Good apartment for it's price (at least for the beginning of November): perfect location near the sea and restaurants, flat is well equipped. Make sure that you asked about boiler (takes some tome to be hot), about fridge, about heat (it was cold in November nights). Javier is a very responsive host - if you need anything (it's even better to do that in advance) ask Javier.

What can I say. An amazing place for us to stay with our dogs. Very flexible check in and check out. The host was very helpful indeed and made our stay very welcome. Only 4 minutes walk to the beach and the location is very pieceful. Highly recommended and we will definatley come and stay here again.

Qu est ce qu il y a de plus beau que le silence et le soleil ? Ma fille a répondu la lune et les "epoiles" ( étoiles)... C est tout à fait cela, un retour au source, à la simplicité, à la terre, ses fruits, ses fleurs. La maison est décoré en gardant l âme de la maison, il ne manque rien, toutes les petites attentions sont là. Cette maison est un havre de paix. Merci Karin nous reviendrons !

Es una casa increíble! Mucho más grande de lo que se pueda ver a través de las fotos. Está muy bien equipada, no le falta detalle. En cuanto a la limpieza un 10 y la calidad de las camas y las sábanas son inmejorables. La atención de los anfitriones estupenda, nos explicaron todo con detalle y son muy atentos. Nuestra estancia no podría haber sido mejor, sin duda volveremos a repetir.

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

Absolutely fantastic apartment. That terrace is a slice of paradise 🤩 Olga was fantastic and communicated so fast and helpful. I absolutely recommend a stay here. The area is stunning too. It has a lot to offer and lovely places for a beer and tapa nearby. The beach is about 8 mins walking. Thank you so much

Fabulous time spent at Silvia’s home. Lovely quiet outdoor space and everything you could wish for inside. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants if you want them within easy walking distance. Fantastic walks along beautiful seaside passeos. Would have no hesitation in recommending. All was perfect and would very happily return!!

La casa cueva de Mario está genial, está perfectamente equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar y la temperatura es perfecta, fuera había 0 grados y dentro de la casa cueva podías estar en manga corta.

We absolutely loved our stay - the beautiful surroundings of the cortijo and the lovely interior which celebrates the sun when it's warm and is cosy in the evenings. It's a very short walk into the village and Lubrin is the perfect midpoint to drive to lots of fantastic beaches and towns for daytrips. Our dog absolutely loved the setting with plenty of outdoor space for her to run around, and Sam was amazing with communication and recommendations/advice. Thanks for having us Sam!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

Wir haben für unserem Roadtrip durch Spanien bestimmt 300 Wohnungen durchgesehen und Sam und Mats Wohnung war klar der Outperformer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut entworfen. Man fährt praktisch direkt hinein und geht vom eigenen Parkplatz zum Fahrstuhl. Eine super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den man auch selbst wählen würde. Super Lage und ein Blick wie im Film. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad einfach klasse. Starker Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser, alles sehr funktional. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles in der Küche. Außerdem funktionieren alle Geräte sehr gut. Man kann es hier auch länger aushalten. Und die Terrasse ist eigentlich unbeschreiblich!!

Se trata de un escondite de montaña a solo 20 min del mar. Una casa preciosa, donde descansar, desconectar y cargar pilas. Muy recomendada.

This villa was fantastic, we stayed with 2 familes, 5 adults and 5 children and we had more than enough room. It was clean tidy, the pool was maintained well and clean. The communication between Maria and I was spot on, responding to any questions straight away. Loads of secure parking and the grounds are huge. Short drive to the sea and supermarkets, but still rural enough to be quiet. Only work on points would be more amenities would have been nice. Ie, cleaning products, toilet paper, soap ect. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back! Thank you.

villa très belle et très bien équipée en tous vaisselle.linge.electromenage.... petite bouteille de vin d accueil accueil sur place de toni qui est aussi très réactive aux messages et à notre bien etre piscine au top eau à 30 ° et piscine propre emplacement très bien situé parking pour au moins 2 véhicules et accueil avec notre chien qui a passé aussi de bonne vacances comme à notre habitude nous avons rendu la maison comme.nous l avons eu drap et serviette propre et un petit cadeau pour toni une bouteille de bière de paris nous n hesiterons pas à revenir l année prochaine viva españa

The small detached house we stayed in on the farm was immaculate, traditional and truly stunning, surrounded by picturesque countryside, fresh Aloe Vera and even pomegranate trees. Lola’s daughter Candella went above and beyond from checking in to checking out. Honestly the best customer service you’ll ever experience. Words cannot describe this perfect place. De gastheer wachtte ons op op een vooraf afgesproken plaats om ons persoonlijk naar het huis te begeleiden. De gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is huis is heel rustig gelegen in de Sierra Espuña met prachtig uitzicht op de stad Alhama de Murcia en de citroenboomgaarden. Er zijn voldoende bomen rondom het huis en de tuin, waardoor je de hele dag kan kiezen tussen schaduw en zon. Het huis heeft alle voorzieningen om je direct thuis te voelen en in de zomer de hele dag buiten te leven. We komen er zeker nog terug!

We were on a long road trip, and this was the perfect place to stop. Free on-street parking was convenient, and the checkin was convenient. The location was great, right near an Aldi, making shopping a breeze. Ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable and easy stay!
