Perfect location and quiet street. Walking distance to city centre and restaurants and shops

The check-in felt a little like an escape room, but we managed after a few minutes in the dark (it was 4pm in winter after all). The place is spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us, with enough space for our ski luggages. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Octo provided basic grocery like cereals, coffee and cooking oil which is very much appreciated. The only drawback was the strange shrimp-like odour emanating from the shower room when the venting fan was turned on. Octo was helpful, but as it was Christmas we decided to just keep the vent off, and the repairmen to come until after check out. I hope the issue gets resolved before the next tenant. Despite that small issue, all in all a very happy stay.

I recently stayed at Valbona's Airbnb in Vienna and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was immaculately clean and very well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a charming area, just a short walk from the city center, which made it easy to explore all the main attractions while enjoying a quieter neighborhood. Valbona was a professional and responsive host, ensuring everything went smoothly during my visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place in Vienna!

Mirella was responsive and helpful. We had a snafu with the key (which had been inadvertently taken from the lockbox) and the Wifi (which was spotty) and Mirella solved both issues quickly, kindly and completely. She was also understanding when we needed to make a last-minute change re: the number of guests attached to the booking. The apartment is very large and able to accommodate a minimum of 6 guests (with three large beds) plus additional guests in single beds. The neighborhood was easily walkable into the center and there are restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. on every corner. The apartment was also very clean. The heat and hot water were plentiful and easy to operate, which was great because we had cold, wet weather.

Very friendly host and a nice appartment. Location is very close to the city center and many nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The street next to the appartment is quite busy and noisy, but that allows for perfect accessibility by public transport (underground, bus and tram).

Chris’s place is absolutely fantastic not only in terms of location but its aesthetic quality. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and feels like it was furnished with care and with particular attention to detail. We genuinely felt at home and in fact felt more cosy and comfortable than any other Airbnb I’ve been in. Thanks Chris Loved the place and will return to stay here the next time we are in Vienna.

A casa correspondia exatamente ao descrito, estava super organizada e limpa e o anfitrião foi muito prestativo. Valeu muito a pena, recomendo, ótimo custo-benefício!

What a great place and Eva is a great host. She was always available to message and was very prompt and helpful. She let us leave our luggage because we got in a little early. The space is not big but has 2 nice bedrooms, nice sauna style shower in the bathroom and heated floors in the main area. Perfect place for 4-5 people. The kitchen area is outside but covered, it was cold at Xmas time but it totally works. Washing machine, dishwasher and a nespresso machine with plenty of pods was a bonus for us. A 2 person elevator to the floor and a metro entrance at the building entrance makes getting around beautiful Vienna a breeze. 2 metro stops to the city center and a cool neighborhood with everything. Awesome place, thank you Eva!

It was a lovely flat in an excellent location, with everything you’d need. Nice vibe as well as it was not a commercial Airbnb but actually a private flat. Communication with Christian was easy and he was super responsive and flexible to our arrival/departure times. The one thing to note perhaps is that the third bed is a sleeper couch that is a bit short - so probably better for kids or short adults.

Алоис очень доброжелательный и гостеприимный услужливый и безотказный хозяин!! дом находится очень близко от метро u1 и через 10 мин вы в центре рядом супермаркеты рестораны аптека … очень удобные кровати и постель спасибо большое мы группа из 5 человек прекрасно разместились было очень тепло а небольшие минусы это маленькая ванна и сан узел .. но все равно мы приедем еще раз туда

Nice place host was very attentive only recommendation I think would be changing sheets and pillows , the material was good but I think there is room for improvement .

Die Unterkunft von Hugo befindet sich inmitten von mehreren Ausflugszielen. Hugo hat sehr viel Liebe ins Detail gesteckt, die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alte und neue Möbel wurden super kombiniert. Der Whirlpool trägt zur Entspannung super bei, der Garten ist dabei wirklich eine Ruheoase und sehr privat. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich nur jedem empfehlen - Preis und Leistung sind hier einfach top. Vielen Dank Hugo für die tollen Tage und die super Entspannung.

Sehr zufrieden! Wir waren ein paar Tage mit meiner Hündin bei Beate und können nur positives berichten. Es war alles wie angegeben,sauber und süß eingerichtet. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten wunderbar abschalten,der abgetrennte Gartenteil war für meine Hündin die sich nicht so gut mit anderen Hunden versteht echt super und sie hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt. Die vorhandene Teeküche und der kleine Kühlschrank hat für unsere Bedürfnisse aufjedenfall ausgereicht,wer jeden Tag groß kochen möchte für den wird's eher schwierig. Wir sind ohne Auto angereist und auch das hat super funktioniert, zu beachten ist nur das man sich in einem kleinen Ort befindet wo nicht alle 10 Minuten ein Bus kommt. Wen das nicht stört,der ist hier genau richtig. Zusammengefasst bedanken wir uns bei Beate für die schöne Zeit und freuen uns aufs nächste Mal! Liebe Grüße

Sara is an amazing host. She was proactive and provided very clear instructions for check-in. The place itself is very clean and has all facilities needed for a wonderful stay. It has a metro station nearby and bus stops are minutes away. Easy to reach central Vienna in 10-15 minutes. Definitely recommend this place.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. U-Bahnstation sowie Bushaltestelle sind in 5min zu erreichen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden. Sie ist sehr zu empfehlen.

The house is absolutely beautiful and has a luxurious feel that made our stay really special. The beds were very comfortable, the hot tub was a fantastic touch, and the layout of the apartment is perfectly planned out. It’s also just a short walk from Belvedere, which was super convenient! Our hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. While the rooms are on the smaller side—which might be a bit tricky for guests with larger suitcases—it was still manageable for us. The only thing that could’ve made our stay even better was the cleanliness. With such a stunning interior, it would’ve been amazing if the cleanliness matched the overall aesthetic. That said, the place itself is still great, and we really enjoyed our time there!

L’appartamento è ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista: spazio, accessori etc. Slavisa è un host attento alle necessità degli ospiti e molto disponibile. La zona ha tutto quello che serve (market e negozi) e i mezzi pubblici sono a 2 minuti a piedi e con quelli in 15 minuti vai e torni dal centro di Vienna. La scelta di questo appartamento è stata veramente perfetta.
