Brandon's place was spacious and clean. Everything in the home was convenient and easy to use and overall our stay was very comfortable!

This was our 3rd stay at the Dababee House, and is one of our fav getaway spots to enjoy NW Arkansas and all it has to offer! Hiking, biking, great restuarants and coffee spots are plentiful! So much to do! We also just love staying in and relaxing in the sun room, in front of the wood fire, or being in the hot tub, whether for a sunrise, mid day or under the stars! Highly recommend!! 5+ stars!!!

Great place to stay close to anything you would want. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds and baths were very nice . I would recommend highly .

This place is fantastic and right off the hiking/biking trails. The view from the sunroom was fantastic with the beautiful trees and wooded forest with surrounding hills and the sunroom was perfect with the floor to ceiling windows to bring the outside in. The fireplace was a must and very welcomed given the very cold mornings. Very spacious and open living area with a couch long enough for 5 people. Very quiet neighborhood which was perfect. Having the washer/dryer was great not having to come back home to more than one load was so helpful. We will be back!!

Great place!! Comfortable and relaxing!! Cute patio, but we couldn’t enjoy it because of all the snow in the NW. Fit all of our needs!! 🤓

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

We had a great stay at Gwen and Larry’s place! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect distance to walk to the football game at U of A. We’d definitely stay here again. ❤️

We very much enjoyed our weekend in Bentonville and are so glad we stayed at Peddler’s Place. A lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the fun downtown. It was perfect!

What a great stay! Very organized, and the house had everything we needed. Location was perfect, just a few steps from downtown. The hosts were fantastic and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay visiting our son at college. This location is great - close to restaurants, the University and shopping.

Everything was clean, nice, Sandra was great!

We loved the at-home feel and all of the extra amenities available. If you are looking to escape the busy parts of Branson this is an awesome location. The only thing we wish we’d have had was propane to use the grill. We planned on staying in one evening and grilling but we had no problem finding some fast food a few miles away.

The place was exactly as described. It had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for walking Dickson Street and anything on campus!! Both beds were very comfortable. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

The apartment was great. There was someone parked in our other spot so when our daughter came by she had to park at a nearby frat to visit. Great location!! Cool vibe. Would stay again! Thank you!

Brandi’s place was absolutely perfect! When trying to book a place, this was one of the only ones that I could find where it was update, clean, and cozy. The view of the lake was great as well. I would definitely stay here again! The unit was exactly as described and pictured.
