So peaceful and quiet! I will definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful! 10/10

Our favorite part was the bathroom, it was so luxurious! I’m not sure if it was just the time of year, but it was the end of January and there were gorgeous lights in the trees outside of our bay window and it really set the experience over the top. I’m a photographer and I booked this location for a session but took advantage of the opportunity to have a little getaway with my mom & baby once my client left. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch, taking a long soak in the claw foot tub, and I walked only 1 minute away to mama d’s pizza for take out. When we turned the tv on, we loved how it was already on a fireplace channel. Another small touch we appreciated were the Andy’s chocolate mints on the night stands. The host was very great at communicating and the neighborhood was wonderful! It’s so close to so many great locations that you can easily walk to. The book of recommendations was great! The next morning we drove out to Fontainebleau state park on the way home.

We were in town for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. The host was very accommodating and kind to help us with our needs. It was all as described, and would be great for a return trip for a girls’ getaway!

The Abita Springs Hotel is a beautiful place to stay. The area is peaceful and quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay again.

We loved this location! It is in walking distance to Bourbon Street. It was perfect for our quick trip to see the city! It is also directly across the street from a Starbucks!! I will definitely book here again in the future.

Quaint, antebellum home style hotel. Beautiful surroundings and walkable to local restaurants. Complementary bicycles to ride on the local trails. Comfortable bed and nice blackout curtains. I would stay again.

This place was very comfortable and very clean. Plenty of towels and very comfortable beds! Karen and her property manager were great to work with. Polite and responsive. Would definitely stay with Blue Dolphin again.

Room felt spacious, daybed had another bed underneath- both were comfy. Nice hot shower. Between Bywater and Marigny- great walks abound. All was great except noisy traffic. We could not get in and host promptly resolved. Place to store luggage as well.

Absolutely wonderful accommodations very well appointed with convenient access to the city and all it has to offer. I will definitely be staying in this listing each and every time I come back to New Orleans.

Nice affordable place to stay in New Orleans, close to everything!

This stay was exactly what I needed to gain the full experience of the French Quarter in New Orleans. I really enjoyed the peaceful nature of the place, the location and the exceptional communication. I was able to achieve all of my goals while in town and look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this stay.

This was a great stay. The location was only a block away from the St. Charles street car. The street car ride is very short to the French Quarter. The host was very responsive. I had an inquiry and they responded within 10 minutes with a remedy. Parking on the street was not an issue. There was plenty of space to enjoy the home. Having one tv is the only thing, other than that everything is perfect. I would definitly rent again.

We stayed here for 5 nights with my wife over the Mardi Gras. The room was not much bigger than a hotel room, however, there is a spacious patio right outside where you can hangout during the day. The location was close to both french quarter attractions and live music on frenchmen street. Host was responsive and we didn’t have any issues.

This was a fantastic, clean place to stay in NOLA. Within walking distance to everything in the French Quarter.

Not far from French quarter or bourbon st. Pool was nice kids enjoyed it. Felt safe and secure with it being gated. The surrounding area wasn’t much but didn’t bother us as we only stayed for one night. Room is small but served its purpose for a family of 4. Again the pool is very nice!!
