I won't lie, we did select this place based on price and occupancy and you can't beat it! Brandy and team were helpful when I reached out to ask questions. Overall, we needed a place to rest after visiting the caverns and the national park and the beds were comfy, showers ran good, the kitchen had a few things to use. The house has plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. One thing we did struggle w was the front door key pad, locking it is a lil tricky on the way out.

Andrea’s home was amazing and just what we were looking for. It was squeaky clean and fresh, had many more thoughtful amenities than we typically see, and was so convenient to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. Andrea was also a wonderful host who was very proactive in providing all the information we needed. We felt like we were staying with friends and would highly recommend this home to others!

This home is beautiful and has great access to the lake! the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs was perfect for our 2 kids and a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for my husband and I. the kitchen and livingroom are perfect for a family of 4! The local restaurants are all wonderful but the house has everything you need to make a great meal. We used the outdoor grill for fajitas and it was easy to use. This home has great kitchen utensils, serving wear and pots/pans/ skillets. This is unusual to find new and updated kitchen stuff in airbnb's. So this was wonderful to find in this home! I 100% recommend this home to any family looking for a getaway with lots of local activities and a wonderful place to come back to! Danny was quick to respond when we messaged him! Great vacation!

This was an amazing place to stay for my family of 6. Matthew’s home was brand new, squeaky clean, and in a very safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location on the south side of town made it easy to get to both the town and the caverns. Check in was easy, we had no issues. Jacoda was very friendly, and the house was clean and exactly like the pictures. It was the perfect place for us!

Gabriel is always a great host and the house is always extremely clean upon arrival. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
