We had a great stay. Senesa's home is clean, had plenty of room for the two of us and she answered any questions we had. It was a very comfortable stay in a great neighborhood and not far from Old Town or the mountains.

Great communication with me throughout the rental and prior to. The space was in a good location, a nice neighborhood, and the entryway was private. There were many amenities in the kitchen and I especially appreciated the extras in the refrigerator for our use. I would definitely stay here again.

Great spot! The description is accurate. Description says one bedroom, so if you’re like me and only look at pictures, it looks like more than one bed room. This was not an issue for us! Just wanted to write this as a heads up to anyone! Really enjoyed our stay! Close to downtown and everywhere else in Loveland. Super quick trip up to Fort Collins too!

This was a very relaxing stay in a beautiful location! Very helpful and responsive hosts. My favorite features were the large tub and the outdoor patio.

Their space was great for my 4-night stay! It had all the amenities I needed.

Absolutely wonderful inn keeper. I loved the location, the amenities and the family dog Potato. Potato is a Pyrenees mix, so he's big and wants to love you. If you're a dog person, you'll love "tater", if not, he's kept pleasantly excluded from your presence, but I think you'll like him. Was offered PLENTY of suggestions and what's around town for shopping and food. It's a little bit of a walk to downdowntown, if you're an active person, its a pleasure. I had the privilege of sharing breakfast with Alan, Merredith's husband and had an absolutely wonderful time. I'm looking very forward to the next opportunity I have to stay with them.

awesome place to stay if you have an early flight!

Our stay was very relaxing. We were running ahead of schedule and asked for an early check in, which was accommodated. Beds were comfy and the entire place was clean. The hot tub was a bonus way to end the evening. We would highly recommend for a small party to stay at this location.

Jyana’s place was exactly as described. Within great proximity of Downtown Boulder & easy to locate. Highly recommend.

We drove from Virginia to Ft. Collins to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who is working on her doctorate at CSU. This was only a couple of blocks away from her house. Becky and Ryan were very friendly and super responsive. It felt just like home. If we came back we’d stay again.

Loved this stay so much! Erin and Tom were so friendly and helpful. The house was beautiful with amazing views and super close to the reservoir. Highly recommend!!

Check in went great the instructions were also very clear and easy to understand the house ended up being perfect for our little getaway very relaxing and peaceful! We will definitely be back sometime!

We stayed here for a long weekend trip. It was such a good time, we would gladly stay here again. I loved the decor always different, when we got there they had the cool lights on and music in the bedroom. You could hear the upstairs tenant walk around but that was it. We never ran into them. Like others have said the shower is thin, but it works great so there is no complaints. Loved our time in Denver!

This sweet spot was perfect for our visit with our CU student - the location could not have been better. Great amenities and even has a view of the Flatirons! ☀️

Very nice accommodations for our family while visiting RMNP. It was nice to relax in the movie the ater after a long day of hiking. When we asked, Michelle kindly provided a set of bedding for the lower futon mattress so our grandson wouldn't fall off the bed. The only thing I would suggest is if someone in your group has fragrance sensitivities, maybe mention it to the hosts ahead of time; the fabric softener (or whatever is used on the bedding) is quite strong. We didn't use all of the amenities because of our schedule. But they looked nice. We were grateful for a safe place to stay. Thanks!

Alyssa's home was a perfect place! It was a very clean, comfortable and quiet. There was plenty of room, everything worked well, it was very well stocked and I was totally comfortable there. It was great to have coffee and filters already there! Alyssa was a fantastic host and an excellent communicator. I really liked the keyless self entry - super convenient. The layout of the home was very efficient, and the parking was right by the entry. At night, automatic lights made it easy to find your way, even when your hands were full. I could have been very comfortable staying there for a long time! Bob

This place was great! I left an item and Tiffany was fast to reply and willing to help me get it returned. Very peaceful location. Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable.

Cute, cozy and clean! Loved the backyard access and the private entrance. Lindsay and Dave were responsive and accommodating. I’ll be back!

Great location and perfect for an individual or couple wanting more space than a typical hotel room.

The place is as advertised: clean and comfortable, a great place to recharge each night before busy days. The layout is nice (bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment), the beds are comfortable, the bathroom and living room are great. And Michael was clear and helpful in conveying information.

The apartment was spacious and very nicely appointed. We had everything we needed at our fingertips. The host left us a gift card for a great local coffee shop -a 10 minute walk down Pearl Street. The apartment is in a basement but has window-well type windows so it gets tons of natural light. If you are a super light sleeper, as my husband is, you may hear some footsteps above you because the owners live on the floor above. But I am an average sleeper and did not hear anything. I especially appreciated the décor and stylish finishing of the converted basement- there were all kinds of architectural upgrades and furnishings that made the place feel very upscale. The beds were large and very comfortable and they provided a futon that could be used as an additional bed (which my son took advantage of). We really enjoyed our stay. Parking is on the street about 100 yards away and access to the unit is down a flight of stairs so mobility issues may need to be considered. We will be back!

Seth’s place was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, had extra toilet paper, access to cleaning supplies if needed, supplied shampoo and lotion. The beds were very comfortable and there was a fan to create air movement/white noise for sleeping. The board games and legos were a hit with the kiddo. Make sure to bring quarters if you want to do laundry.
