We had a late check in, which wasn’t a problem. While small, the apartment was exactly what we required for two nights. Central location.

We stayed 3 nights. It was perfect! The apartment is beautiful, we were able to cook without any problem, there is even something to make smoothies. The bed is comfortable. The pool is great. The location is perfect if you like to party and/or go to a restaurant. Well soundproofed from the outside. The only downside is that there are no curtains in the apartment, fortunately we are next to a building wall which prevents too much light from entering and the neighbors were noisy (slamming doors). But we loved it, we recommend it!! Thank you!

The apartment was centrally located, modern and clean. Our check in instructions were clear making it a seamless process. The apartment was well equipped, cosy and felt like a home away from home. It gave us the chance to re set whilst travelling in our campervan and we would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Great stay! The room was comfortable with a private bathroom, and having a dedicated floor made it feel very peaceful. The shared space was nice and well thought out. Fiona is a very attentive host, and the location is convenient. Simple and efficient, perfect for a hassle-free stay. I definitely recommend it!

Wonderful place! A new apartment , one of the best I saw in NZ. Beautiful views, especially at night. In the very heart of Wellington but soundproof double glazed. windows so quiet at night . I think I could not better than that. Fiona and her partner were wonderful hosts, attentive, proactive and also little treat they left! Honestly just amazing! Very highly recommend

Excellent place to stay!! Just a few blocks away from Courtnenay Place bus stop; you can catch the bus from the airport, get off at Courtnenay Place, and be at this unit within a few minutes. Close to the waterfront and a grocery store. Well stocked and very clean. Safe building and excellent location.

A beautiful stay! Lovely decor! Very close to the city - food/entertainment etc. Quiet and clean. Would certainly recommend!

We were warmly welcomed and shown our accommodation which was on the upper floor of the house. Everything was just as described and we had the top floor to ourselves. The windows were double-glazed and kept the house quiet and warm. There were plenty of provisions as well as many 'little touches' which we appreciated. The property is a short walk away from both the train station, the bus terminal, and the Queensgate shopping centre.
