Cali's place was perfect for my solo mission in New Orleans. The best part was being away from all the chaos of NOLA while still being close enough to get everywhere I needed to be. Exploring the Garden District was a highlight—such a beautiful and peaceful area. The house was spotless, communication was seamless, and everything about my stay was smooth. I loved my time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

This was my first time in New Orleans and over Super Bowl weekend, no less. I had my fears for what I knew would be a crazy weekend. The second I got to the Garden District - on Magazine Street - my fears were immediately absolved, as Villa Vici was in the perfect, most idyllic location, one could imagine. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the New Orleans French Quarter, or the craziness by the Superdome - this location was nestled within some of the cities best shopping and local coffee shops and restaurants, all walkable. This area of New Orleans was quiet, but also charming. Ian was great from the jump. Since the moment I booked, he was extremely communicative with instructions, and great local recommendations. The apartment was clean and looked precisely like the pictures. We felt very comfortable and "at home" there. I would gladly go back when / if I return to New Orleans, as its location was A+ and Ian was superb all around.

Beautiful loft about a 5 minute walk to edge of the French Quarter. Easy access to the street car and bus allowed us to go to different tours and restaurants well outside the quarter with ease. Very clean, easily accessible but not in the middle of the chaos. The bed was very soft, softer than I normally like but didn't wake up sore at all. I would absolutely book again if I come back!

I am very grateful to have stayed at Nicolina’s house. I felt safe and comfortable. She was remarkably helpful and considerate and always answered my questions promptly. I really enjoyed the space. I would happily stay again.

We had such a wonderful quiet time staying here. Valentines weekend combined with such a cute pink setup for the little cottage was perfect. Very easy to find and get in. Sara was very responsive when we reached out. We loved that we were within walking distance from 3 different restaurants and a coffee shop as well. If you have time, go to the free germantown museum to learn a bit about the history.

I stayed at this place for one night in passing, as I was on a road trip. Perfectly quaint space for a night of restful sleep. I recommend anyone who’s trying to stay somewhere near Minden, as the location is very convenient (right off of I-20!)

We booked to help care for our mother who was in the assisted living facility near by. The place was a quick 5 minutes from her apartment and was just what we needed. It was a comfortable space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms so clean. Beautiful kitchen with all we needed. 2 living spaces were perfect for quiet gatherings and the other for a friendly game of pool or foosball. Family members were thankful for a place close by to gather and rest. Thank you!

I was in NO to work the Super Bowl so I wasn’t looking for an over the top place so this was perfect for me. Had everything I needed and the washer and dryer unit came in clutch. I believe Susy stays above the unit, I asked if they had any band-aids and she dropped some off for me which was really nice. Very quiet and just right outside the busy part of the city. I was traveling to the convention center everyday so it was a very manageable distance by car/Uber. Only recommendation I would have is maybe get light-blocking shades due to two bright lights being on from the neighbors house all night for the duration of the stay. But other than that it was a great spot.

Perfect getaway to sit back and relax. Beautifully clean property with all the amenities you need. The host clearly loves this property and it shows. Only 10 mins away to golf course and supermarket. Very quiet. Fire put amd bbq made for ideal sitting outside. Loved it

Kari is an excellent host. I was there for an extended stay for work and had absolutely no issues. I would definitely recommend this place.
