The Roost was dreamier and more magical than we could’ve ever imagined. Perfectly situation close to downtown with the most serene yard and coziest living spaces. Of all of our four stops in our travels, this was by and large our very favorite stay. Clean, spacious, well appointed, great location. We already hope to come back for a longer stay someday.

We had a great experience at this accommodation! It was spacious, clean, and comfortable after a long day of traveling. The host gave us some helpful driving directions for our trip to Coonemara, and our daughter loved giving the dogs some love as we were leaving in the morning. We’d happily stay again.

Friends and I had a wonderful time. Walkable to the town, recommend Kings Head for food and music, we also discovered Harry’s the last day of our trip, which we walked by several times from the Airbnb. Nice walk to the pier and the surrounding areas.

What a gem of a place and even more elevated by such a gracious and friendly host. The place is even more beautiful in person. Probably one of our favorite homes to stay in during our travel to Ireland. We had 4 adults and 6 children and the house fit us all comfortably. Claire was very clear with her instructions and responsive. Hot tub was an highlight! Truly enjoyed our stay. Great place for families to spend time together. Will definitely recommend!

Carmel was awesome. Thought i left passport at the residence and she had someone go and check the residence at 10 pm. Great host, well-appointed property can't say enough about them. 5 star all the way.

The place is ideal for exploring Galways vibrant Weat End. The location is excellent,busy but comfortable. ideal for a stay cation or travelling

We loved our stay here! Cozy place that made for a great 3 day stay in Galway, which was the midway point in our road trip around Ireland. Everything you need is walking distance but the apartment was very private and quiet. Having the laundry machines was an added bonus for us as we packed light. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Rory even came out to meet us on the sidewalk as we had a little trouble finding it (our fault, not their lack of instructions lol). On our last night our son got sick (too many oysters) and although we cleaned everything we could, we still managed to ruin a linen or two. They were incredibly kind and understanding. The only minor annoyance is the parking, but we pretty much ditched the car on a free side street and didn’t drive it until we left. Highly recommend getting over to Crane’s Bar on a Thursday night for the storytelling and live trad music. We brought our 10yo and it was really special to experience.

This place looked just like the pictures - actually it was bigger than we expected!! Beautiful location, super clean. Full kitchen was perfect for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. Absolutely lovely and would return!!

I found the cottage a delightful, comfortable, well equipped and a relaxing place to stay. Mary was very welcoming and helpful in every way. For peace and quite set in beautiful riverside surroundings, I would highly recommend it.

A wonderful stay with everything we needed! we loved having access to a kitchen to cook and a living space to relax and watch the tv in after a long day exploring the area. The whole apartment was comfortable and clean and in a great spot to jump in the car and visit many places nearby. We were greeted with a friendly hello when we arrived and some great tips but for the rest of the time we had our own space. Great communication and a great stay. Thanks!

Ein sehr schönes, modernes Apartment mit wunderschönem Meerblick. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Fünf Personen finden auf jeden Fall Platz. Mary war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch nochmals erkundigt, ob der Check In gut funktioniert hat. Einzigst wären ein paar Kleiderhaken und Kleiderbügel wünschenswert gewesen, da es nichts zum Aufhängen für die Jacken oder Handtücher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

We had an amazing stay, Mary is the perfect host and gave us a lovely welcome, the property is as listed and the views are breathtaking, my daughter enjoyed feeding the donkeys and bumping into them on the beach. If you don't have a car Bernard Ornsby is an excellent local taxi service.

The Lane's condo was beautiful, and exactly as the pictures show. It was perfect for our family to use while in Salt Hill and Galway. The Lane was responsive when we had questions about features of the home, and very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at Danny’s place! The space was cosy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the beautiful walks nearby. The location couldn’t have been better for enjoying the surrounding nature. Danny was an exceptional host—always helpful, responsive, and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Danny, for a fantastic experience. We stayed in the downstairs apartment of Carola's place and it was fabulous. The rooms were spotless and had everything you could need. The house was laid out really well with lovely seating areas inside and out and it is located in a beautiful setting not far from the beach and the lovely village of Kinvara. Carola was a great host, providing very clear instructions on everything in the house and facilitating a late check out during the low season.We loved our stay in Carola's place.

Michelle’s place was in a great location so close to all the things in the city and just outside! We enjoyed the modern decor and the patio outside was so cute! We stayed over St Patrick’s day, so it was a bit loud outside at times, but, the place was comfy and suited our family of 5 adults well. Would book again on a return trip.

Amazing place with a stunning view for some peace and quiet. The cottage itself was immaculate and the extra small touches were superb. It was warm and comfortable, while looking out on a working sheep farm. I had peace and privacy with a very attentive host. Anne’s recommendations also helped make my trip very memorable. I hiked nearby in and went into town for pub dinner which was also charming. Would come back anytime, lovely gem of a place.
