Jane responded fast to text messages. very kind, offered to tell about restaurants and local entertainment. I had an issue with the door ( operator error ) called Jane and she called me back to see if i was able to fix the issue, which was a simple fix. I will definitely make sure I reserve there again when I go back into town if available.

Even though the weather was a bit unpredictable over the weekend, we still had an amazing time at this place! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for us to use, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The location was perfect—peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend staying here!

Jonathan was the best host!! He went above and beyond for me. You let him know what you need and he will do his very best to provide it. Don't hesitate to stay at his place, you will feel welcome and comfortable there.

This property is just as described - cozy, relaxing and perfectly clean and stocked for a “home away from home” feel. The kitchen/living room area was lovely and served our family’s needs perfectly. Yuan made sure we had everything we might need and the home is close to Culver’s and grocery stores. There were also very nice touches, such as a gift bag with thoughtful welcome gifts as well as bubble bath and all the essentials in the bathrooms. The private pool was the showstopper — our family had such an amazing time swimming and playing and it was an absolute treat for us. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would love to go back some day.

We had an absolutely perfect Labor Day weekend at this incredible house! The place was spotless, and the pool was a hit with everyone—especially with all the fun toys provided. The property is clearly well-maintained, and the attention to detail shows. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. This home is perfect for friends, family, and kids. We will definitely be booking another stay. Highly recommend!

This rental was perfect for a family with young kids. The kids had so much fun with the infinity table and arcade. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, but also conveniently located next to plenty of stores and restaurants. Felicia always responded quickly to me and was very friendly. The amenities were very thoughtful and thorough for anything you might forget to pack (night lights, charging cords, fully stocked laundry room, etc.). We visited at a colder time of year, so we didn’t utilize the pool or hot tub, but still managed to have plenty of fun hanging out in the house.

This house had everything! We never left! The pool was nice and warm, the kids enjoyed it for hours and I could easily watch them. All the arcade games worked, everyone enjoyed the digital board game table too. Can’t wait to go back!

I use airbnb extensively for our business travels. Definitely within the top 3 of airbnb's we have stayed. Huge home with everything you need right on the river. Very upscale and amenities to match. Right on the river and great for evening walks, etc.

I stayed at Jennifer’s place and it was everything that she represented it be. It’s a quiet area and it was convenient to work. You’re only about 6 minutes from downtown and the restaurants and activities down there. Definitely would book again. It was a great location and had everything to make my two weeks of being there for work comfortable. Word of caution if you flop around a lot while sleeping, the mattress does shift so be careful getting up in the morning. I got dumped on the floor when I went to sit on the edge of the bed after my alarm went off LOL.

This was the perfect place for a quick get away weekend from the Chicago area. The house is cozy and just as described. Tiffany could not have been nicer - from quick responses to questions to a wonderful welcome gift and hand written note to flexibility with checkout time. While there is plenty to do in the area (and Tiffany has lots of info on activities and such) all we really wanted to do was relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! Coffee on the deck, relaxing conversation around the electric fireplace and comfortable sleeping quarters And if you decide to visit the bungalow be sure to walk up the road to the Watershed for the Friday fish fry and make the drive to have dinner at the Duck Inn - a classic Wisconsin supper club.

We stayed at this location while our home was undergoing construction due to a burst pipe. Patricia's home was very tidy and inviting. It felt warm and comforting, while we were going through a very hard time in our life. She is a very kind and responsive host. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our long term stay, and she even checked in periodically to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely recommend her home to anyone looking for a safe and clean home in Dekalb!!

This location was amazing!! We were in town for a huge metal shop job. And stayed for 2 weeks. Our bigger guys may have been a bit to big at times, but even the small damages we made were handled with respect by the host after checkout. I love everything about this home- from the decor to the farm fresh eggs, it was an amazing property!!

We went with a few families, with the youngest less than a year old and the oldest 10yo. There was something for everybody! The house is so expansive, the beds were really comfy, decorations were so thoughtful, the kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed, and all the activities were great. At one point, the batteries died in a game, and the owner sent some to the house right away. We also had another issue and she helped right away. Great host, great house! Thanks!I

We loved our stay here. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and accommodated our large group of multiple families. The house has so much character with beautiful updates and the view is gorgeous. Staci was quick to respond to questions. It was a great place for our get together!

What a beautiful home. We were looking for a relaxing place to spend time with two young adult sons and Eagle View Riverfront Retreat did not disappoint. Great open spaces with large TVs, pool table, 2 fireplaces, and a great view of the Rock River. Master bedroom/bathroom was spacious and amazing. Laura and Nick were very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

It's a huge and enjoyable property! We had a great time, and our group (11 people) had plenty of room to sleep, eat, and hang out without feeling cramped. I'd recommend this place to someone hosting a large group like 10+, that wants to stay in Rockford!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean. lt looks freshly remodeled. We will definitely be staying here again if it is avalible. The house is very big and spacious. We were even able to have family come visit us and have dinner. You will be very happy picking this place for your family to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vivian’s place. It’s easy to get to, close to great amenities, and very comfortable. It fit our weekend needs perfectly. We’d definitely stay here again!
