One of the best places I’ve stayed. Nathalie’s place was super easy to find, private entrance, very clean, well lite at night and really quiet. The place was nicely furnished, convenient to UBS arena! New modern and clean bathroom and super comfortable king bed and very cute kitchen. The TV and internet access was easy to navigate as well. Definitely would like to go back whenever I’m in NY! Would give it a 10 out of 10! Perfect cozy getaway - home away from home!

I held an event at Dano's place, it was the best place in the area, and nonetheless as everyone says, he is an amazing host. He had no problem with helping me set-up, helping create a useful area, and the greatest hospitality experience thus far. Would not shy away, and any future events will absolutely be done there!

The apartment was lovely, the location was lovely, the host was lovely, and although we did not have the honor of meeting his dog I'm sure she's lovely too. Just as nice as the pictures make it out to be. We had a great time, thank you Michael

Simple amazing, if you are a bigger group and need beds for everyone then this is your spot, the house is clean and there was different coffee pods, snacks, teas, and some breakfast items were left for us! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking in the area!

Defina is an amazing host great to work with responds quickly very helpful with directions into NYC. House was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 10 walking distance to the bus stop to get into NYC. Breakfast was an enjoyable plus definitely recommend Definas place we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you again Defina your the best

Renee was a great host. Check in was easy, the garage and doors were easy to use, Renee was responsive to all of our questions and the house comfortably slept our family of 2 adults, 3 kids and a baby. There are a ton of amenities like a wine fridge and smart TV that meant we could have a chilled glass of red while the kids found their favorite shows. The house is beautiful and sits on a scenic hillside in South Orange. It’s easy to walk up the hill and see panoramas of NYC. We loved walking to get bagels with our kids or grabbing pizza from one of the many great spots nearby. The streets are also great for running with wide running lanes and challenging hills. We had such a great time spending most of July here.

Jen‘s place provided the perfect family getaway to New York City. The property to Times Square was easy to navigate and we felt safe with well-lit areas. The bus stop is truly just a three minute walk the house. We appreciated what looks like recent renovations, and the small touches like the water filter and USB outlets in the rooms. We will certainly stay again when we come back to New York.

Amina and Sumaiya were very helpful during check-in, although I didn't have the internet to check the final day message as I was driving to NYC from Canada, they helped every possible way to navigate the correct side entrance entrance to the unit. They were super helpful in the process on calls and the duration of my stay. The house was very clean, and the bedding and bathware were very clean, like new. We felt like staying at a friends place.

I had an amazing experience staying at Anthony’s place! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated the space was. The location was perfect, offering easy access to NY! I was for a work project and extended my stay several times that’s how much I liked the place! Thanks you the place was great!

Muy buen alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente, tanto para recorrer la zona como para ir a cualquier parte de Manhattan porque tiene estaciones de metro muy cercanas. La habitación cumple con lo necesario y esta todo muy limpio. El desayuno es un punto muy a favor, es una bebida caliente y algo para comer a elección, no es un desayuno abundante pero si muy rico y de buena calidad, y salís del hotel listo para recorrer!

such a beautiful spacious place. it was really easy to got tothe subway. They sent me a picture of the front door that was very helpful. would defiantly stay again.

We loved our stay at Brian's place. The location was perfect and the space was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed walking to the park and around the neighborhood, and the subway was nearby. We would definitely stay again the next time we are in Brooklyn.

I really liked the bnb, me and my bf were very comfortable. The only thing I can say is that you can hear conversations from upstairs and them walking. But overall I really liked it I would stay again.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. The place had everything we needed, with so many beautiful thoughtful touches, like eggs, bread, jam etc when we arrived. It took us 20 minutes to get into Times Sq via the bus and we never waited more than 5 mins for a bus. The owners are just really nice people and we can't recommend them, and their Airbnbs, more highly.

I would definitely book this place again if I travel to New York! One min walk from the LIRR train station and easy to get to Manhattan and other locations. Garden is so clean and sooo peaceful. House was absolutely big and beautiful. Clean house, amazing garden with a hot tub. (I didn’t want to leave). William offered to make breakfast and will ask if you need anything and will always be there to help you. I enjoyed chatting with him. Such a great man!! A great host, very helpful and so kind! Thank you so much for everything William!!

Tonja and Tracey have the most incredible home! This is by far the most wonderful airbnb I've experienced. My colleague and I stayed here on a work trip twice and would go back in a heartbeat. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and all the details make you feel relaxed and completely comfortable. Beyond the beautiful, peaceful space, Tracey and Tonja are wonderful hosts -- warm, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. I truly can't wait to go back! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience!

I don’t even know where to begin! William was an AMAZING host. The first place my husband and I booked canceled last minute and William had no problem accommodating us. We are able to check in at 7pm after making the reservation around 6pm. The pictures do not do this place justice. William set up the sauna for us to use which was a truly relaxing experience. I could talk to William for hours, we had lots of conversation about various topics. The next morning he made us breakfast. We had bacon and eggs with croissants and coffee and OJ. This was a beautiful stay and it was well worth the money. William was just the cherry on top! I will definitely be staying here again!

Wir verbrachten zwei Tage in der Unterkunft von Ron. Sie war genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Von der Wohnung sind es nur einige Minuten Gehweg zur Subway-Station, von dort aus kommt man wunderbar ins Innerste von Manhattan. Alles verlief problemlos, gerne wieder.

Art is an excellent host. He was quickly available at all times. We will be back!

O lugar é exatamente conforme o descrito. Não tenho queixas, apenas observações da minha experiência. 1. A localização é incrível. Fiz 80% das minhas atividades (Time Square, Broadway, Central Park e outras) apenas caminhando; 2. O quarto é pequeno, ideal apenas para que busca um lugar seguro para deixar seus pertences e ter um bom lugar para dormir. Me senti super confortável, tive noites agradáveis. 3. Os banheiros limpos, sendo constantemente limpos pela equipe do local. Apesar do alto fluxo de pessoas, estava sempre limpo. Zero queixas. 4. O único ponto negativo é que no quarto ao lado (F15), por duas noites, os hóspedes estavam roncando e a regra é NÃO RONQUE. Porém a queixa é sobre como os funcionários abordam nesse momento (na madrugada). Me assustou/ incomodou bem mais as batidas agressivas na porta do quarto ao lado do que o ronco dos vizinhos. O espaço tem uma energia muito agradável, precisa rever essa abordagem. Não condiz em nada com a cultura do espaço. Geral: 10/10

Allen and Anne… are such an excellent hosts. They provide recommendations to places including personal opinion. This is a prime location close to subway which is very convenient. Room equipped with all what you need. Kudos to Allen and Anne. I will not hesitate to book this room again in the future.

I’ve been thinking about writing this review since the moment I checked into Tracey and Tonja’s BNB. Let me say, this has been by far the best experience I have had via Airbnb and I am very grateful. This is the charm and hospitality staying at a bnb used to have before it became the capitalist, money hungry system it now has become. Tonja and Tracey as such kind and beautiful people. They were beyond hospitable; explained the property and gave me a tour upon arrival, always available if I needed them, and had an incredible energy to match their charming home. The place is so beautiful and the photos do not do it justice! From the cozy library, to the meditation room, to the suites - everything is perfectly decorated and curated to provide you an atmosphere of peace. My favorite was the soak tub which I was in desperate need of after a stressful few weeks of travel. This was the most perfect place to recharge as a part of my new year self care rituals. I will definitely be back soon.
