We really enjoyed our stay - perfect for a group of couples and walkable to the train and to Brewtown where we were attending a concert. Willem was a friendly and accommodating host - highly recommended!

Gabbie’s place is quiet and super homely and spacious. Her instructions were clear and she always responded quickly, which was assuring to know that if we needed her, she was easy to reach. Everything was spotless and her home is cosy and perfect for our group who had booked the home for a trip to Wellington to celebrate a wedding. It was the best place to come home and relax after a day in heels!

Excellent accommodation in picturesque location. We enjoyed a home from home experience. The Smart TV was a benefit with a wide range of viewing options after a long days sightseeing. We highly recommend to anyone considering a visit to the area. It's an easy run into Wellington so avoids staying in a built up area.

Neat little place. Well equipped with everything needed when travelling. Close to all amenities which was an absolute time saver. Andrea is a lovely host, responsive. The home itself was pristine and clean with aestheticss to our liking. I think good value for money. Would definitely come back for our next trip.

This is simply a wonderful home, and Eleanor is the best host. The villa is beautiful and comfortable—its architecture, furniture, and paintings are a true aesthetic delight. It was warm and cozy, with clear instructions provided. The city center is easy to reach by walking downhill, and on the way back, you can take the cable car up to the Botanic Garden, which is nearby. The rooms are spacious, the views are stunning, and the kitchen has everything you need. We are very happy that we had the chance to stay in such a place!

It was a great place for our family of 5 to gather and share a holiday. Probably the place would be easier for those with a car but we managed and enjoyed the local cafes & a nearby restaurant. The views from the property are magnificent & it is very peaceful with some lovely visits from local bird life. Richard was very helpful & quick to respond to a couple of house issues. The foodstuffs, spices, condiments & general household supplies eg washing detergents etc were very generous & helpful given none of us are from New Zealand. It also has a wide range of appliances & cooking equipment which we appreciated. When we first arrived we were very glad his directions to the property were very specific. Overall all of us were very happy with our stay and we’re glad we chose Richard’s place - thank you Richard.

We had a wonderful time staying in Oriental Bay, the location is ideal for walking into the city and being just off the main road meant that it was quiet and peaceful. The property was spotless and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of fresh linen. The outdoor patio was an added bonus and we spent many afternoons enjoying the summer sun out there. Our host was great, very responsive and helpful, can’t wait to return!

We really appreciated Alistair and Shelia's hospitality. They were the best hosts we have experienced with Airbnb rentals. The living accommodations were very comfortable and provided the space we needed to rest, do laundry, visit Wellington, and prepare for the next stage of our trip to South Island. We appreciated the closeness to bus and train routes into Wellington and to the Interislander Ferry to Picton.

The flat was very peaceful. I slept great. Just the right size for us. Julie felt always available but never intrusive. It was like we were there on our own but any question we wanted answered was just a text message away. Plenty of facilities in the kitchen so we easily cooked a couple of nights. At the end of the day we would settle on the comfortable couch to cast a movie. I would definitely stay again. Julie is very thoughtful about guests' comfort. Car space is right near the flat entrance. Nice for Wellington where parking can be awkward.

One of the best Air BnB places I've stayed in. The apartment is spacious and thoughtfully furnished. Kelley is the consumate professional host.

Great accommodation, perfect location for all things in the CBD. Amazing waterfront view, well appointed kitchen. Lounge area very spacious and sofa was big enough for 4 of us to enjoy a movie!!

Fantastic experience all around. The apartment was in a prime location. It was such a great size for 6 of us with plenty of spaces and areas to all catch up in. Plenty of beds, bathrooms. So comfortable. Funky and fun. Great inner city apartment vibe. Great kitchen. Super helpful and accommodating owner. This was a top notch experience. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wellington und waren sehr zufrieden mit Sues Appartment. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und der Ausblick vom Bett aus ist das absolute Highlight. Außerdem war es sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Sue war auch super. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen 😊

Staying at Marias place felt like home from the beginning. It was cosy and clean and the place was flooded with natural light. We had such a great time there!

Very nice flat at ground level and with a pleasant view into the private yard. We found the bed comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom very well equipped. On a No Exit (dead end) street, so parking on-street is easy. The bus into Wellington CBD is very close, but we decided to walk down the steep hill (2 km). You should be used to walking if you do that because the return uphill is challenging. Our hosts were excellent and supplied everything we needed for breakfast (fruit, milk, cereal, bread, coffee, tea). Wayne even provided expresso drinks.

Adrienne is a very welcoming host and her place is pristine and elegant. She went out of her way to make me feel at home.

Fantastic location! Walkable to Cuba Street and Courtenay Place. The place itself was very clean and homely. We would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is equipped with literally everything you might need. As it is right in the centre/ CBD you can reach many interesting places without a car. It is a bit on the louder side due to traffic but nothing too bad. We felt very comfortable there.

We had a lovely stay at Evan’s Bay, we felt so at home and the bay view is incredible. The beds were really comfortable, the lounge was great, as were the bathroom facilities. Easy access to buses and local shops and the best equipped Air BnB kitchen I’ve ever stayed at!
