Perfect location and beautiful home! We loved being able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go!! I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting New Orleans! Just the right amount of nightlife without being too extreme!!

Most beautifully decorated place I’ve stayed in New Orleans . More spacious than how it looks in photos. You won’t be disappointed. Have stayed twice and would stay again and recommend with no hesitation

This place was great!! The location was perfect, as everything was walking distance! We did not have to get an Uber once, which was extremely nice! Travis was extremely responsive, and was flexible when it came to accommodating an early check in! The place was clean and had everything that was on the listing. I would highly recommend staying at this place!

A great spot. Even in the middle of Mardi Gras we all slept well and had a great time. The house is very modern and everything worked perfectly. Overall a very peaceful and centrally located space.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this place and both times have been absolutely amazing. Middle distance from Canal and the French Quarter so it’s a great location. Everything about it is good. The only downside we had to this day was it was quite dirty behind the beds so when the pillows fell down there, they got a lot of dirt on them. Other than that, it was great.

If a one-bedroom, one-bath dwelling will suit you, as it did me, I can't imagine a better choice. Truly spacious, comfortably furnished, and in an incredible location--on a lovely quiet street yet a minute's walk from Magazine St. with its upscale shops, great restaurants, and a Whole Foods; a mile from Audubon Park and all it has to offer; and only a couple blocks from Octavia Books, one of the best independent bookstores I've ever been in. And Julia is a great host.

This Airbnb on Rampart Street was the perfect spot for our New Orleans adventure! The hot tub was amazing, and the outdoor space made for the best pictures—such a vibe. With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, plus an outdoor bathroom on the enclosed porch, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The beautiful kitchen appliances added a touch of nostalgia, especially the vintage-style fridge and stove, which reminded me of my great-grandparents' house. The location was unbeatable—just close enough to enjoy the energy but tucked away for a peaceful retreat. We came to The Big Easy to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday, and this home made it unforgettable. Everything was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and truly special stay in New Orleans! Would definitely book again! Tyler is the best of the best! This was my first time in New Orleans and over Super Bowl weekend, no less. I had my fears for what I knew would be a crazy weekend. The second I got to the Garden District - on Magazine Street - my fears were immediately absolved, as Villa Vici was in the perfect, most idyllic location, one could imagine. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the New Orleans French Quarter, or the craziness by the Superdome - this location was nestled within some of the cities best shopping and local coffee shops and restaurants, all walkable. This area of New Orleans was quiet, but also charming. Ian was great from the jump. Since the moment I booked, he was extremely communicative with instructions, and great local recommendations. The apartment was clean and looked precisely like the pictures. We felt very comfortable and "at home" there. I would gladly go back when / if I return to New Orleans, as its location was A+ and Ian was superb all around.
