The photos of this house do not do it justice. it is beautiful and so comfortable. We heard nothing but birds and wind in the trees. We really enjoyed taking the provided kayaks on the lake behind the property. We didn't see another soul out on the lake, but we listened to a frog symphony and watched deer scuttle up the bluff. This is a magical setting. Would be great for a small family reunion or a girls trip.

This house was exactly as shown in the listing—beyond beautiful and peaceful! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here for two months when we needed it. Thank you for opening your home to us!

It was so easy to walk up, use code and get in. Very clean and spacious! The backyard was a paradise! We came in town for my son’s destination wedding and had such a great time! Location was perfect for chapel and venue for reception!

WHAT A FANTASTIC vacation spot! We arrived in the evening but when I woke to the view - I knew I hit a jackpot! Peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The home was set up with care to create fun memories and a peaceful, restful time... Ample comfortable seating. Comfortable beds. All the amenities that would need. Close distance to all the great things to do in NWA. Bike trails, restaurants, everything felt close that we wanted to experience!

We had an excellent time celebrating my sister for her bachelorette party! Kitchen and bathrooms were amazingly clean. Hot tub and enclosed outdoor porch were so much fun. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

Was a wonderful getaway for the family at the Lake House? We had a wonderful time and it was just what we needed yards from the lake for fishing and walking. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed it very much. Tony was a wonderful host and got back with this right away.If we had a problem, we will definitely rent again in the near future

Absolutely beatiful house! Exactly as what was described in the listing and in the pictures! The view from the living room/kitchen was gorgeous, very peaceful!! The house has everything we could ever need! We will definitely be back!

Our group of 13 friends had a wonderful long weekend at Tracie’s place. It was perfect for our group, very spacious, clean and with lake access. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes for a big group. Tracie was very responsive and got back to us within minutes. She also was kind enough to give us a late checkout so we didn’t have to rush. Would definitely recommend!

Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

The space was exactly as published. Super clean!!! We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks and fresh flowers. The space was very well appointed with tissues in each room, plenty of towels, any cooking pan, spice or utensil needed, mirrors in bedrooms, reading material, games, bottled water, a guide book…the list goes on. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the door for morning coffee and evening wine. It was a very quiet space and beds were comfy! We hope to return soon!

This place was a perfect fit for our little getaway. Perfect size, very quiet, and relaxing. The sauna was an incredible addition. Sandy was responsive and provided fresh towels and robes for the sauna. She also gave us a code to lock our bikes up in her garage. The place was very close to trails, water (access to lake and kayaks are a huge plus), and nearby towns. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place, James is friendly and gave me several recommendations around the area. right on the lake, can walk easily to the water! Drive to the site is a little technical, could be harrowing for a larger vehicle.

Bruce was a great host! Beautiful space and location, and the hot tub had a nice view of the lake.

The host were super quick to respond to questions. The beds were comfortable and they offered plenty of extra amenities. They have really put a lot of thought into the stay of their guests. Will most definitely book again when we are in that area. Thank you for a wonderful location and such an easy and efficient check in and out process.

We rather enjoyed the night we stayed. Our trip was cut short due to illness of our babysitter and we had to leave early but we rather enjoyed the short time we were there. I loved the bed. The sheets were so soft and the blanket was thin but warm I have to find out where she got the set. The hot tub was nice and relaxing, the whole place was clean. My favorite part was sitting in the chairs down below and watching all the birds and just relaxing. Thank you so much for the opportunity, memories and experience and all your helpful tips about local things to do and restaurants. We hope to visit again in the future for the whole time next time.

This place was awesome and we will definitely be returning! Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and so much to do around the area! Sean communicated very quickly! All-around an A+ experience!

My husband and I loved our stay here! We booked a weekend getaway here for his birthday weekend. It was so nice and peaceful. It was far enough away from town that it could be quiet and romantic if we wanted it to be, but not too far away if we wanted to head on over to see the excitement on Spring Street. We also spent a day hiking some very beautiful trails near by! Would definitely recommend .

This was a favorite for my friends and I. This home was everything we expected. From the clean interior to the calming outdoor fireplace and kayaks. Would definitely book here again in the future!

Wow is simply an understatement! The house and property were beautiful! We saw deer eating in the yard, a turtle, groundhog, a million frogs, and bats at night. It was in the woods and crazy close to all of the fun of downtown! We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway or a better hostess!
