L'appartamento aveva una pulizia impeccabile, comprese tutte le stoviglie. È ubicato in una posizione strategica, vicino all'arrivo dei bus e ha supermercati vicino.

Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist über Treppen gut erreichbar (ca. 5 - 10 Minuten). Stadtzentrum gut erreichbar zu Fuß, ca. 10 - 15 Min im Zentrum. Opatija selbst hat alles zu bieten, was man sich wünschen kann. Live Musik Abends, tollen gepflegten Park. Tolle Restaurants (italienisch, Sushi, klassisch kroatisch, deftig mit Burger usw. alles vorhanden). Supermarkt ist vorhanden im Zentrum. SPAR Supermarkt auch vorhanden, allerdings Hinfahrt nur mit Auto zu empfehlen!! Zu Fuss hat man sehr viele Treppen vor sich (ca. 15 - 20 Min Fussmarsch). Tolle und lange Strand-Prommenade für ausgiebige Spaziergänge. Viele tolle Hotels vom Design her. Für eine recht mittelgroße Stadt ist alles vorhanden. Gern wieder.

Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich, sehr entgegenkommend und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war einwandfrei und so wie wir es uns durch die Beschreibung vorgestellt haben. Sehr zu empfehlen und für uns ein Appartement das wir gerne wieder buchen würden.

This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. The attention to detail was impressive. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to toiletries like shampoo and soap. We didn't have to worry about bringing or buying any essentials, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Milos went above and beyond by providing us with a generous welcome gift - a bottle of water, juice, and even wine! This kind gesture really set the tone for our entire stay. Within just a 5-10 minute drive, we had access to numerous beautiful beaches and a variety of shops.

A perfect flat and a perfect host. I received a perfect message prior to arrival with instructions from the airport including what to expect for taxi fare, weather information, and more. Upon arrival Mladen greeted me and showed me the building, the flat, and gave some recommendations of sites to see. Later he sent over a list of recommended restaurants. The flat was well furnished, and as described. The terrace is perfect, private, and a great place to spend an evening. I would absolutely stay again and will recommend it to anyone who happens to visit Pula.

We greatly enjoyed staying at Zvonimir place. The surroundings were absolutely gorgeous, it was like a small paradise. The apartment is right by the see, you walk down the stairs and find yourself on a small pebble beach - very quiet and intimate atmosphere. For me it was a perfect place. The town of Senj is very interesting too with rich history. An apartment is quite spacious, decorated with original paintings. And last but certainly not the least Zvonimir and Zrinka are good and generous hosts and absolutely charming people. We enjoyed communicating with them very much and I believe we parted as friends. I am looking forward to staying at this place again!

Sehr nette Hosts. Tolle Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Von Garten direkte Weg zum Ufer, zum Start einem Spaziergang. Zur Uferpromenade oder zum Strand ist es ca 10 bis 15 Minuten Fußweg. Ansonsten ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Istriens mit Auto. Das Haus ist von alten Steinhausstill mit Holzladen. Überdachte Sonnenterasse Richtung Südsüdwest blickt direkt auf den ruhigen Meer, lädt zum Frühstück oder zur Entspannung ein. Wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!

das airbnb von suzana & slaven war traumhaft schön. der beheizte pool mit blick über die einsame bucht, welche man innert 5min fussmarsch erreicht, war perfekt. sehr schöner garten mit einer ausgezeichneten ausgestatteten küche zum kochen. mit dem standup paddle kann man die gegend erkunden und es gibt in fussnähe tolle wandertrails. wir kommen bestimmt wieder. herzlichen dank slaven & suzana für die angenehme & schnelle kommunikation :)

Great place, down to earth and original!

Cette semaine chez Doris etait très agréable. Le logement est bien situé pour varier entre parcs nationaux en montagne et bord de mer avec voiture obligatoire! Doris est une hôte vraiment gentille et attentionnée. Nous sommes ravis de l'avoir rencontré et nous aurions aimé que ce soit notre tante 😅! Des gateaux delicieux et des petites attentions, presente si besoin et discrète si on ne la solicite pas. Le logement est lumineux avec une belle vue du balcon et en avril cest très calme et reposant !

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom świetnie wyposażony, a Sanja jest świetnym gospodarzem, bardzo komunikatywna, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, chętnie pomaga, gdy pojawi się problem.

The house is cosy with a nice garden with a tall hedge , that you can enjoy especially in the evenings. if you have kids like us the garden is super. its safe because the fence is all around. we loved our stay, the apartment is very clean and cosy. the beds and pillows soft. the location is absolutley fantastic, everything is near. esspecialy the beach, is about one mi ute walk. we are deffenetly coming again.

Es hat wirklich alles gepasst: das gemütliche und geschmackvolle Haus mit abgeschlossenem Garten in dem der Hund frei laufen konnte. Sehr ruhige, friedliche Umgebung, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Grüne, duftende Wälder und Wiesen, klares Wasser, eine reine Freude. Alica ist wirklich ein 'Superhost': die Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit war super, sie hat uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants versorgt und mit Kostproben regionaler Besonderheiten. Insgesamt eine tolle Mischung aus freundlicher Betreuung und angenehmer Zurückhaltung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne, helle Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen in Rijeka mit allem was man braucht für einen Städtetrip.

Quiet, comfortable apartment. Perfect for a few days in Pula.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Irenas Wohnung mit wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer gehabt. :) Es war alles sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Große Empfehlung für die Gegend.

The kitchen was fully stocked with all essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for family meals together. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful environment that allowed us to relax after exploring. Patricija was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Am besten hat mir die Aussicht gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade, von wo man schön lange an der Küste spazieren kann und Restaurants sind auch direkt erreichbar.

We had the absolute best family break - everything was perfect, the apartment, the local area, everything. Tea and family were very welcoming and accommodating, also very generous - we felt right at home. Will definitely be back again 😊👌🏻
