Una estancia insuperable, piscinas muy agradables, estancia limpia y lisa perfecta anfitriona.

A lovely place, quiet and peaceful but easy to walk to local shops, restaurants etc. Garage parking and the terrace with private pool were highlights. Great communication from the host too with instructions to get in and very responsive to my questions.

Had a lovely 2 week stay. Apartment was well looked after, clean and very well equipped. Kitchen had everything you could want. Washing machine was really useful although we had to buy a large pack of detergent and only used a small amount. A couple of wash pods would have been nice to have as we were given 4 wash tablets for the dishwasher Wi-Fi was excellent and ran our firestick with no problems. Location is superb, having private access to the beachfront. 3 minute walk to the Vista bars and shopping centre. 10 minute stroll to the port area and main restaurant area. Our only negative was the balcony furniture and sunbeds. Table on the balcony too big when there is a dining table just inside the lounge patio doors. It would be nicer with some comfortable chairs to make more use of the balcony. Sunbeds were very hard and needed some cushions so unable to use. Suggestion to have the semi reclining sun chairs which can be used on the balcony or carried down to the pool area.

Nous n’avons pas rencontré Rozana mais la communication avec elle a été fluide. L’appartement est extrêmement propre, bien rangé et bien équipé. La terrasse est agréable aussi, vaste avec un canapé confortable où faire la sieste. La place du village se trouve à 1 minute à pied, elle est agréable pour boire un verre. Et les commerces principaux ne sont pas loin.

Sehr gutes Apartment, unser Aufenthalt war kurz, aber dennoch schön. Hat alles super und problemlos geklappt.

This is a very clean and beautiful apartment. Just next to Playa la Arena. It is very convenient for a short holiday. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Of course, the highlight of the apartment is the beautiful balcony, which offers the best view of the ocean and La Gomera island. The host is very friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and always ready to help.

Hi, from the day we booked Maries apartment the communication started letting us both know everything we needed to know. Marie is a fantastic host always helpful even sorting out a taxi transfer. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and is spotless lovely overlooking the hotel pools and restaurants within the hotel couldn’t ask for more. We had a great time all the shops bars and restaurants were on our doorstep and the beach was a five minute walk away from our apartment. We would highly recommended this apartment for anyone visiting Tenerife. Thanks Marie for looking after us both. Steve & Elaine

Hôte TRÈS PROFESSIONNEL ET À L’ÉCOUTE ! Super séjours, accueil et instruction au top ! Nous avons passée de bon moments en famille avec 2 enfants. Très propre et à proximité immédiate de touts commerces, restaurant et activité. Siam Park à peine à descendre à pied 5 minutes. Nous reviendrons sûrement et conseillerons à nos proches et amis ce magnifique villa.

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

We went for the donkeys and they did not disappoint! Top tip to have some carrots and apples for your arrival ! The left donkey is grumpier than the right but likes a cheek stroke rather than a head stroke! The dogs are also lovely and friendly a husky and a lab ! We were there for 3 nights in-between some other amazing airbnbs on the island ! The home itself was unusual and intriguing the stairs with no handrail and just glass was a bit scary but you do get used to it after a while ! The bed was huge and very soft we were amazed at the huge bedroom and wardrobe. We didn't get to sit outside much as the seating area backs onto the neighbours garden and working garage but it wasn't really a problem for us. We visited a lovely meat restaurant nearby Los Laureles~ definitely worth a visit also Tacoronte pool. We also got a permit for the Enchanted Forest which was such a fun walk with amazing views! Take lots of water ! thank you for an amazing experience we will never forget !

We hihgly recommend Juan Thomas apartment. Very good location close by the old town. The apartment was spacious and in the kitchen and bathroom and other rooms had everything we needed. It was very tastefully decorated and everything was absolutely spotless. The host was very friendly, hw did send us beforehand and gave us on arrivial a lot of useful information. We think that he worked in the good and old Airbnb spirit.

A fantastically well equipped apartment, which had great outdoor space to relax. Everything was extremely high quality and the layout of the apartment was perfect with 2 ensuite bedrooms. The apartment block is extremely well maintained with very clean pool areas and a great gym to use. The private underground parking space was a superb addition. The sunsets over the sea were amazing from the main balcony area. 10/10 for our stay.

Spacious accommodation in a great location. Great sun terrace with ocean view. Well equipped, especially the kitchen. Big heated pool. 5 minute walk to the beach. Spacious garage for two cars. The owner was easy to communicate with, responded quickly, clear instructions and since everything worked perfectly in the villa, additional communication during the holiday was not necessary :)

Logement parfait, proche de tout (supermarché, plage, …) Jacuzzi très agréable le soir. L’accès au garage est peu compliqué à cause du trafic mais très pratique. Je recommande ce logement

Ubytování odpovídá popisu, velmi dobra poloha u more a přírodního bazénu. Byt po částečné rekonstrukci ma vse nutné pro hezky pobyt. Nic zásadního nam nechybělo. Ocenili jsme dětské hřiště kousek od bytu. Nádherná (pozor, hodne schodu) je prochazka podél oceánu na černou písčitou plaz, kde je take další dětské hriste. Rodice malych deti take oceni pozvolny vstup do bazenu.

We stayed a bit over a month from late January to March. We loved the apartment, the balcony with the afternoon sun and great view of the pool area. The pools are great for both kids and adults and in the building complex there is a park for the children to play in as well as a tennis court where you also can play football and tennis. You have super markets, restaurants and a bus stop at walking distance from the apartment. We loved staying here and would be glad to come back! 5/5!

Alles war super. Einfach zu erreichen. Absolut zentrale Lage. Restaurants, Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fussläufiger Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Unbezahlbar: Der morgendliche Ausblick vom Balkon aus auf den Teide.

Arturo communicated well very quickly answered my queries. The apartment was spotless. The bed was lovely and comfortable. It's in a fab location easy access to all pubs restaurants and the beach. Terry and I would come back and use the apartment again loved it. 😊 😊 😊

We had a fantastic stay. Marina was very responsive and the place was as described. The beds were comfy and the patios were so nice to have breakfast at. There’s a supermarket across the street and the restaurants across the street were great too. It is walkable to the water where we enjoyed the beach and other restaurants in that area. Would definitely recommend staying at Marina’s place.

Plenty of amenities and the pool area was a good send with 2 kids. Easy walk down to the beach with plenty of places to eat and shop in the area

Lovely large apparment in an excellent location within a well maintained complex. The two main bedrooms have comfortable beds and have plenty of storage for clothes. The 3rd bedroom is smaller and has a cabin style single bed than can extent to a small double. Good for one or two children as it shares the Jack and Jill en suite bathroom. The large patio has a good mixture of sunshine and shade from around 9.00-17.00 hours (Jan/Feb) It has two comfortable sun loungers and a table that seats 6. Both smart televisions allow you to connect to your Netflix, Prime etc accounts. The pool bar offers good food and drinks at very reasonable prices. The pool areas are good, with one pool being heated. The complex no longer has table tennis or pool tables in the indoor area (as of Feb 25). Overall a lovely apparment is a nice complex, we would be happy to return again.
