What can we say. We keep coming back to Hoo’s House and booking our next stay as soon as the calendar opens up. It’s convenient to Cruz Bay, has an amazing view, and feels like a home away from home.

I really enjoyed my stay at High View. The accommodations were great, the view breathtaking and the host was responsive and friendly. I would stay there again.

Great location in Coral Bay ! Very nice View ! Clean, Well appointed Kitchen, beach chairs and cooler available. Quite and Relaxing Neighborhood. Cassie and her assistant were great with communication. The Road is a little Steep, but that normal in St. John. Highly Recommend this Villa !

This home is everything that they say it is. Even the fact that it’s a little hard to find gives it a very unique feeling. When they say that you can hear the jungle sounds at night, they are not kidding. It was absolutely amazing. You are provided with everything that you could possibly need at this location and there are several beaches that are only minutes away. We are already planning on coming back next year. The host always replied immediately if we needed anything. They are very wonderful people. So if you’re planning on traveling to St. Thomas, make sure you seriously consider this home.

View is amazing! Roads are extremely steep and bumpy so 4x4 is necessary. Be prepared to have dogs (some friendly, some aggressive), cats, iguanas, and birds on the porch with you. Lawnscaping men also work early each morning right at the house and there are no blinds in the bathroom so be aware of that. Overall a good experience, primarily for the amazing views.

K's home is slice of paradise! Each morning and evening, we were dazzled by breathtaking views of the aqua waters of Magen's Bay. The Northside location is perfect! The house was perfectly situated for morning sun and evening breezes, buzzing hummingbirds and chirping coqui. Gorgeous interior design with a super-cozy bed. We were so close to the most beautiful beaches and yummy restaurants — LOVE Fish Bar and Sib's on the Mountain. K. was so helpful when any questions arose. We will definitely book this spot again when we come back to visit our daughter. Thank you K.!

We truly loved this place I mean the view was to die for the place was beautiful the host were very nice helpful and always responding fast when we had questions hands down the best place to stay in the island

Had a great stay at the Ampersand. It was immaculately clean, comfortable and well-appointed and a perfect size for our two-person stay. We found it very relaxing being in this light, airy and cleanly designed home. There were also nice amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen of cooking gear and utensils/glasses, a washer and dryer, a cool collection of books, and bottled water and a bottle of wine in the fridge upon our arrival. Nicely located in the hills above downtown Charlotte Amalie it is a quiet and private location with beautiful views from the garden terrace. The walk to downtown was indeed very steep - particularly the walk up the hills - but we didn't mind and enjoyed getting the exercise. About 5-10 minutes to downtown, you can always take a taxi back up to the house. The host Ossie was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommended for a stay in Charlotte Amalie.

Monic is a wonderful host! She is very kind and has excellent communication. Her suggestions of things to check out on St. John was also very helpful. The location is beautiful! It is exactly as pictured/described, and so comfortable & relaxing. We would love to stay there again!

Views were very nice. Apparently it is 125 feet above the ocean below which helps your view. Quick 1/2 mile drive to RedHook. Shorter than that to Secret Harbor Beach. BTW there is additional parking for Secret Harbor up behind the tennis court, but first drop off passengers below. Easy snorkeling there off to the right around the rocks. Bed was comfortable. The place was kept up with maintenance and clean as well. The Beach Buzz cafe at Sapphire Beach had good Jamaican coffee or Lattes to get you started. Sun & Sea bar at Point Pleasant had a nice menu with pretty views and Tarpon Fish to see from the patio. Ferry to St Johns is close but parking got full for us. You might want to take car over for $60 or you'll pay for both parking and passenger ferry tickets, then additional taxi rides on STJ. We did go out to Cinnamon Beach and I think that is relatively simple to drive, but beyond that or to south beaches I cannot vouch for. Again the place was very nice, we had no complaints.

Tatiana was a super super host. She helped us get a rental car and transportation from airport. Airbnb was nice and clean with a peaceful energy. Great people, great island and great Airbnb. Would definitely rent again with this host.

Mike’s rental was beyond stunning! The views were breathtaking and the rooms were super comfy. The home was full with amenities! Also loved the multiple hammocks. Mike was very attentive and available when needed, answering questions quickly and providing us with what was needed very quickly. Would definitely stay in this or other of his rentals when returning to St. thomas!

Jennifer's Unit at Sapphire House was impressive. Easy access, house instructions clear and to the point. Unit was clean and comfortable. This accommodation was a very short walk to Beautiful Sapphire Beach, Sudi's Grill, Parasailing, Sapphire Beach Bar and Taxi Stand. The utility structure in the Patio contained many useful items that I assume were donated by previous guests--snorkels and masks, swim noodles, beach chairs, and more. The Patio was comfortable and inviting. I loved the shells, plants, and visiting lizards. The kitchen contained all the amenities. Especially the huge refrigerator. The small shower/toilet room was perfect. Water was nice and hot. I appreciated the complementary Shampoo and Conditioner. The nice, thick towels got the job done. In the bedroom area, there was an enormous bed! Slept so comfortably every night. Ceiling fan that was directly overthe bed made for a cool night's rest. We had a great visit at Mayling's place! It was very clean and comfortable and provided what we needed for a wonderful vacation. She reached out with check-in instructions prior to our arrival and all communication was easy & friendly. A big plus was being able to walk into Cruz Bay for dinner & shopping! We would be happy to stay again.

Tina's place was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean. We loved sitting on the deck (shaded which was fabulous for us). Greatly appreciated the snorkeling equipment. We brought our own masks and snorkels, but borrowed Tina's flippers which was very helpful as were the plentiful towels. It's a rollercoaster of a drive to Cruz Bay, but not that far and our rented Jeep had no issue with the ups & downs. Tina's advice not to do it in the dark the first day was spot on as you'll want to find it when it's light, particularly since that first drive gets you acclimated to driving on the left with the steering wheel on the left. But once found, we didn't have an issue driving the route in the dark. We would definitely go back to Tina's place.

Lindsay and Jeremia were great hosts going out of their way to please. Fantastic view from the balcony. I would definitely rent a car to get around. The Jeep worked out great for us.

This place was great - spacious, quiet and clean. No need to rent a car! Walk down to Sudi's or to the beach bar. If you just want to unwind with a book and your hammock under the trees with your toes in the water, snorkel or play beach volleyball look no further. Lots of iguanas and chickens running around. Very laid back spot and no one bothers you.

Enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Beach very much! The condo is right on the beach and steps from the water! Proximity to the Marina is a plus! We took the Sunset cruise one night. We also took a sailboat ride with Deb and Rob who run the Cosmos sailing adventures. Sea Salt restaurant provides fine dining while breakfast food, pizzas and burgers are available within the resort. Daryl and Deb are Super Hosts in the true sense of the word! We recommend H2Oh What a Beach.

We had a lovely stay at Thomas’s place! Clear communication and very friendly. The condo was very clean and provided all amenities listed! Easy walk to the beach and the backpack beach chairs provided made it even easier to get there. What a little gem paradise! We will be renting again.

Enjoyed myself thoroughly! More info on the shuttle up and down the big hills should be added. Sun&Sea Restaurant at the bottom of the hill was the bomb! Hot water was ample, beach chairs and snorkeling gear were provided. Nice place to stay as you explore the STT and STJ!

Location was perfect! We loved the proximity to Red Hook, restaurants, and the ferry dock. We never got tired of the view of Cowpet Bay. Access was easy and parking plentiful. Great place to stay!

This was the best outfitted condo that my wife and I have ever stayed in. The location is absolutely beautiful and I especially appreciate the recommendations provided.

Our stay was wonderful. Great host. Comfortable bed and amenities. The condo had a gorgeous view where we got to have coffee each morning. Heidi was accommodating as we arrived a little early. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

This was our second time at Jessica's place, and it was just as amazing as we remembered it. There is absolutely nothing that can beat having that beautiful ocean view and sound from your bed. We loved how close it was to Coki beach (Catch of the Day makes the BEST grilled fish plate). And the Sun and Sea Bar and Grill downstairs has great drinks.
