Los Vélez : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Sans doute un des meilleurs AirBnb ou nous avons séjourné. Accueil parfait avec une bouteille de vermouth artisanal et des oranges du jardin. L’appartement est parfait, on s’y sent bien partout, mieux que sur les photos. Christina est très présente lorsque nous avons eu besoin de conseils, restaurants, où trouver de la très bonne huile d’olive, etc… Et pour les golfeurs c’est idéalement placé près d’un très beau golf.

What can I say. An amazing place for us to stay with our dogs. Very flexible check in and check out. The host was very helpful indeed and made our stay very welcome. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach and the location is very pieceful. Highly recommended and we will definatley come and stay here again.

Pedro's and Antonia were very helpful and responsive. We had a few requests, which they were very willing to help us with. Location is great, it is on a small little walkway, so off the road which was a big plus for us with 3 small kids (one 3 year old and 5 month old twins). The main Plaza is 1 minute away, as is the beach, location really couldn't be better. Stairs are steep, which made me a bit nervous with my 3 year old but there are little childgates by the stairs also. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend renting from Pedro and Antonia as they are very helpful and responsive hosts.

La casa está perfecta para ir en familia,muy limpia cómoda y confortable,la zona inmejorable para poder pasear por la playa y ver la laguna,sin duda repetiremos.Alvaro siempre pendiente para resolver cualquier duda.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana perfecto 3 parejas de amigos, la casa estaba preparada y no le faltaba nada. cocina súper completa, no nos a faltado leña, temperatura ideal. Esta a unos 10 minutos andando del salto del usero y es precioso todo, sin duda intentaremos repetir. la amabilidad de Encarnación y Rafa han sido espectaculares nos han ayudado en todo momento. Recomendable 100% supermercado a 6 min en coche

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

Miguel et son papa ont été très accueillants et sympathiques.. Le logement est vraiment grand et situé dans un joli village. Je recommande !

Tolle Unterkunft, mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Absolut zu empfehlen. Einfache Kommunikation mit dem Host. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Muy cómodo alojamiento con parking gratuito junto a la casa, hicieron de nuestra estancia toda una experiencia a tener en cuenta para próximas visitas, el Anfitrión facilitó mucho nuestra estancia y es de agradecer su colaboración, volveremos a repetir!!

Absolutely fantastic apartment! Very well equipped, lovely terrace with furniture and super clean. Short walk into the Centre and very close to supermarkets. Host very responsive and helpful

Très bon séjour, logement conforme aux photos et très propre. Le parking privée est un plus et la piscine au pied de l’appartement c’est top aussi bien pour les enfants que les adultes. Sandrine est très réactive, et Octavia qui nous a remis les clefs à était réactives et disponible. Très bon séjour et super hôtes ! Je recommande ++ Merci Sandrine.

Luigi ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er antwortet sehr schnell. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in seiner Wohnung. Alles hat gut gepasst.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf. Host is prima met vlotte communicatie en hulpbereid. Lokatie is zeer rustig maar met genoeg restaurants (zelfs op wandelafstand) en kleine gezellige dorpskernen nabij. Ook de zee is vlot bereikbaar met Mojacar Playa op ongeveer 30 minuten. De flat zelf is gewoon perfect: leuk terras om van de zon te genieten, ruime woonkamer en keuken met alle voorzieningen en 2 ruime kamers. Een aanradertje!

Alojamiento muy nuevo y perfectamente organizado. La zona es muy tranquila (al menos en invierno) y aunque dispone de locales de ocio y restauración, hay suficiente distancia para que no haya ruidos molestos. La urbanización está perfectamente mantenida, jardines y lagos muy limpios y cuidados; es una gozada para los sentidos pasear entre macizos de flores y palmeras. Un sitio para repetir sin lugar a dudas.

Troisième séjour…. Toujours aussi bien ! Arentzazu est une hôte très agréable et disponible. L’appartement est parfait, situé à proximité de la plage, et possibilité de profiter de tout à proximité. La région est agréable, que du bonheur ! À très bientôt pour un quatrième séjour ! Et merci pour nous accueillir dans votre petit paradis !

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Reservé el apartamento para mis padres que fueron unos días. Elena fue muy amable y se contactó con ellos y estuvo muy pendiente de que llegarán y estuvieran bien. Han estado genial y me han confirmado que el apartamento está genial :)

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful urbanisation in a beautiful area. If you’re looking for a short stay with all mod cons and an lovely host, this is the perfect location. And once you there, you will want to stay longer. The apartment has everything including equipment for trips to the beach, five minutes walk away. Shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes in the other (textile) direction. The pool area is fantastic including the indoor pool; there are plenty of sunbeds. Myriam’s fully equipped two terraces ensure that you can catch or avoid the sun at any time of day. Despite 30+ degrees the ceiling fans provided enough air to maintain comfort. Aircon is also available in all rooms. The kitchen has everything you’ll need on your stay here. All in all a perfect holiday apartment. Bravo Myriam.

I highly recommend this place. We absolutely loved our stay here it’s exactly as pictured beautiful and clean. We will definitely return.

Agustin place is comfortable and a great location, right next to the beach, large garden and outdoor area,plenty of bars restaurants and shops all within a 2 minute walk. Close to everything you would need and great for dogs plenty of areas to walk,vets and dog groomer near by, local supermarket Consume, bakers, 2 minutes away, we would be happy to stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt bei Amber. Ein sehr schönes Apartment, alles sauber und ordentlich. Sehr ruhige Gegend, 200 Meter zum tollen Strand. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
