We recently had the most incredible stay at this luxurious 70-acre estate nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect blend of opulence and natural beauty that this property offers. The expansive ridge-line views were absolutely breathtaking, stretching as far as the eye could see—perfect for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Speaking of coffee, the on-site coffee bar was a delightful touch, with high-quality coffee provided as a welcome gift, ensuring our mornings started off on the right note. The relaxing hot tub was a highlight, offering a serene spot to unwind while soaking in the stunning mountain vistas after long days of skiing at Loon Mtn a short 12min drive. For entertainment, the game room was a hit with with my family—featuring a beautiful shuffleboard table, a brand-new air hockey table, and even a pool table. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The place is clearly well taken care of with attention to detail. This would be a great place any time of year. Miriam and the home were very accommodating. I would return to this location with great peace of mind.

hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful, pictures don't do this location justice. walking into the room felt like a home more than a hotel. beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and well stocked for us when we initially walked in. couldn't be happier with the choice made to stay here while visiting the n. Conway area. We will definitely be staying here every available chance we can moving forward after staying in many local hotels in the area. Thank you so much for the hospitality and warm welcome!

We absolutely loved our stay! Plenty of room for 8 guests (and more!!) in a beautiful setting. There was many helpful amenities, like kitchen items, and plenty of towels. The location is perfectly centered to many popular things to do. James was always very responsive to questions left clear instructions. We highly recommend staying here and hope to do so again in the future.

We are annual travelers to the region conducting winter bird surveys around the New Year. We have been lucky to find several nice houses in the area. This was our first stay with Marina and Roman and their accommodations served us very nicely. It was good to relax in the evenings after our research work and light a fire and have a quiet and good night's rest. We hope to return.

Paula was a great host, loved the amount of space to accommodate 6 adults, 2 toddlers, an infant and 11 y.o. and a tiny puppy w/o having to worry about alot of over the top expensive "things" that could be broken so we actually got to relax. spacious, homey. 10 mins from king Pine Ski. Kids loved the toys and character sheets, plenty of bathrooms. very attentive.

Excellent location for downhill and XC skiing. Quiet and peaceful home. Very comfortable!

Exactly as described, Heather was very proactive with communication, especially when we (and the whole neighborhood) had water issues. Had a solution for us and things were back to normal as expected. Nice, quiet, comfortable spot to play games, cook meals, and spend quality time with family.
