home was so comfortable, with A/C in the bedrooms and breezy, beautiful living spaces in the rest of the house, deep decks with plenty of seating for meals, and tiny little spots under trees and bushes scattered throughout the ample yard. Our three generation gathering relished the pool, the beach, the yard games, and plenty of board games and art projects throughout the week. Maria’s recommendations for cooks and transportation were excellent. Maria was shockingly responsive…even sending someone over with two bags of ice when the ice-maker was a little slow for our needs. We were blessed with regular sightings of monkeys, lizards, birds, crabs, and dragonflies. We were so lucky to come upon this magical place that fully met all our needs, and exceeded our expectations.

Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious and clean. Our favorite part of the house was the backyard with its pool and sitting area. Mornings and evenings very peaceful. Beach club is located 1.5 miles away easy to run, walk, bike or drive to. Close by good eating options at Fuego vivo or La Floresta Cafe (great coffee, breakfast and pastries). Viktor was great with communication and easy to deal with. Highly recommend Viktor and his house.

Dave is the man. Not only made us feel welcome and right at home. Quick to respond. Fixed the shower in no time at all. Gave us so many great recommendations for the rest of our trip. All were exactly as expected. Thanks Dave. See you again soon.

We just came back from a week-long stay in this beautiful house. The pictures shown in the listing do not do justice, it is a very large house with plenty of room for 4 adults, the views from the pool and master bedroom cannot be beat, the location is great (listening to the howler monkeys at night was an added bonus), there was always plenty of hot water, and the pool is huge and was kept in pristine condition. The only slight negative we encountered was the requirement to not place any toilet paper in the toilets but rather place it in trash bags (we were not aware of this requirement prior to arrival). Other than that one minor surprise, we would definitely recommend Payton's house to anyone who wants a fun and relaxing vacation.

Great views. The top of the world pool within the community has unbelievable views at sunset. You’ll need to drive a little ways to get to many of the beaches but there are lots of options. House was comfortable and worked great for large group.

Overall amazing house in a secure location. It is a 2 minute walk to an American style grocery store which was very helpful. The pool and house were clean. The host, in particular, was very responsive and always available. Can’t recommend it enough.

Adriano + Deniz were absolutely amazing hosts. I felt like I asked them a thousand questions, and they were very helpful and responsive to our entire group. This home is even MORE beautiful in person. 5-10 min away from everything and we felt very safe and secure seeing as it’s a gated community. Shirley was an amazing addition as well as she made us breakfast + cleaned the home in between. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here; you receive so much for what you pay. We took advantage of the massages, airport transfers, golf carts, + the excursions bookings. Thanks again for an amazing vacation :)

We absolutely loved our stay in Nosara. The house was beautiful and the location was perfect - just a few minutes walk away from great food and Playa Palada and only a short drive (or slightly longer walk) from Playa Guiones. The pool at the house was super refreshing after a long day at the beach. Kattia was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We couldn't have had a better stay or experience, thank you!

Absolutely stunning home!!! breathtaking ocean views that make every moment feel surreal. The house itself is huge, beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. We loved the game room with pool table. Amazing value for everything it offers, highly recommended.

I can't say enough about this place. It was even more beautiful than the photos. The location was amazing - right on the beach and walkable to all of Tamarindo's restaurants and activity. Yet it felt safe and quiet. The house was beautiful, the staff friendly, and the pool a welcome break from the beach. I would give it 10 stars if I could. And Nick was amazingly responsive to every question and request we gave.

This is a great place to stay with a large family. It was maybe a bit too much space for me, my wife, and two friends but we loved the location and amenities! The place is as exactly as described and we really enjoyed the pool/patio and the beach was a minute or two walk :) the Crazy Monkey bar is right around the corner and it does get a little rowdy on Friday night, but no complaints here! Had 4 drinks during the 2 hours window for $10! We loved our time in Tamarindo.

Wow! What an amazing place. We would love to stay at Adam’s again (and probably will!). This was our first time in Costa Rica and what an introduction! There were 6 of us—a family of 4, and a couple. The apartment upstairs was perfect for the teenagers, giving them their own privacy and autonomy, even though the gathering area was definitely by the pool (where we spent most of our day and night). The house itself was kept cool by the AC and very clean and as described—really gorgeous place. It was stocked well with so many games, which we never got to play because we were so exhausted because of the heat—the hot dry season is no joke but thank god for that pool. The neighborhood and location was also hard to beat. Just a quick golf cart jaunt into Tamarindo (or you can grab a scooter in the area) tho there was a market and several great restaurants in walking distance. Place also was quiet/ felt very safe. Oh and Adam and Claudia went above and beyond! Can’t say enough nice things!

We absolutely loved Casa Feliz. The pictures online do not do justice. It is absolutely gorgeous in person. We saw so much wildlife around the property and loved how it was private and away from everything but still close to the beach and restaurants. Claire was an accommodating and amazing. We were so sad to leave and can’t wait to be back! It was a privilege to stay at such a beautiful place! we highly recommend

As my family gets ready to end our trip to Costa Rica, we are filled with gratitude. We started our trip at Kaya Villa and it was exactly what we needed for our family of four to unwind. Before we arrived, we had time to check out the local guide they put together, which was full of recommendations on everything from places to eat to get surfing lessons, etc. The hosts were beyond hospitable, waiting at the front gate to welcome us into the space and had a cheesecake waiting in the fridge. The home was exactly as advertised and was an easy walk to the beach and a number of resteraunts. Though they set us up nicely, the hosts were super responsive, even seeming to anticipate questions. Playa Avallena is definitely experiencing a surge in construction, including outside the gates of the home, but we found it a relaxing oasis and just what we needed. We will definitely be back. Gracias!!!

Great place and host. Had one thing, but the host got on it immediately and made it right. I’d recommend this place.

Wij hebben hier een week verbleven met onze peuter en het was heerlijk! Het huis is heel schoon en heel goed uitgerust, aan alles is gedacht! Goed uitgeruste keuken; wasmachine en faciliteiten om schoon te maken, uitgebreid beddengoed, handdoeken en doeken voor het strand. Echt heel comfortabel en prettig, zeker met een gezin! Ik raad deze accommodatie zeker aan voor families met kleine kinderen. Het huis is ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Ook het contact met de host verliep goed en makkelijk, ze reageren heel snel en zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iets om rekening mee te houden is dat de grotere supermarkten wat verder weg zijn (30 minuten rijden ongeveer) dus bijvoorbeeld op de dag van aankomst is het verstandig vooraf boodschappen te doen. Het huis ligt een beetje afgelegen, maar er zijn genoeg mooie stranden en leuke restaurantjes vlakbij!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Shannon provides pretty much everything you need and Luis is alway available and responds to problems very quickly. It is a Costa Rican home in a newly developed forested area, so be aware you will have to deal with bugs and insects, more so than if you're used to staying in the lowlands.

As a group of 9, we stayed for 6 nights at Julie's place. It was such a great experience. The place feels very private and peaceful but close enough to restaurants, beaches and small shops. The outdoor pool is spectacular for the hot days and there is so much natural light and breeze through the house during the day. The beds are the most comfortable beds we've slept on in an Airbnb before. The house has 4 really large bedrooms on two levels and the spiral staircase took a bit of getting used to but are a beautiful focal point in the middle of the house. There is lots of wildlife around the property including howler monkeys (which we could hear but not see), parrots, geckos, iguanas and tons and tons of birds. The kitchen is simple but has absolutely everything you need. The location is amazing and is within 45 mins of many incredible beaches and restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely come back.
