Derek & Nathan are super hosts! Both hosts are extremely communicative, accommodating, proactive, flexible, professional, and understanding. Our group of 8 was worried of the possibility the snowy weather would affect our travel dates but our hosts took the time out to shovel clearing the exterior prior to our arrival and even providing us with snow materials such as shovels, salt, etc. just in case we needed it. The images didn’t do the interior enough justice either! The home was beautiful, peaceful, quiet, cozy and extremely spacious. For shopping I would recommend doing it early since there is only Food Lion & Dollar General as grocery options but there is an ABC store close by as well if you are into spirits. We will 100% return if our group ever prepares to stay in Mineral again. Thank you both once again.

Would recommend Chris's home to everyone. Chris and his property manager were very responsive and extremely helpful while my family stayed in his home. Beautiful home and property with so much to do and crystal clear water right off the dock for the fishing. Hope to stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The house had ample space for our group of 8. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the necessities to cook a good meal. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and hanging out on the big couch in the living room. If it wasn't so cold we would have loved spending time on the large back deck or sitting down by the lake.

The home was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. We had no issues everything was perfect during our stay. Thank you Daniel

My friends and I, with our small children, had an amazing and relaxing time at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed for cooking as a group. The different lounging areas throughout the house were so comfortable to cozy up and relax with different activities. The hot tub was nice to relax in after the kids went to bed. It was super close to Lake Anna and was nice to hang out and walk on the trails. Justin was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our questions and requests. It was great and we are so excited to come back again.

This is our third year renting Keita’s place & we have already started looking for next year’s trip! Her house has everything you could ever need. She always responds when you have questions and everything there is perfect. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Me and my boyfriend had so much fun! We came down for my birthday and we had the best time. The cabin was beautiful and the hot tub was our favorite place to relax! I would definitely come back in the future!

The location is lovely and peaceful. Chris was very clear about the check-in process and how to get onto the property and into the cabin.

We had a great stay. The fenced in yard was amazing for letting our dog run around. The fireplace was cozy. The provided soap was a nice touch as were the beds being made upon arrival. The bathrooms were luxurious. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay and relax and I would recommend it to anyone.

Cozy, comfortable cabin in a beautiful location — and convenient to lots of things to do. Friendly and responsive host with clear instructions. Great base for events like a UVA football weekend (what I was doing this weekend — though the setting amongst the changing leaves was an added bonus). I will use this cabin again.

Michelle’s beautiful cabin in the Shenandoah Crossing Lodge is a perfect getaway for a couple or a small group of friends. I spent our 1 year anniversary with my wife here and it was an absolute blast. Access to the resort restaurant, and available activities was absolutely fantastic (the key reason we chose this place). The Cabin: - Private, Clean and warm. Had all the necessities you need to be comfortable - Requires almost no cleanup while checking out which was awesome. Just had to take the trash out - Michelle was very responsive and helpful always -No smart TV though, dvd rental available The Resort: - HIGHLY recommend Sallie’s Stables. Beautiful horse rides - Restaurant in the lodge is pretty good (coffee is terrible though, so bring your own coffee) - The General Store actually has some fantastic made to order breakfast, highly recommend -Perfect stargazing opportunity. Lots to do on resort grounds - No late night options though so have snacks ready. 100% coming back!

This was our second time staying at Shenandoah Crossings. This time, we took advantage of all the resort had to offer - campfire/s'mores at the barn, pony rides/kid train, playgrounds, mini golf, and even the outdoor hot tub in November! We had a great time. The cabins were nice - very basic but clean and had what we needed to cook simple meals. I found we needed more dishwasher pods - pack a few extras. The beds were very comfortable with enough pillows and extra bed linens to stay warm. A lot of the cabins on are a slope and near a road, so letting the little kids go outside unsupervised wasn't an option.
