Wonderful home in a very peaceful neighborhood. Lyssa was very responsive even at odd hours.

This place was just what we needed. Beautiful quiet comfy place to retreat to after touring UTK. Wonderful cabin experience outside, with the comforts of home inside. Great place!

In the area for an MTB Race at Winrock Park. Cindy’s place was very nice. Right on the river, beautiful views from the porch. We’ll be back.

Our family had a beautiful stay while visiting family in Tellico Village. We slept great, had lots of room to unpack and spread out, and the kitchen came stocked with some spices, flour, etc.

This was our second time staying at Cindy’s home. Just as good as our first stay! Walked in to a fresh loaf zucchini bread from the Fresh Market. House was clean and just felt like home away from home for us. Cindy is a great host and we will always look for this home when we come back to the area.

We were there for 3 weeks and it was the perfect spot. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood were friendly and there were lots of trails through the trees to walk as well. The house is on a hill and high enough that you don’t notice the house below it which makes you feel like you’re more secluded. We bought a water filter for our time there because we didn’t like the taste of chlorine from the tap. The beds were comfortable. Firm but soft which worked well for us. Overall great experience!

My sister and brother in law now reside in Tellico Village. The location of this home was perfect for us while visiting. It was easy access to their home and all the adventures which they had planned for us to partake in.

House is beautiful. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean, great water pressure. Mei was very responsive and helpful. she genuinely cared about the quality of our stay. We are considering a move to the area, and she was kind enough to get us passes to the TV wellness center so we could experience it. I highly recommend Mei Ling and this location. Great stay!

Beverly’s place was super cute and comfortable, I loved the bed and the location, the hardwood and the eclectic vibe. She’s up the hill from this gorgeous little creek and the woods surrounding gives a sense of comfort and privacy. She’s also an excellent host, we got in a bind because of the weather in Nashville she gave us the option of a flexible checkout which helped immensely. Thank you again Beverly!!!

This place is truly special! Even better in person than what the photos show. Barb has spared no attention to detail. From the towel warmer in the bathroom, to the chilled glasses in the freezer, to the toothbrushes and tiny toothpaste, to the beautiful modern farm decor, …this place is a STAND OUT among any AirBnb locations I’ve been to. Perfect for a quiet getaway! The apartment was fully stocked with everything you might need. Barb was very communicative, friendly, and immediately made us feel welcomed. The surroundings are beautiful! We enjoyed walking around the farm seeing turkeys, horses, and wildlife. The landscape is immaculate. The unit was SPARKLING clean. Furniture, bathroom, linens, floors, walls, …totally clean and look brand new. We arrived late in the evening after moving my son in at UTK. As soon as we walked in the door we felt right at home. I’d give this a 20/10 if I could! We’ll be back!

A peaceful and very clean little spot for my weekend in Knoxville. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and cooking equipment which made eating in very convenient.

Lovely little stop! Actually wish we had more time for the kids to play. Wonderful collection of books, beautiful back porch area, and plenty of kids toys. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Would absolutely book this place again!

Omari’s place was very clean and the aesthetics of the decor are commendable. Very comfortable and I felt at home. Very responsive. I must say that you will likely hear a couple of trains pass at about 1:50 am and almost 6:00 am but that is beyond her control. Very convenient to highways. Kitchen was adequately equipped as we cook often when booking airbnbs. Great little studio.

My daughter and I so enjoyed our stay at Barbara and Anthony's warm and welcoming Airbnb. The directions for check in were clear and they communicated quickly. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we might have needed. They even had an assortment of coffees, teas, and creamer in the fridge. I so enjoyed waking up and sipping my tea in the screened in porch listening to the rain. We will definitely come back.

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

A little slice of Heaven, with beautiful views out every window. Faith was quick to alert us of a brief power outage and made sure we knew where the emergency supplies were located. Such a peaceful place. I was concerned about the sawmill at first, but did not hear it. My favorite part was seeing the horses on the hillside every morning and watching the squirrels and chipmunks play. Could have stayed at the cabin the whole time, but enjoyed driving around and seeing the sites. Obed National Forrest overlook is a must and Brushy Mountain State Penitentiary. If you venture into the mountains, make sure you have a full tank of gas and a paper map because you will have spotty reception. But amazing views! Thanks again Ms Faith for sharing your amazing cabin.

If you’re on the fence about booking, DO IT! Everything you could need for a little getaway in the woods, is included. It may be a little farther from the main attractions, but even those drives were worth it! The bed is comfortable, lake was stocked with fish, everything was in working condition, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and we never ran out of towels! My two year old was entertained for hours between the slide, sandbox, swing set, making s’mores and going out on the lake! While I was worried about her and the water, everything is open well enough to keep an eye on littles if they get too close. Will definitely be back in the future! BEST spot for an easy going vacation! 10/10 recommend!

This cabin was great for my stay while i was house hunting in the area. The cabin is located in the best neighborhood in the area in my opinion. Everything about the cabin as Micah desribed is spot on! I felt right at home and was sad to leave! 5-10 minutes from all the amenities that Townsend has to offer! Highly recommend this place for your stay!!

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The complimentary groceries were so appreciated. My family fell in love with the house instantly. The patio over looking the yard was so nice. Uber eats delivers. Cell coverage was spotty, but no one cared because we were busy enjoying time with one another and sight seeing. preload your maps. The kids books and the fire pit were also enjoyed. We called the cabin our " Bear Bnb". ( we did not see one though) We loved seeing the turkeys too.

The Little Blue Cabin was amazing!! It was everything the write up said, and more. The views were breathtaking! The cabin was beautiful, full of necessary amenities, and spacious. Amanda & Bo’s communication was excellent, and they were incredibly hospitable and welcoming. This truly was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t wait to visit again. Our family would highly recommend this accommodation and hosts.

The cabin and lake were perfect, exactly as described. Everything was easy to find and very comfortable!

The owner (Liz) has done a great job with the cabin and surrounding property! It’s on a gorgeous wooded mountain lot with a wraparound porch and a beautiful fireplace in the living room. This was a great stay for our family’s trip to the nearby southern edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Tail of the Dragon, Fontana Dam, and Cherohala Skyway!
