Host was very acomodable, detailed instructions, view was peaceful and amazing. The place looks 10 times better in person, would’ve loved to stay a bit longer. Host was very responsive and kind, also with a minor mishap of leaving something behind allowed us to come back inside to retrieve it with no issues. Will definitely book again.

Beautifully decorated, excellent location, and very walkable to downtown attractions! We would definitely stay here again, particularly in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio.

Taylor’s place was just perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean, decorated very nicely, and the subdivision was very peaceful. The location was also perfect! I wanted to write a review from the minute we walked in. This place is absolutely stunning! It is very roomy and very clean. The location is right in the middle of walking distance to anywhere you need to get. I believe mostly the value I see is the excellent location if you want to be able to walk places, restaurants , going out nightlife. (parking included) It is perfect. I would for sure stay here again. The oldness of the building gives the place lots of character. I have no complaints about the stay.

Brooke was super proactive and responsive. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she addressed them immediately and assisted us. Place was so clean and spacious with many high quality sleeping areas. Will book again next year if we have the chance!

All of the directions for check in were very clear and easy to follow. We liked having safe parking in such close proximity to the unit. Did some cooking and had we needed to accomplish goal. Bed was comfy and room was dark for sleeping. Thank you!

Great location for our Bourbon tasting Birthday weekend. Restaurants and tasting rooms very close. We enjoyed a very quiet building! I often won't book a condo or apartment because I'm a light sleeper and hallway noise keeps me from getting good sleep. I didn't hear one peep from inside the building. The building was secure and easy to access. The space was comfortable and lots of great details were appreciated. I especially was grateful for the makeup table. hair turban for the shower, and extra toiletries! The kitchen was shocked well with spices, cooking supplies and dishes. Kristin shared Restaurants to check out with us and was very responsive/proactive! Great stay!

The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

If you are traveling to Louisville, this is a great place to stay! It is close(15 minute walk) to Whiskey Row and a very convenient place for an Uber to pick you up. John was a great host, there is nothing more he could have done to enhance the experience. The ONLY drawback was one of the bedrooms(the one with a window) was noisy with street traffic. If you are sharing the place with someone, choose the other bedroom! Again, do not hesitate to book this place!

Could not have found a better place for our stay in Louisville! So beautiful and amazing location

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The hosts were incredibly kind and understanding, accommodating all our needs and travel plans. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a generous supply of bottled water (we left some to pay it forward). The view was breathtaking, and they even let us check out a bit later to make packing up easier. My girls and I felt pretty safe and comfortable !! If I had one tiny note for a future upgrade lol (A larger TV in the Master bedroom since it’s so far from the bed that’s just a small thing we would have enjoyed better). We didn’t get a chance to swim but hopefully next time !!Thank you so much for an exceptional stay!

We stayed at Toni’s place while we were house hunting in the area. The place was beautiful and had everything you needed! We traveled with our 1.5 yr old and there was a great playground a short walk away!

Four gals on our trip enjoyed the comforts of home and the fun of Louisville!! Super fun, and comfy location! Side note, if you’re a soft sleeper, the beds on the street side of the condo did get loud, so you may want to choose the quieter side. I didn’t hear a thing, but two of the gals said on Saturday, the street noise did come up to us on the 4th floor.

Jennifer is a great host and the property was as described and a great place to stay in terms of comfort and convenience to the city without being IN the city. We will be looking to stay here again for our next volleyball or basketball tournament.

Paulo is an amazing host. The property was stunning and well maintained. The home was fill of charm and character. I would definitely book again if I am in the area!

The “Derby Winner” was a wonderful and fitting home for our stay. 4 bedrooms—all with king size beds—was perfect for our group of four adults. The outdoor space and amenities were exactly what we were looking for, as well. It was a very comfortable and relaxing space. Tony & Danielle are amazing hosts and we’re always responsive to our needs and requests. Would absolutely recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice stay!

Pablo was awesome and his house was perfect for what we needed with our dogs. We loved the quiet neighborhood!

Greta place definitely will use again

This home worked out perfectly for our family of 4! The location was good, centrally located to both downtown and other tourist locations south of the city. We never had any trouble with the street parking. The air hockey table in the basement was a nice touch, we used it every day. The board games were also nice to have. My only complaint would be that we didn't find the memory foam mattresses overly comfortable, but one of our kids did, so it might work better for others. The back porch is lovely; we imagine it would be perfect in late spring or early summer. Our kids were impressed by the number of TVs in the house. We would stay here again. It is nice that there were a few restaurants within walking distance; we enjoyed the Logan Street Market.

This was an overall great stay. We had to book last minute due to plans changing, and the hosts were very accommodating and communicated quickly. The house is super large so it fit our group well, and there were great amenities like the pool table, great living room, and the backyard with pool was great on the hot days. The location is close to downtown and there are many local restaurants nearby. I would stay here again anytime in Louisville.
