We had such a lovely stay at the pod. Super cosy and relaxing and just what we needed!

We had the most perfect stay at Redwood Lodge! From the moment we arrived, everything was peaceful and relaxing — exactly what we were looking for. The setting was beautiful and quiet, ideal for a getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub — it was spotless, warm, and the perfect way to unwind while soaking in the tranquil surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for more and would absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

A fantastic place to stay with an amazing hot tub and views of the river and the horses over in the fields. Quiet and so comfortable it was like a home from home. It was exactly as described and in the pictures. We are definitely going to be going back again. Fantastic and we'd give it 100% Diane responded immediately to emails, a wonderful host.

Our trip to The Pine Martin was nothing short of amazing—it truly lived up to its glowing reviews! From the start, Martin was an incredible host, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He accommodated an early check-in, gave us great local tips, and was always available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning! Right on the doorstep, there’s a beautiful dog walk around the estate grounds and a lake—perfect for peaceful strolls. The surrounding area has some great food spots, both in Otterburn and on the estate itself. The house itself? Just perfect. Super comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy open-plan living space that made for relaxing evenings. The hot tub was also spotless and well-maintained—such a treat If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with nature, comfort, and a fantastic host, we’d highly recommend The Pine Martin

Alice's place was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and left a note in the guest book saying as such. I took my girlfriend away to propose (she said yes). The space was stunning, absolutely beautiful and will hold a very special place in my memory. We really wanted to use the outside bath but didn't have the chance to, so we'll be coming back for a wash at some point.

This is a gorgeous lodge to book. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay overnight with a separate lodge for each. The fire hut is a great place to relax and stay warm. The games room is fun. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with great communication. The rooms were stunning and clean. There are massage chairs in each lodge which were amazing. The lodges are well equipped, there was an air fryer and coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend this place and would love to rebook in the future.

This was my second stay at the wigwam. My dog Rufus and I stayed for one night and it’s was such a lovely place to stay. Beautiful walks. Deer and highland cows close by. Quiet peaceful place. Inside and outside cabin was very clean and lovely. Such lovely nice hosts as well especially the wife as she was very helpful informing me of the outside bath and topping it up. Will 100% be back.

This place is a hidden gem. Rosie and Jim are excellent hosts, they made our stay incredible and we had the most wonderful new year. The house is better than in pictures, the surrounding fields and beautiful landscapes are truly incredible. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

We stayed in the Sung for a 2 night girls weekend away.. for a special birthday. Before we arrived, Sara was easy to contact, and allowed us to check in early to extend our celebrations. As we arrived, our Asda delivery was awaiting our arrival, which makes things much easier. The Sung was immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are incredibly comfy!! And the couch!! Sara pays so much attention to detail, and even made us a hamper to enjoy. There was Prosecco in the fridge, birthday cakes, and more - thank you!! We spent most of our time in the tub (which is maintained every day, and amazing at night when the stars are shining), and having one too many Proseccos, but there’s lots of walking to do. We ventured out to one of the local pubs which was delicious too. We forgot a bag when we left, and Sara called us and help arrange for us to come back and collect. We’ll definitely be back!! Great wee location , handy for St Andrews where we had lunch. The tower was lovely, we had the weather and were able to sit out the back.

Stephen’s place was a perfect home base for our golf trip. The view is amazing and the cottage was very clean and well furnished.

Beautiful cabin with post-card picturesque views. It was a true winter wonderland which made for a lovely experience. The heavy snow did mean we chose to not use the hot tub as it does take a while to heat up and we preferred to stay in the warmth of the cabin but that just means we’re keen to come back again to make full use of the cabin and the surrounding things to see/do! Host was helpful and responsive, and all the information ahead of the stay helped us have a stress free trip.

Great Air B&B in peaceful surroundings. Being dog friendly was a huge bonus. Lovely clean accommodation, kitchen had everything you would need. Shower is wonderful and strong. Beds comfortable. Outdoor area with bench lovely to sit and admire the view. Private beach with access to water was big hit for dogs. Thank you for having us. Will be back.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Nicola’s lodge recently. It exceeded expectations in every way! Ideal for families, couples or anyone visiting Gleneagles. We were a party of 4 blokes on a golf trip and it was perfect for that too. Nicola was great. Her communication from start to finish was brilliant. The whole booking and stay was so easy. When we return we’ll 100% book this again.

Great place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the city. Easy park and ride into Edinburgh. The surroundings are stunning, a great place to wake up to! There were plenty of walks but we didn’t end up doing any of them as we had walked for hours in Edinburgh and couldn’t face anymore hilly walks!

Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

Do not miss the chance to stay at this beautiful lodge! Best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Even lovelier than the pictures and everything provided is high quality from kitchen equipment to bedding. The reservoir at the bottom of the hill is perfect for swimming and the bath on the veranda is a gorgeous way to relax in the evening and watch the stars. Mitchel was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I cannot recommend East Rigg Lodges highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Had a fabulous stay in this gorgeous comfortable caravan, had everything you needed, very clean and spacious, lovely quiet location, great decking area with comfortable seating, would highly recommend, great place to stay, was sad my holiday went so fast. Fantastic.

We had a wonderful stay. There is nothing we would want more. The Birch Lodge is very comfortable and spacious. The surrounding is beautiful and peaceful. Even though it was our second time at the Lodge we are already planning our next visit. Thank you for having us. Joanna and Mariusz

Fantastic place to stay, very comfortable and great hosts. I spent 2 months here whilst working in the local area and was a fantastic place to unwind in the evenings and relax.

A beautiful cosy comfortable cabin in a lovely peaceful area. Great communication and easy entry into the cabin. We loved the extra touches of games and books. Everything you need for a cabin stay and if you forget anything there is a great vending machine for extra marshmallows fire wood ect! Can’t wait to return with our kids and explore the area more and use the swimming pool too!

Fantastic location! Felt like home away from home. Samantha was extremely helpful with the amount of information she provided when we first booked. Would definitely recommend this anyone looking for a quiet cosy weekend away!
