This was a great place with plenty of space for our group of 8, the neighborhood is quiet and a short drive away from the French Quarter

This place was great for a large group. The house was clean with all the necessary amenities. It was a great location close night to walk to a few nearby restaurants and the WW2 museum.

Mr. George was a great host. He was always prompt in his responses and gave us great recommendations. Check-in was smooth and we were even able to check-in early. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our time at Spencer's place. The description of the townhome and its surroundings is very accurate. We were a family of 9 adults and 1 infant visiting for Christmas, and Spencer's unit met all of our needs. Spencer is a great host and he really wants to make sure his guests have a good experience. He was very responsive leading up to our trip and during our stay. He also provides direct access to his property managers. The property manager assigned to us during our stay was very helpful and checked in with me each day via text to make sure everything was ok and to see if we had any concerns. We had difficulty getting the home bluetooth speaker system to work, and Spencer and the property manager worked to get the issue resolved very quickly. We traveled with 2 extra large SUVs, and never really had any problem parking on the street directly in front of the Airbnb. There are also some eateries and bars in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

The host was very friendly and responsive. The house was spacious and very clean. The gated driveway made us feel safe. The location was great! A lot of restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this rental for those visiting NOLA!

The space was spacious, clean, in a good central location and exactly what was described! It was open and spacious and easily slept 8 guests just as listed! There was a minor issue and George responded super quickly, which we really appreciated! Would definitely stay here again

This is a great place in a good location (a bit of walking to get to the tram but manageable, and you can get to most places with a small Uber/Lyft fare). George is very responsive and a good host. The place is great overall. Few items to be aware of and that we didn't know or was not described: parking is street parking (one neighbor were not happy for us to park in front of her house, but we had no issue to find space), unit is a second floor unit, street is a busy street and a bit noisy, padeo is shared with 5 other units and the barbecue is not a gas barbecue, sofa bed mattress is very uncomfortable (and I would only recommend for kids to sleep there - which was our case), kitchen is missing few essential but I mentioned to George so it may be fixed when you go... Overall we had a good time and I would recommend it.

The pictures simply can't capture the unique beauty of this home! The furniture and finishings are beautiful - lighting, bathroom fixtures, murals and wall art that include tasteful vintage nudes, antiques and accessories all create a distinctive, fun vibe. The double staircase is stunning. For our girls trip group of 6, the house was the perfect size, giving each person their own bedroom and bathroom. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the upstairs lounge area. The kitchen could use more dishes, glasses and silverware for large groups but it was adequate for our group size. Our only disappointment was that the heater to the pool and hot tub was not functioning. While communication could have been better on this, the hosts did graciously refund a portion of our costs to accommodate for this inconvenience.

Absolutely beautiful home! It was perfect for our trip with enough space for everyone to enjoy their own space or hang out all together. Check in & check out was easy and the hosts were proactive, welcoming, and kind. I would definitely book again!

To be honest, this exceeded my expectations. This place was beautiful. I love how they kept the history of the interior intact with some modern touches. It was also huge and every room was spacious. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Everyone was very happy and agreed we would 100% stay here again. Michael and Marcia were very responsive and accommodating. It is also in a stellar location. Tons of bars, restaurants and nice hotels with lobby and rooftop bars, etc. It's a bit further from the french quarter, but an easy Uber or cab ride away. It was also nice to be removed from some of the madness during mardi gras, but close enough to immerse yourself in it with a few minute jaunt over to one of the main streets. Thanks again!

Just wanted to share our fantastic experience at the ARBB we stayed at. We absolutely loved the pool and the charming units. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Wilson, who went out of his way to take care of us during our stay. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter and within walking distance to just about anything. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Marcia and Michael were very accommodating and quick to answer our questions. Our group enjoyed the beautiful house and we had a great time. Walkable to the Tram on St Charles which was a plus.

Michael and Marcia’s home was perfect for hosting my family and friends for Christmas. From the cozy decor to the thoughtful touches throughout the house, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to make our holiday gathering feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing our Christmas dinner a breeze, and the spacious layout allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. We especially appreciated the festive atmosphere and warmth of the home — it truly felt like our own little holiday retreat. Michael and Marcia were attentive and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I could write a very long review full of accolades; however, I will say this. As a woman traveling alone, I felt SAFE.

The host is fantastic! The scenery around the Manor is stunning. It is a very peaceful stay. The house is an event space as much as anything so it is fairly sparse in decor, but we liked the serenity that offered. My grown kids loved the house! So much character. I’d love to know even more about the history of the home. I can’t recommend it enough for an out of the ordinary experience!

Unlike many Airbnbs, the door code was unique to us which gave a lot of comfort. Place was as described, clean and comfortable. But the pool is not the type you can do laps in!
