This is a really cool spot and location. It felt more like a hotel in my opinion but it was extremely clean and Gina was awesome! She communicated quickly and we had no issues.

Beautiful condo. Very clean and specious, Robert is a great host , communication with him was a pleasure. Great place for families as well as your base for hiking( right at the entrance to RMNP ) . Would definitely stay there again !!!

I needed a place to stay in Estes Park for a conference and Black Canyon Inn exceeded my expectations. They were very helpful and everything was perfect. It felt so comfortable and homey and I am going to recommend it to everyone I know who wants to visit the Rocky Mountains. I am going to miss the Jacuzzi bath and the comfortable atmosphere. This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you again for hosting me!

Very comfortable apartment with spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Walkable to the center of Pearl street and a Whole Foods was just a couple of blocks away. Very convenient.

Katherine was very accommodating and proactive for an unforeseen incident that occurred. She was very helpful, responded quickly and gave us good recommendations for things to do in the area. Great host!

The location was fantastic - quiet, but with easy car access to Pearl St, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. our daughter would have spent the whole week in the community pool if we would have allowed it. Jennifer’s place was comfortable and clean and possibly better equipped than any AirBnb we have stayed at, with a full kitchen, a stocked pantry with extra TP, paper towels, laundry detergent etc, beach towels for the pool, and extra amenities families might need, like a toddler potty,pool toys etc. it is walking distance to CU. The pictures in the posting are accurate and all the listed amenities were present and in working order.

We reserved this spot last minute and super late and it was perfect! Jesse was super responsive and made sure everything was how we needed it! This doesn’t mention the beauty of the condo, cleanliness, and location! We ended up spending some extra time here because we enjoyed the fireplace and back door to the river so much. We will be back!

The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved that there were several options for pillows. Nice to have ample parking. Complex is quiet. Restaurants that are walkable. Old Town Fort Collins a quick drive. Joyce was super friendly and communicative. I highly recommend staying here.

Sarah was extremely accommodating and easy to correspond with.

This property is a peaceful and convenient retreat for mountain adventures. Very close to hiking, fishing, and snowshoeing areas. Also very well equipped for family activities like sledding and fishing.

Wonderful stay at this cute apartment. We walked to most places. The coffee shops down the street were amazing. Everyone was so kind. Beds were comfortable.

Eric’s place was incredible! The space was SO clean, incredibly cozy, had everything that I needed and could think of, and Eric was such a kind and responsive host. I loved walking the neighborhood in the morning and grabbing some local coffee and just looking at the mountains. The space is very well organized and I was so at peace being able to feel right at home the moment I walked in the door (which is hard when traveling a lot of times). Everything that one could think of that they would need, Eric provided. I will absolutely be visiting again in the future.

We were in town for a wedding and had a great stay at this unit in the quadriplex. Quiet area on a street still conveniently located to downtown Loveland. The hosts were incredibly responsive, when we had a slight issue with the Keurig they dropped off an entire new one that same day! I would definitely recommend this stay especially for the price!

Elk Run Retreat is absolutely perfect! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The special touches like a binder of Estes Park recommendations and a basket of snacks made us feel so welcome. The home is comfortable and had everything we needed - including coffee! We loved our Estes Park trip!

Fantastic host!

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was perfectly located with walking trails nearby and a short drive to other Boulder destinations.

This must be the quietest neighborhood in Boulder, and very walkable, we walked to coffee shops in the morning, and around the park later. Bohdan's condo is in a cute culture de sac neighborhood it has a nice layout, we were very happy with staying there, the beds were comfy.

Mike's place was clean, comfortable and had extra little touches that made our stay great. We all loved the shower and the very comfortable beds. Only complaint, as others stated, the constant creaky, scratching sounds coming from the upstairs neighbors during the nights. Luckily we bring our white noise machine so we were able to sleep through it. Overall, we would definitely book Mike's place again!

Had an active yet relaxing week at Aimee’s! She was incredibly helpful with dinner and hike recommendations and I felt very safe and comfortable in her home. If I am in the Boulder area again, I will definitely stay at Aimee’s!

Great location. Nicely remodeled. Decor added to the ambiance without overwhelming. Well setup - had everything we needed - including some thoughtful touches. For example, small packets of olive oil. Perfect place to relax and unwind.

Nice, cozy, extremely-well-equipped condo to come back to after a day hiking in the mountains! The extensive/varied vinyl collection was an added bonus; a little Nina Simone playing while sipping on some cab is hard to beat. The place was squeaky clean, had literally everything we needed, including comfy furniture to chill out in (trust me, that's not always the case). Not quite walking distance (<1mi) to anything, but traffic is light, and the HOP is $3. Regardless, we'd go back to this one!

A great getaway in the beautiful rocky mountains!! Great directions on how to locate the space, we found it without an issue. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy home base for Rocky Mountain National Park!
