This place is immaculate. It is the cleanest Air BnB we have every stayed in. So comfortable and well done. And the hosts were amazing checking in on us throughout our stay. A fun city to explore and the perfect place to stay. Thank you Jess and Joe for the wonderful hospitality and the amazing place to stay while visiting Louisville.

I visited Kentucky for a few days with a group of friends and family and this home was the perfect stay for us. We came to visit downtown Louisville and some of the nearby distilleries. The home was the real shiner of the trip. The view of the lake every morning was beautiful, the pool table and games kept us entertained, the kitchen was large, and the hot tub was great for the cool weather. Everything about this house was perfect for my group and would definitely recommend it to those wanting to have somewhere comfortable and spacious for visiting this area.

It was a great place to stay, very relaxing and quiet. We enjoyed it a lot.

We booked a different house also operated by James. They had an HVAC issue a day before we were scheduled to arrive. Rather than leave us high and dry, James offered us this house, which is in the same neighborhood. The house was an upgrade but we were charged the original amount. House was great, no complaints. We all enjoyed our time there and would book with James again with no hesitation.

Great house that can easily accommodate a larger group. The house was well stocked with coffee and little snacks. Good location, short walk to a number of different restaurants and shops as well as a short uber ride to downtown Louisville.

My partner and I stayed here for a little getaway and it was better than we imagined! The house is insanely BEAUTIFUL and so cozy, we felt right at home while watching TV and listening to music while sipping our coffee on the back patio. The hot tub is such a treat after walking around all day! The most perfect place to stay if you're looking to relax, but jump into any action! Super walkable area, we walked to so many places! We recommend checking out Full Stop Station for amazing coffee + breakfast, Toasty's for THE BEST smash burgers (like EVER), The Post for NY style pizza, Breakfast AF and make sure to sit out back!!!, Hauck's, and Blue Dog Bakery (not walkable, 8 min drive). We had the best time here!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay for a friends weekend! We had three couples with six total kids under 10 years old and this was the perfect spot for a weekend of fun! The pickleball court was SO much fun the adults and kids alike! The house was exactly as described and photographed and truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless and all required amenities were provided. We went to the Bernheim Forest (thanks for the recommendations in the listing) and it was magical! Very walkable for the kids and lots to see for the adults. Other than that, we hung in and cooked, played games, and enjoyed the hot tub. Before we left we were all asking when we could rebook and meet up again!

Our group of four couples had a great stay! The location was a perfect home base for exploring area distilleries and we enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and bourbon-themed decor. Ryan and Scott were easy to communicate with and quick to answer a few questions that came up during our stay. Upstairs bedrooms were a bit hot/stuffy but sounds like a new HVAC is being installed next week so that won’t be an issue for future stays. Overall, we had a great experience! Thanks again!

“If my words did glow with the gold of sunshine”…The Ripple Inn was an awesome cabin with a lot of the amenities of home. That comes in handy when traveling with a little one. Upon arrival check in was super easy, the place was clean, and the hot tub was ready for use. Cell service was spotty but wifi solved that problem. Gas and charcoal grills for outdoor cooking options. Great view pretty much surrounding the property. Host was responsive and very descriptive with directions, check in/out instructions, as well as with suggestions of things to do locally. “Reach out your hand, if your cup be empty” and fill it with some of the sweet nectar being made at one of the near by distilleries.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The cabin itself is cozy, stylish, and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The game room with the pool /air hockey/ping pong table was a big hit with everyone, providing hours of fun and laughter. We also enjoyed a movie night with room for everyone on the large sectional! Was a short drive to all Louisville activities’. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring louisville! The trails were also nice for those who wanted to get out and explore/exercise. The hosts were also incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Also had extra of all toiletries incase you forgot something. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with plenty of fun activities! We will definitely be back!

This cabin was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We took my parents and two teenagers and we all had so much fun playing in the barn. The home was cozy and had lots of character - highly recommend!

A great house to celebrate a friend’s 70th! The house was equipped with everything you need including spices, coffees, creamers and even laundry detergent! The guys spent time in the “Sports Bar” that had everything from air hockey to a pool table. 3 huge televisions to watch their sports. We were very fortunate with the weather on Friday, 82 and sunny. Finished the night off sitting at the outdoor fireplace. Rained late on our 2nd day but enjoyed cooking and chatting in the main room. Melissa, the Host was extremely helpful and communicated almost instantly! Wonderful home and beautiful location!
