Becky’s spot was one of the better airbnbs I’ve stayed in while in NOLA (and I’ve been in some great spots). This airbnb stood out due to its location. It’s walkable to Magazine Street and the parade route if you’re traveling solely for Mardi Gras. Great restaurants are in the surrounding area (Pizza Domenica is amazing!!). Becky and her husband are super sweet and were the first ones to reach out to us. They were super accommodating, making sure we had a comfortable stay. The area we were in was safe (huge factor for me when staying in NOLA) and beautiful. Just the walk to Magazine Street was breathtaking. When driving to get coffee early one morning there were people (mainly women) who were out alone walking their dogs. That was super telling to me how great of an area we were in. I’d stay at Becky’s Airbnb every time if possible! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Thank you Becky for a great stay!

Although our stay was short, Kathy’s place was perfect for us. There were plenty of snacks & drinks. I loved that the area was quiet & not too far from stores. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay again.

Tony was a great host ! He was very helpful and communicated well when I needed help with anything ! I stayed for 3 months and I honestly would have stayed longer cause it felt like home ! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that feels like home away from home.

Have stayed in a variety of New Orleans Airbnb properties over the years and unlike most of the places we stayed before - in this place everything works and is modern - doors close, the floors don't tilt this way and that, there are no cracks in the floors to let drafts in, the bath is state of the art, there is always a parking spot right out front and the street is not the typical patchwork of potholes. Audubon Park - a primo place for walk or a jog is 2 blocks away as are great restaurants that you can reward yourself at after you do your exercises.

Overall, it was a phenomenal experience. Super friendly host, great place to stay! No complaints at all, I felt completely at home my entire stay. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, and I highly recommend this air BnB for anyone needing to stay within the area.

I have stayed at many airbnbs and this was one of my favorites. We stayed with our 3 kids under 5 and we felt right at home. Walking to the nearby coffee shops and the saint charles street car was super easy and very beautiful. The Azeleas were blooming and all the houses around are beautiful. We felt very safe and thought this was the best location from a time we came 2 years ago. We ate dinner at Superior seafood one night and it was delicious and a quick walk. One night Lori made me a delicious cocktail because she saw me with all 3 of the kids and could tell it had been a long day on the french quarter. She was so accommodating and sweet! Would love to stay here again next time and will tell my friends! Thanks again Lori! The kids love the stuff animals you passed along and kept saying how kind you were.

like the first time i booked hes apartments,because they are 10 out of 10 all clean nice rooms and clean .My wife loved the space and kitchen so there for we are coming back with him.keep up the good work.👍👍

This place was wonderful. The rental was very clean and comfortable. The gated parking was great. It is a quick ride to lots of places in the city. It was also a short walk to a coffee shop. You can also walk a little longer to get to more things. Great Stay!

Stop searching and pick this place! Im probably in hotels or in an Airbnb 30 or so weeks out of the year and rarely am I as impressed and excited to return as I am for this NOLA gem. The energy is dynamic, great coffee and food options all within a block and you are surrounded by amazing jazz music for 14 hours a day. I could say more but the other reviews capture the essence of it to. Needless to say this is now my forever New Orleans stay.

The place was really clean. It was well laid out and was perfect for the two couples retreat. Only a couple of blocks walk to a trolley stop. Ryan was quick to respond and very helpful with area information. The neighborhood was very nice.

Comfortable, clean, and well-stocked historic apartment in Marigny. Robert, the host, was very friendly and met us at the apartment with snacks and bottled water which was a nice touch. The apartment has been fully modernized and has everything you could possible need for a nice trip. Definitely can recommend.

Jim is a wonderful host! His home is ideally located—close to all the popular spots, yet nestled in a peaceful, private community that feels like a retreat. We absolutely loved meeting Stella, Star, and Nelson—his sweet, well-trained dogs who made us feel right at home. He generously offered us early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The house itself was thoughtfully set up, with convenient touches like extension cords near the bed for easy phone charging. The backyard was a highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for enjoying a quiet, private meal outdoors. Jim was also quick to assist when the water dispenser needed a refill, and we really appreciated the warm conversation. The attention to detail truly stood out—from the clean, well-stocked bathroom and abundant fresh linens to the handy coffee machine. It all made for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Algiers pointe was perfect location to access French quarter, etc, while a peaceful retreat from the city by ferry. Ferry location very walkable from BNB. Most importantly, Dionne was the perfect, responsive host. Her place reflects great taste and charm. Love the New Orleans flair! Beds were comfy. Slept well. TVs in each BR plus living room was plus. Neighbors were super friendly and personable. Felt like home and Dionne made us feel like visiting relatives! NOLA is a magical, unique and special city. So is this spot. Bathroom upstairs, so might not be everyone's choice. Also, due to dependency on ferry, might be challenge for those travelling car less and wanting to take in the nola nightlife. Otherwise, book this charmer and enjoy! Say hello to the next door neighbors while you're at it!

Our stay at Jannette's was flawless. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is enchanting. Restaurants are within walking distance and a nice grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The amenities are great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jannette loves her home and it shows. We will be staying with Jannette again.

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Ian's place when we were in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We loved how easy it was to walk to Canal Street for the big Endymion parade on the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend. We were also easy walking distance (about 1 block) from a yummy restaurant where we had a nice breakfast. There is a grocery store incredibly close as well, which came in handy to stock the fully-equipped kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal. Ian gave us a lot of great information in advance so we better understood the parade situation and how to best enjoy it. He also furnished the rental with folding chairs for our use during the parade, and sunscreen, too! The house itself was very nice and spacious. We actually hung out there more than we expected to. It was nice to have a comfortable place away from the chaos of the French Quarter area, and we even did some laundry with the full washer and dryer provided.

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!

Had a great stay at The Syd for a bachelor party weekend! Despite weather not being the warmest we were still able to enjoy the hot tub and even the pool as that too is heated. The location is walkable to many destination and close to trolley tracks. Definitely consider staying here if you need a place to accommodate a large group gathering!
