We stayed over a week in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. The home was perfect for the two of us and we walked to the parades and met with friends in Uptown. We found it very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. It's a little off the main parade routes but not too far of a walk to Magazine. It's close to the Winn-Dixie, Wholefoods, restaurants, and bars. Tucks stages down the street and at the Winn-Dixie so it was a short walk to see the groups marching in the parade. If you don't mind the bus, there is a stop right in front that will take you down Magazine and onto Canal street and back. Very convenient!

Overall, it was a phenomenal experience. Super friendly host, great place to stay! No complaints at all, I felt completely at home my entire stay. Wish I could’ve stayed longer, and I highly recommend this air BnB for anyone needing to stay within the area.

Superb experience! We loved the place and the hosts communicated very well, including lots of helpful restaurant recommendations. The place was beautiful and near Magazine Street, which is a delightful street in NOLA. Convenient to restaurants and shops but also seriously quiet at night. We loved walking around and seeing the beautiful old homes. The apartment was spotless and well supplied. We did not have any trouble with parking. Would stay there again.

Me and some friends stayed while we were attending a wedding, and it was a great place to just relax. Everything was clean, nothing was broken, and we had no issues with the neighborhood. There were a lot of great features like comfortable beds, and a pool table! the hosts were very friendly, and super helpful when anything came up. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

we were thrilled to have such an historic place near all the best parts of New Orleans. for four people, it was a much better value than a hotel

Jennifer’s Haven was clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies.

Would definitely stay here again! Loved the authentic shotgun style home. Beds were comfortable and the space was spacious for 4 adults and two babies. The home location has some if-y neighbors that were a bit loud some nights, but by no fault of the homeowner. We felt safe inside the home. Street parking was challenging sometimes, but that’s just because we had a big Ford Expedition to accommodate our party. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Exactly what I was expecting, we enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for us. We were there for softball tournament and it was close to complex. I even was able to get Walmart delivered when we got there which was extremely helpful when you have 3 kids that’s been stuck in the car for hours. Def would recommend Amanda’s house. We would book again if we ever play in Monroe again!

The property matches the photos, super clean, and the neighborhood is quite. Jarrid is very responsive and helpful to any questions you may have. I will definitely stay here again!

My mom passed right before Christmas and Kia allowed us an early check in and made accommodations for us to stay much longer than the original reservation. This allowed us to make arrangements and attend her service with no worries about were we would stay. The place felt like home and was more than enough space for us to grieve and celebrate Christmas. Everything was clean and like new. Snacks were provided and the home had everything we needed to be comfortable. Thank you!

This place is in a great location- walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, and parade routes. You won't need a car if you'll be mostly in the garden district and French Quarter. Easy walking and plenty of Uber/ Lyfts/ taxis. The beds were comfortable. Two of the rooms did not have windows so they were especially quiet and dark (if that's what you want after being out too late).

We stayed at Gigi’s place for a Mardi Gras trip and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were right in the heart of all the action with our own balcony to retreat to whenever we wanted! Plenty of restaurants and shops, and the streetcar picks up right outside. Gigi and David were very responsive and were even able to provide recommendations on where we could park our car for free during the parades. This is a stay that’s worth every penny!

I have stayed at Godfrey‘s place several times and will continue to do so. The condo is very clean and Godfrey is a cordial and very responsive host. The neighborhood is very walkable with several great restaurants and friendly neighborhood bars. The building itself is clean, quiet, and has several great amenities for those who wish to partake.

Exceptional apartment with a great layout for two couples and everything you need to relax and feel at home. Location was superb and close enough to walk to the French Quarter and downtown. Very quiet spot and we would most definitely recommend to others.

The place was exactly what we hoped for. The beds were super comfortable, & very clean throughout. The location felt safe. We parked at 740 Baronne which was super close and we had no issues. The cost was a little over $20 a day to just leave the car and Lyft your way to wherever you’re going. Peter was very friendly and helpful and even called us before we arrived to make sure to let us know he was there to answer Any questions we might have and gave us great suggestions of places to eat.
