Colin was a very responsive and attentive host. Met us at check in and reviewed our list of things to do with suggestions. Was also very accommodating on check out day with allowing us to stay at the apartment until we left for the airport later in the day. The apartment was quaint and wonderfully maintained. A bit off the beaten path, so we had to take ubers to our destinations, but still worth staying there. It enabled us to be more adventurous in exploring different NOLA neighborhoods.

What an adorable space. My fiance and I stayed for a week. We were all over New Orleans, and Charlys place was a nice spot to have some peace and quiet, after all the hustle and bustle of the city. Several spots walking distance for food too. We didn't have a car, but used the bikes that came with the unit. Lovely way to get around. Not super close to the French Quarter, but only $10 Lyft ride. Definitely recommend if you're looking for something with the quiet southern charm, but don't want the loud/party vibes.

We were in town from a couple hours away to see a show and only stayed one night, but this cute little guest house was perfect for us! It was very clean with a super comfortable bed and pillows and had everything we needed, including a small fridge and coffee maker. It's very small, so maybe not ideal for a longer stay depending on your needs, but we loved the cozy vibe and it was a quiet neighborhood. The area seemed safe and once we arrived and parked our car we walked everywhere we wanted to go (it is a long walk to the French Quarter but totally doable if you're into that - we love walking!). I would absolutely stay here again and wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!

Great place. We were in town for a wedding and wanted somewhere close to the reception area. Very walkable to street cars and transit; great restaurants in the area. Neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe walking back even at night. You are staying in a basement so the other reviews about the low ceilings are no joke but as long as you’re aware going into it, it’s still a very comfortable stay. Hot tub and patio area was very clean and a nice touch after a day of walking/sightseeing. Would definitely look to rebook if visiting New Orleans again.

This is a really good little bywater spot, very cozy and well decorated. Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a great time!

Great spot that’s super walkable to local spots just a block or two away, or a 15-20 min walk to the French Quarter. Perfect size for a couple. Super dog friendly which is a huge plus for bringing our senior dog on our visit. Hosts were very responsive to any needs or questions & offered up great local recommendations - even sent along a Spotify playlist of New Orleans musicians for our travels! Of note, while the space has its own entrance & is separate from the host’s space next door, I wouldn’t say it’s super private if that’s what you are looking for. Not a problem for our trip since we were mostly out enjoying the sights, but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive about private space.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Maxie and Lydia's. The location was absolutely fantastic, I've been to New Orleans many times but never stayed in the Bayou St. John neighborhood. Really appreciated the opportunity to explore this beautiful area, from the Sculpture Garden to St. Louis cemetery. The suite is spacious and as others have mentioned, the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. If you're a history fan, I highly recommend taking an hour to visit Pitot House a few doors down, for $15 I got a personal tour from their incredible docent - I wish I could have spent all day with her. There's never. shortage of fantastic places to eat in NOLA but a couple of favorites from this trip were Liuzza's - a short walk from the house, and Lil Dizzy's. Last note: not sure how long the service interruption will last, but streetcars weren't running all the way to the French Quarter; so best to take the 91 bus from City Park.

Great location. Jacob is an excellent host. The blinds did not block out the light so it did not get very dark at night

Absolutely loved the place! Beautifully decorated, clean and very cozy. Tonya was very welcoming, warm and hard great tips for us on where to eat and what to do! She was an amazing host and we would love to go back to her place! An absolute must for Lafayette visitors! Thank you Tonya!

Sie ist ein liebenswerter Mensch und hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Es hat uns nicht nur leid getan, unseren geliebten Lake Martin zu verlassen, sondern auch Tressies kleines Wunderland.

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at D's Cottage in Lake Charles. The spacious one-bedroom cottage is perfect for a relaxing getaway or home away from home spot when needed. The full kitchen and laundry amenities made my stay incredibly convenient. The cottage is centrally located with easy access to the airport and other attractions in the area. The host Deborah was exceptional, providing detailed tips and instructions that made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend D's Cottage for anyone looking for a place while in Lake Charles. I will definitely be the first place I look for each time I visit.

Great last minute find in great part of town . Extremely responsive ! I will definitely be staying again when back in Monroe.

We had a wonderful stay at Julie's. They were warm and welcoming and the house was lovely. Beautiful view from the dock.

I usually stay with friends when I’m in town, but with the holiday, I needed an extra space. The listing was in a perfect location of the family I was in town to visit. Kami was always quick to respond and everything was set up perfectly inside.

The place was immaculate, light, airy, and quiet, with ample bath, kitchen, closet and a large beautiful yard area, having both shade and grass. Patrick and Tamra were friendly, articulate, proactive and responsive in their communications. I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

What a gem in New Orleans. An awesome place! Everything is so nice and clean. Great layout! Nice bathroom and shower. A sink,keurig,small fridge,microwave,washer and dryer in a room. A large closet area. Easy in and out. It is gated which made us feel very safe. The people in the neighborhood were very nice but they do party. Maybe some loud music can be heard in the daytime but at night it is so quiet. If you have a complaint about your stay here,I'm sorry but you are very picky! If we are back in New Orleans this well be our #1 pick! Thank you very much for hosting us!!!! Happy New Year!

Eves place was exceptionaly clean with all amenities Eve was very friendly and only to eager to help..we had a brilliant Mardis Gras and you were a brilliant host thank you Eve..

Kris and Diana are great hosts - genuinely engaging and very responsive, providing recommendations aligning with my interests. I was visiting my child at Tulane and the location is centrally located between the college and other NOLA attractions I wanted to experience. I’m a big fan of walking and public transportation, both accessible with the St. Charles Streetcar very close by and Magazine St an easy walk (always recognizing the time of day and knowing when an Uber/taxi are the better choice). Although the unit is attached to the hosts’ home, it is extremely private and quiet. The accommodations were just right - great care to have all the amenities I needed (even a diffuser hair dryer attachment for my curly hair!), and everything up to date and well maintained. My favorite room was the bedroom, where I enjoyed lingering with the back door opened to the enclosed patio. Fingers crossed that 1816 Amelia is available for my future visits to NOLA!

Lovely spot, would definitely stay here again for future jobs that they send me on. It is very quiet and peaceful, did not have any issues whatsoever, cannot wait to stay here again.

hostess was very friendly and did wonderful with accommodations and was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. i would stay there again anytime and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet neighborhood approximately 10 minutes from downtown

Gosh! I booked Jeff and Maria’s home for spring break, and they were fantastic from the start of the booking process. I had a lot of questions, and was hesitant to book. I had no reason to be; they made it easier and helped with my budgeting concerns. When we arrived, we literally said “wow.” The place was beautiful with more modern appliances and tasteful decor in an older classic New Orleans home. It was well within walking distance of the quarter and city park, and it was right near a bus stop/blue bikes. A grocery store was within walking distance. The accommodations were perfect. Jeff and Maria were beyond helpful in just being there to talk, giving information, and just being available and kind. We were visiting during Mardi Gras and would not have gotten to see everything we wanted without their advice. Their cats wander around and are friendly as well (I very much so enjoyed their company). I cannot thank both Jeff and Maria enough. It was an amazing trip, and I must go again.

What a little oasis! This little corner studio is adorable! It's decorated so cute and smells good. I loved all the windows and natural light. The little back deck was delightful to sit at. I wish there was a way to rate the bed.....MOST COMFORTABLE Air Bnb bed I've ever slept on!! I met Patrick while I was sitting outside during my stay. He was very friendly and told me to let him know if I needed anything. I appreciated his friendliness and willingness to be an excellent host. This little studio really felt like a home from the moment I arrived. I am thankful to have gotten to stay at Jasmine Station.

Our first ever airbnb stay and the rental surpassed our expectations, the home was immaculate, the surroundings were stunning and our host Amy was exceptional! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. Truly memorable, we'd love to come back.

This was my second time at Helen’s lovely place and I found it just as welcoming and comfortable as the first time. The house is clean and charming with lovely decor and many amenities.
