Clean, quiet, and much more spacious than the photos let on! We highly recommend for easy walkability to the quarter and Frenchman street. While it is located on the tip of what could be considered a “dodgy” part of town, we never felt unsafe. However, we do not recommend for anyone mobility impaired or fall-prone due to the steep steps to get in and out — especially if it’s rainy and wet outside! Great host and stay!

It was perfect! We loved the location. Lots of neighborhood eateries within walking distance. The condo was clean, spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. We were two couples. The property was safe & secure. Ricky, the host, was SUPER, responsive to any questions we had.

Excellent stay! Beds were super comfortable (one of my biggest concerns when booking). Location was A+++ - walkable to so many restaurants, the Quarter, Superdome, etc. but also a quiet neighborhood where we felt totally safe. Kitchen and bathrooms were pristine and well-stocked. Host was communicative and gave us clear instructions. Definitely would stay again.

chose this unit due to proximity to the parade routes, Bourbon St, the river areas, and price. also, was not too noisy at night like many other units that had comments about excessive noise from trolleys, loud music, and traffic. this one was fairly quiet.

The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the living area felt homely. I went in for a quick business trip, and to my surprise, it was very relaxing.

Valdine's place was exactly as advertised. The apartment was clean, and I greatly appreciated the spotless bathroom. The condo felt cozy, and the building was quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The apartment is close enough to the French Quarter and Caesars Superdome. Unfortunately, our first night in NOLA was the night of the tragic accident on Bourbon Street. Overall, the city showed strength, love, and resilience, and we will visit again!

Robbie's place was absolutely perfect! it was right off the highway so I was able to take a straight shot on I-10 to New Orleans for that week. I would definitely recommend Robbie's place!

Wonderful spacious condo in the desirable South end of Baton Rouge, near the city’s medical corridor and shopping central! I had a great time and Kelsey’s communication was reliable when I had a few questions.

Downtown West Monroe, told my cousin to pick me up at Edges , the barbershop. He was a bit incredulous with me being bald and all. He gets his beard trimmed there. My other cousins get all their kids haircut there as well. They didn’t know about the Airbnb. So you walk through a barbershop filled with folks at the barbershop. The owners a transplant from NOLA, so apparently the town has embraced him and for good reason. The bakery across the street was da Bomb, courtyard on cotton art gallery had a great show of LA art. J-Mac’s sports bar was like stepping into a New Orleans locals hangout. Either bridge across the Ouachita river is an easy stroll to the Warehouse restaurant, or the Cotton exchange, and on the west Monroe side a Louisiana seafood joint lookin at Monroe across the river. The BBQ joint on Trenton st smelled right just didn’t have the time or belly to eat there. The WMPD’s detective unit is right across the street from the bakery and it shows. 5 stars all the way.

Savannah’s home was just what I needed—private and peaceful with easy access to both the I-10 and LSU. However, I can see it accommodating guests with an active itinerary as it is very roomy and spacious. The bathrooms are big; the bedding is so comfortable; the kitchen has all the essentials. When I had a question and needed to contact her, both she and her husband were very responsive. I gladly recommend this rental.

Nicest and most helpful people in Louisiana. We did remote work during the stay, and they help us jump our car two times in the rain! Really helped us out of a scrape. Love these guys. Beautiful beach access and walkable restaurant a hugeplus also.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this location. Kevin was an outstanding host, always quick to respond. I was blown away by how incredibly clean and comfortable the place was as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The WiFi was fast and reliable for my kids iPads and all login information was listed. We also were minutes away from Bobby Herbert's Cajun Cannon restaurant if you want to experience real New Orleans food culture. Being that I'm a New Orleans native that hadn't been home in about 10 years. This was the best location for my family to stay during Mardi Gras. Less traffic and road block. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Rosemary’s place while out of town for work. After dealing with not feeling safe at hotels it was nice to be able to sleep comfortably here. Near everythingI could’ve needed!

Overall it was a great stay! There’s only a couple things that need some attention. The back button on the TV remote In the living room didn’t work and there’s no tv in the room. The shower head could definitely be replaced and the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. But the place looks exactly like how it did in the pictures and the location was perfect. Close enough to bourbon street but far enough to be away from the noise. I also told them it was my bday but didn’t get any decorations or anything like I was promised. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again!

We loved our stay. It is a very cool hotel with a great rooftop and courtyard. The area felt safe and you need a key to enter the building. The place is spacious and clean and we enjoyed the balcony. The area is walkable, no car needed. Chris was responsive and proactive. He was a great host, I would definitely stay here again

Sheryl was a great host. She was very accommodating to our needs, explained expectations clearly, provided a fully stocked kitchen, clean linens and towels. Her home was very comfortable with plenty of sleeping room and seating in the common areas. All rooms had fans and the air worked well to keep them cool. We had everything we needed to make meals. Walkable to LSU campus which made game day easier. Gated community which added an additional layer of security. Easy for our group with a key code to get in and out of the unit. Cute balcony that was nice for the morning coffee. Unit is close to Tigerland bars which is good for those that want to go there, but you can hear the DJ on game weekends from the balcony and dining/living room. Bedrooms were quiet although so it did not affect us at all! Overall highly recommended.

We are repeat vacationers at this condo in New Orleans. It is always clean, comfortable & has the added safety of a gated parking garage and coded entry doors to the complex. We absolutely love this condo!

The security to the building entrance and garage was good. The neighbors were friendly. The condo was fairly new and I would describe the style as minimalist which I appreciated. Brad was responsive when I had questions and provided thorough instructions. The pool was a nice touch as well. I would definitely stay again. Easy access to Bourbon St. but still quiet and out of the way.

This property was great! Looks exactly like the photos, clean, modern, spacious, and well equipped. Located in the downtown area, there are several restaurants and stores near by. Also not far from Bourbon street but far enough to where your stay is peaceful and quiet. With 24 hour security, we felt very safe. David was helpful, flexible, and responsive. There’s parking next door but be prepared to pay a daily rate of $50+ if parking arrangements aren’t included in your booking.
