Amazing stay at Samuel’s! I would repeat myself on the comments already here but, great host, cool access from the center with buses 24 and 9 (and everything you need is in the booklet they made for the guests). The house is beautiful, Momo the cat is lovely as well as the whole family. They’re super reactive to every question and need. You don’t get to have the keys but you don’t need to worry there will be always someone opening the door at anytime (and you’ll visit the town in a chill way not having to worry about carrying some stranger’s keys you’re afraid to loose)

What gorgeous place! Zoe's home felt like a home away from home, beautiful furniture and amazing record collection. Quiet friendly location with great proximity to sights and local restaurants/bars. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a weekend as a group of 5 old school friends to catch up and spend some time in Edinburgh. This property was the perfect place to stay for it! The location is in a beautiful part of Edinburgh, in walking distance to town and just 8 minutes down to Dean Village viewpoint and a lovely walk along to the art gallery. The flat is so stylish and the interiors are beautiful and high quality. We loved spending time in the kitchen/seating area and the bedrooms were peaceful and cosy. There is also a tv room for a bit of quiet time or space. Johnny was fantastic with communication and helping us with any queries. We ordered a Waitrose delivery to the flat and the kitchen had lots of extras and a great selection of teas. If you are looking for a place to stay in Edinburgh this is the one! We will definitely be back and we all agree it was great value for the quality of the property and the area. Thank you so much!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Il est très bien situé, accessibilité facile au centre et aux points d'intérêts d'Édimbourg à pied ou en bus avec l'arrêt à 1 min du logement. Le logement était conforme à la description, propre, la cuisine et la douche étaient très fonctionnelles. La chambre est au sous-sol mais il n'y a pas de bruit et le lit était confortable ! L'hôte est très réactif et est même venu en quelques minutes régler un problème de wifi au début du séjour, je recommande ce logement.

We booked here as a place to stay while visiting Edinburgh to see the Military Tattoo. It was so handy and nearby, 10minutes down the road and we were there. We'd informed Anna we would be arriving late and the communication was brilliant. The instructions she gave us were fab and we found the parking space and flat in no time, even at gone midnight! Flat was exactly like the photos, clean, tidy and comfortable. Thanks Anna

Where do I start ? This is by far the best Air bnb we have stayed in ! The photos do not do it justice it’s spotless , spacious, the bed is so comfortable and the hosts could not make you feel anymore welcome . What a find in the heart of Glasgow 11/10

Melville and Ciara is the BEST host i’ve ever met. They welcomed us as we were their old friends. They are sincerely give an extra mile in everything. Mel helped us with the luggages upstair and down. Ciara always makes sure we are comfortable. The house itself is beyond expectation. They decorated in amazing way. Very neat, well organized, spotless and tidy .. and smell very nice. The high quality bed and linen makes us sleep very well. The bathroom is perfectly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we need. It is a little bit far from city but there is a bus station just in front of their development with a bus takes only 30 minutes to city. The surrounding is very quiet so it feels like a sanctuary after long day in the crowds. And Brodie their cavapoo dog is a very good boy. He is super friendly. I do highly recommend this house for anyone who seek a “far away home” in Edinburgh.

The house is absolutely stunning and Drew was very helpful and responded literally immediately. Well equipped and he has went above and beyond with all the little extras.

Минусы: В комнате с большими зеркалами будьте очень осторожны. Так как зеркало не закреплено и сильно шатается от малейшего прикосновения. Это очень небезопасно. Ночью пришлось вставать в туалет и нечайно задела зеркало, я сильно испугалась, так как зеркало зашаталось и от этого громко зашумело. Оно могло разбиться и поранить меня. В итоге я не выспалась. За кроватью были обнаружены вещи, забытые другими гостями. Это означает, что уборка дома производится не тщательно. В описании дома были указаны, что не предоставляют домашние тапочки, но они оказались очень необходимы. Так же на кухне не оказалось кофемашины, а лишь заварник для кофе. На кухне необходимы наличие бумажных салфеток. В общем рекомендую, если закрепят зеркало. Спасибо.

The place was great. Spacious for the 3 families to stay and nice shorts walks and things to explore for small kids nearby

The house was clean and spacious with all the amenities that we needed for a relaxing weekend. It was a nice touch to have toiletries available for guests, my teenage boys appreciated the huge television!

Kamil, was a fantastic host. As I was his first long stay rental he outlined his rules. Respect to privacy but also sociable and volunteered to take me with him when he did grocery shopping or going for take out meals. His place felt like a second home, and asked me before going into the room I rented if he had to access items stored there. The keyless door lock and outdoor camera made me feel secure. With the kitchen I had my own cupboard space as well as space in the fridge and freezer for my food, as well as instructed me in the use of the cooker and washing machine ( different from Canada).

Centrally located appartment with great view over the river and a very nice pub next door. The hosts are super nice and considerate and the breakfast is top notch. If this type of accommodation suites you, I highly recommend it.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Everything about our stay at Allegra's apartment was perfect. Lovely clean property, the little instruction notes dotted around were very helpful, and she was very responsive and friendly. Transport into town was conveniently located and being within walking distance from the beach was lovely! Can't wait to stay again, I'd recommend it to anybody who wants to feel comfortable and at home :)

Host could not have been more lovely or responsive! We were stuck for a day because of the Heathrow fire and staying at her gorgeous flat made us wish we had further delays! Everything has been thought of – plugs near beds, smart TVs, comfy beds and linens… Also great neighborhood! Thank you so much. I hope we’ll be back someday!

Julie-Ann was absolutely fantastic! I’m usually weary about staying in a room opposed to a full home, but Julie-Ann made me feel right at home. Very comfortable room and cozy bed! The pets were a plus too. Very walkable location as well! Can’t wait to stay with Julie-Ann next time I’m in Edinburgh.

Alex is an amazing host! not only is the apartment beautiful and in an amazing location, she also was very helpful to me and my wife when I got sick on our last day. she allowed us to stay an extra day after we explained the situation and was very kind and understanding to our situation. the apartment is also very well located - next to the River Leif area and off a hill close to cafes, stores, markets, and restaurants.
