It was the second time we stayed at Claudia's and it we had a great time again. Perfect for larger groups, very cozy and fully equipped.

This was my first time to use Airbnb and everything turned out perfectly. Three of us from Peoria, Illinois (US) booked Villa Marie in Pukersdorf for one week, April 7-14, 2018. I hiked up into Vienna Woods on Sunday 8 April and experienced the countryside coming alive due to the warn sunny weather. Most of the trees in the woods adjacent to Villa Marie had mostly leafed out by the end of our trip. The Villa is immaculate and provides excellent views of the woods from two outdoor decks. Situated on a street [N° 10 Karlgasse] that dead ends approximately 50 meters from the woods, it is super quite, especially inside with the windows closed. As first time visitors of Austria from the US, we were very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the Austrian people were. Walter Dickmann, the owner of Villa Marie, helped us prepare for our arrival by sending detailed driving instructions from the Vienna airport to Pukersdorf prior to our arrival in Austria. Moreover, Walter spent a hour or more on Sunday 8 April offering advice on what museums, etc. to visit in Vienna and where to find good vegan restaurants. He was also very helpful in arranging for taxies to Vienna so that we could maximize our limited time to sightsee in Vienna. In short, Walter is a wonderful host and truly loves interacting with guests to help insure their stay at Villa Marie is memorable. In this regard, he couldn't have done a better job. Danke sehr!! Thanks for having us. The house is actually bigger inside than the photos make it appear. Lovely garden and outside deck/terrace areas. The parking is a huge plus as it seems to be very difficult to park long term in Vienna as a non-resident. If you have a large car, getting out onto the road can be an issue due to the one way street and parked cars though. The house is located very close to the tram and is about a 20 minute ride from the city centre. Looking forward to staying again 🙂

Mitten im Wald, sehr ruhig, perfekt ausgestattet ( ein größerer Kühlschrank im Haus wär aber hilfreich), Heizung einfach zu bedienen. Sauna im garten

We loved our stay at Beatrix’s place. The house has a beautiful layout and design. The extensive music collection is also a plus! It is a bit far from the city center but there is a bus stop not far from the house and we didn’t mind at all.

Wir waren zu 5 mit 2 Babys. Ist leicht zu finden, die Wohnung liegt sehr weit oben dafür hast du Blick aufs See. Weiter unten findest du alle läden die du brauchst. Es war sehr ruhig! Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet! Die Wohnung ist sehr gross! Jeder hat platz! Spielzimmer im Keller. Im Sommer ist es bestimmt ganz toll da man Garten hat und viel Platz. Vielen Dank an Samuel! Hoffe bis Bald!

Es hat alle von Anfang bis Ende gepasst. Kommunikation war der hammer noch nie so eine gute Basis auf airbnb erlebt. Auch das Haus war so luxuriös und schön. Vielen Dank für das tolle Urlaubserlebnis

Casa grande è perfetta per grandi gruppi, abbastanza pulita e host super disponibili.

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

Seminarhaus Phönixberg is a place of power and inspiration. Ulrich is a great host with attention to detail and guests, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to communicate with Ulrich. The kitchen has everything you need, an excellent coffee maker and copper utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and the view from the window is a million. My family wholeheartedly recommends this house.

Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und einem Hund angereist. Das Haus hat mit seinen 3 Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern ausreichend Platz und Komfort für uns geboten. Unsere beiden Fahrzeuge hatten einen Stellplatz am Haus. Die Terrassen und der Garten bieten angenehme Rückzugsplätze und der Pool war für uns ein Highlight. Im verglasten Vorbau zum Eingang hatten Fahrräder, Kinderwagen und sonstiges Zubehör ausreichend Platz. Es gab genügend Handtücher und Badetücher. Christian ist ein unkomplizierter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und reagiert sehr schnell auf alle Anfragen.

הגעתי למיכאלה ונורבט דרך הביקורות שנכתבו ולפי רוב הייתה שהייה נוחה וטובה לכן בחרתי להתארח אצלם ולא התאכזבתי כלל וכלל. אנשים לבביים ומארחים מצויינים. הבית נקי,מצוחצח ולפי תיאורם עומד לרשותי אף על פי ששהיתי בקומה העליונה היכן שעליי להיות. נרקמה ידידות עמוקה עם המארחת המופלאה מיכאלה עם שיחות נפש משמחות,נורברט גם הוא איש לבבי שעזר מאוד בכל מה שקשור לניווט חיצוני ושאלות כלליות על וינה והסביבה. ולסיום,לא אשכח את קמילו המתוק,כלב מדהים עם חיבה בלתי נגמרת שלא מתעייף לשחק אף פעם. ללא ספק אני אחזור לשם בקרוב ואולי אעשה זאת בקיץ.

Trotz sehr später Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen. Ein sehr bequemes Bett und schönes Zimmer, komplett verdunkelbar, wer es benötigt. Wunderschöner Garten zum entspannen und sehr guter Kaffee ;) Michaela und Norbert waren sehr nett und immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Camillo ist noch sehr jung und entsprechend verspielt aber ein sehr freundlicher Hund, der wirklich nur spielen will. Bahnverbindung ist fussläufig ca 500m zu "Wiener Neudorf", allerdings ausserhalb der "Kernzone" D.h. aber nur, dass ein zusätzliches Ticket notwendig ist. Die Öffis fahren sehr eng getaktet, also ist die Verbindung perfekt. Geschäfte sind auch fussläufig erreichbar. Nach einem aufregenden Tag in Wien war für mich die Unterkunft eine tolle Erholung mit Ruhe, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt. Preis-Leistung war super, ich komme gerne wieder!
