Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Lovely house, spacious, airy and cozy at the same time. Clean, Warm and well equipped property. Kitchen well equipped, lovely welcome gift from the local bakery, and milk, butter and eggs in the fridge. Huge garden, with beautiful sea view, private patio with table and outside seats. Picnic bench and chairs with sea view. Will definitely be returning, thank you for thinking of everything X

My family and I had the best weekend in Plymouth! Daryl’s house was beautifully decorated with all the home comforts you could hope for. The open plan kitchen was spacious and well equipped with everything a family of 5 would need. There was a welcome package containing a bottle of Prosecco, some chocolate and milk which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The bedrooms were also spacious and beautifully decorated and we used the sofa bed in the lounge as an extra bedroom. The garden was a great space with lots of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine. We discovered a short woodland walk nearby which was perfect for the dog and found the neighbourhood to be quiet, peaceful and the neighbours friendly. Communications with Daryl was helpful and friendly. Overall we had a superb stay at The Squirrels and would happily return.

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Siobhan’s cosy annexe. It was bright, spacious and perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. We really appreciated the easy access to the local amenities and the sea. Can't wait to came back again!

The view is just incredible. Made us feel very relaxed. There is everything in the studio for your comfort. The bathroom and kitchen were immaculate. The balcony is such a massive bonus. Even though the weather was very variable we never got fed up the view. There are plenty of places to eat close by. The Indian restaurant next door was really good. Lots of takeaways and the Great western a few doors down offer a basic menu including breakfast. The beaches are gorgeous. So glad we found this little gem of a place to stay. Mia’s place was gorgeous, spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It was lovely to have all the necessities there, including milk and toiletries to use. It’s in a great location and Mia was always so friendly and responsive. I would 100% recommend! The only bit to keep in mind is that this is not exactly an apartment, but a self sufficient section of a family home with certain doors locked to make it private. The parking is also an extremely small lay by in front of the back garage, accessible by a very steep, narrow single lane ally way. Mia was helpful in helping us find this, but just be aware that if your car is larger than a fiat 500 and you are not a confident driver, you may struggle.

Great self contained unit. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a short stay. Very easy to walk to the beaches and town. Parking for larger vehicles tricky but manageable. Caroline was very kind in arranging the booking at late notice.

Great space immaculately clean and well equipped with all you would need slightly out of town which was great for us Sea view and 5 mins from the best beach in Newquay what’s not to like Thanks Francine we will be back

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent seafront accommodation. Very well maintained and just as you see it in the pictures.

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

We had a wonderful stay at Damian’s place. He is a responsive, relaxed and friendly host. He met us on arrival, showed us round and gave some useful information about the local area. The flat is well kept and homely with an amazing view over the water. We really appreciated the little touches like a supply of coffee, dog bed, binoculars and yoga mat, he had thought of everything. The local area had everything we needed including a great pizza place, ‘Pizzeria 42’ just around the corner and a lovely wooded park to walk the dog. We would definitely come again.

Anna's apartment is a great base if you are visiting Newquay. We stayed for a month and felt right at home. It's in a great location to reach all the main parts of Newquay and the outside area with a separate entrance is great if you are surfing and bringing back boards and wetsuits. We had some issues with the internet speeds but Anna was always responsive and helped get things back online. Highly recommend!

A beautiful place in a beautiful location and lovely to get away for a few days and enjoy the fantastic apartment and the views i could sit and watch for hours.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
