This was our second stay at The Ranch! The furnishing are lovely. The house is very clean and well stocked. I found the beds to be quite comfortable. The house is very well situated in Gordonsville. We will definitely stay again.

We always AirBnB for holidays because are large family keeps growing. This Thanksgiving was extra special due to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, the very well equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture. We couldn't possibly be happier!

This was one of the most beautiful properties I’ve visited in some time. The back acreage was picturesque, and the serenity of the landscape was so enjoyable to soak in. Even though it was a relatively short drive from homes, it felt like the exact seclusion and rest my friend and I needed from our busy lives.

Sarah was an excellent host. The house was very clean and looked like the photos. Sarah had a binder full of recommendations for food and entertainment in the area which was very nice. Her instructions for how to get into the house and where to leave items when it was time to check out were easy to follow. Sarah was also very responsive for any questions we had.

We enjoyed this charming cottage. It was a great place for snacks and catching up with friends after a long day out and about. Laurie was helpful navigating the mud and snow on the ground to make sure we could easily get out the next morning. We liked the farm setting and seeing the horses. We are cat people and enjoyed the friendly cat that greeted us outside.

Our group went for a women retreat and it was an amazing experience. It felt so peaceful and relaxing. Thank you Daniel for hosting we enjoyed and we will surely come back

This home was beautiful, wonderful, and relaxing. The view from the house is so gorgeous and secluded. You really feel like you are on vacation. Of course our host was responsive and proactive. But as a busy mom with two little kids I have to highlight how particularly child friendly this home is! We stayed upstairs which has 2 bedrooms with a jack and Jill bath in between. My boys loved having two single beds at a height they could easily get into and I loved not worrying about them falling out of a gigantic bed. There were toys in the chest of their room with working batteries! Unreal! There was a mini table and chairs. Games and books spanned multiple ages and both my 4 yo and my 6 yo found games to play. My kids are sensitive to cold water (the little one turns blue!) and the heated pool was a HUGE hit. We never even made it to using the kayaks because the kids just wanted to be in the pool. There were even pool toys. I am running out of characters for this review! We will be back!

We had such a great vacation in Lake Anna. This was the perfect spot; nestled in a cove surrounded by mature trees with a breathtaking view out over the lake. What a beautiful area. Every day we seen deer and bunnies:) Wrap around decks. The layout of this house is amazing for a family- so many cozy spots and comfy lounge furniture. The kitchen is incredible. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. The house was even decorated with a Christmas tree for us:) Beth was super nice and very responsive with any questions we had. We can't wait to go back.
