Lower North Shore : locations de vacances en appartement

1. 위치 1) 공항에서 420번 버스가 burwood 역으로 한번에 옵니다. burwood Woolworth 앞에서 내려 숙소까지 걸어오면 17분(캐리어 끌고오면 많이 힘듭니다), croydon역까지 기차타고 1정거장 이동 후 오게 되면 최소비용으로 공항에서 올수 있습니다. 돌아오는 편을 croydon 역에서 burwood 역까지 한정거장 타고 가서 420번 버스를 아침 5시 48분에 타고 공항으로 왔습니다. 아침 출근 하는 사람이 꽤 많더군요, 2) 5층이라 먼곳 까지 전망이 확보 됩니다. Burwood 역 건물이 시야에 들어오고 6시 아침이 밝아오면 흰앵무새떼, 여러 종류의 새들이 무리 지어 다니며 일출이 시작 됩니다. 8시~9시경은 숙소 옆 초등학교와 공립학교로 등교하는 학생들을 볼수 있습니다. 3) croydon 역에서 숙소까지 오는 길은 초등학교 정문을 지나 큰 대로변을 따라 이동하기 좋습니다. 4) 기차길에 옆이라 (지도에서 확인했으나, 후기에서 이런 애기는 없어 설마 했지만) 하루종일 창을 열어두면 열차 지나가는 소리가 들립니다. 특히CBD에서는 못들었던 비행기 소리가 많이 들립니다. 김포공항의 가양이나 등촌 정도 느낌입니다. 창이 홑창이라 닫아둬도 소리가 작게 들리네요. 5)뷰 맛집입니다. 저녁에 어두워지면 기차 지나가는 불빛, 인근 주택의 불빛을 제외하곤 하늘의 별빛을 볼수 있는 곳입니다. 2017년 cbd에서는 못봤던 하늘의 별들을 이 숙소에서는 확인할 수 있었습니다. 6) coles, Woolworth, ALDI 다 전 정거장 혹은 다음 정거장에 있습니다. 장보러 다닐땐 항상 기차를 이용했습니다. 걸어다니기엔 날씨가 더워 힘들더군요 7) 저녁에 지는 해가 많이 들어옵니다. 저녁에 많이 덥네요 8) 바람이 많이 불던 날은 현관 문 아래로 바람이 엄청 들어옵니다. (우리나라 문풍지가) 2. 숙소 1)아일랜드 부엌 너무 편합니다. ㄱ ,ㄷ, 1자 부엌은 많이 이용했었는데 전망 좋은 곳을 보면서 야채 씻고 요리하는 재미가 있었습니다.

We had a fantastic stay at Narelle's air bnb !! The air bnb is in a great location, so handy to everything !! Narelle provided clear instructions on checking in and once you do check in, you find a beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable air bnb with everything you need and more. We really enjoyed exploring Paddington and surrounds and having this lovely air bnb to come back to each day made it even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again, thank you for having us Narelle, you are a great host !!

Sunny and her team are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay at Sunny's place. We loved everything about the apartment with the new appliances. There is plenty of light and air in the unit and we particularly appreciated the balcony, swimming pool and location. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area and a lively nightlife on the weekends as well. Sunny also graciously was able to accommodate a late checkout time which really helped us out on our trip. Our stay here totally enhanced our first visit to Sydney. We love Sydney and we would love to stay in the same apartment whenever we can return.

Great little spot in Bondi. Super walkable to everything you could need or want to do - cafes, shops and beach are all so accessible. The apartment is clean, peaceful and comfortable, everything is covered for you. Quiet spot. Lovely and cosy bedroom. Would absolutely stay again!

Penny’s place was the perfect place for our family holiday in Coogee. Watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning from the comfort of the sofa was my highlight! The apartment was clean, organised and had everything we needed. I appreciated having plenty of towels, beach toys, tennis rackets and the laundry detergent (all things we didn’t have with us as we’d travelled from the UK). The kids loved the cave room and all the toys. The apartment is quiet and cosy, a really peaceful place for a break. Penny was helpful and responsive but gave us privacy. We loved it and really hope we can visit again one day soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chris and Nancy's apartment in Parramatta. They were excellent hosts, providing a pedestal fan to help with my heat intolerance and ensuring my needs were met. :) The apartment was well equipped with Free 2 Air TV and smart TV options. It has secure underground parking. Its location was perfect, with Westfield Parramatta and public transport nearby. A highlight was the 40th floor rooftop area, offering beautiful city views at night. It was peaceful and calming. I highly recommend Chris and Nancy's apartment for its comfort, convenience, and being great hosts. I look forward to staying here again. :)

Suzanne was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. Her instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Everything was provided from kitchen essentials to bathroom amenities. The place is spacious (for 3 of us) and clean. A convenient location, as it was only a short 10min walk to the train station and 5 minute drive to the closest supermarket and restaurants. Will definitely consider staying at Suzanne's place again if opportunity arises.

Great place to stay for good convenience

Claire was very responsive to any questions we had. The APT. was clean and the showers great with a strong hot water flow. Supermarkets, .restaurants and rail station all in walking distance. We had a very enjoyable stay. Barry Tweed Heads.

We stayed at Daniel’s place as a family with 2 young kids. We had a long drive to get there and arrived late so I couldn’t quite work out the check in instructions I messaged Daniel and he replied instantly helping me through it! Lovely large apartment directly across from the beach. Lovely location a bit quieter than the other end but a short walk to everything. There’s a few flights of stairs which we were aware of prior to booking, was a bit tricky with the kids prams and stuff but to be expected! I can’t fault the Airbnb and loved how responsive and welcoming Daniel was :) Bonus that there’s garaged parking big enough for a 4WD. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We were very happy with our stay at Angeline’s apartment. It was very clean and tidy, very spacious, with a lovely little courtyard too! It was great value and close to everything we needed. Would stay again!

From beginning to end, this was genuinely the best Air BnB experience I have ever had! The host was so helpful every step of the way, all the instructions were clear and made the experience so much easier. Whilst staying here I felt like a guest at a friend’s home, not a stranger staying in a strange place. Everything was neat, clean, and tidy. Really comfortable and very accomodating. Walking through the neighbourhood made me want to move there, and I look forward to an excuse to book in again in the near future. The parks, restaurants, and overall vibe of the area makes for a wonderful place to be, and I genuinely envy the people that live there. This place is the place to stay if you need an air BnB in Zetland, take my word for it and thank yourself later. Huge thanks to the host. Just wow.

There are lot of restaurants nearby

너무나 쾌적하고 아름다웠어요. 쾌적한 시설과 아름다운 야경 덕분에 시드니를 더욱 사랑하게 되었습니다. 건물은 안전했고 관리가 잘 된 거 같았어요. 쓰레기를 서 일층까지 내려 가지 않고 숙소에서 버릴 수 있어서 정말 편리했어요. 체크인 할 때 호스트를 직접 만날 수 있어서 편리하고 또한 따뜻한 환대를 받을 수 있었습니다. 시드니에는 아름다운 숙소가 많고 많지만 다시 돌아 온다면 이곳에 묵으려고 노력 할 것 같습니다.

Duncan’s apartment was perfect for us with all amenities we needed for a 10 day stay, in a secure complex. Lovely decor, super comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped kitchen. Location convenient to Kings Cross train station and buses. Restaurants abound in this charming neighbourhood. A short walk to the city, harbour and many tourist attractions. Duncan was a considerate and proactive host.

The apartment was a great base for our weekend in Sydney. The location is perfect in amongst all the Olympic Park facilities!

I had a wonderful stay at Lucy's place. She has decorated it so wonderfully that it really has character and not just another soulless Airbnb. The location is fsntastic. So much going on in terms of restaurants and cafes and easy to get to anywhere in the city. The rooftop pool is such a bonus on a hot day.

The apartment was exactly as expected with Brendan's communication for check in and any other info excellent. We were 2 adults, 2 children and the place didn't feel crowded. Arcade machines kept me out of the misuses hair once the kids were in bed. Would recommend and stay again as location is great for city access and Tumbalong Park is close which has everything the kids needed. (waterplay and playground)

Ideally located and very comfortable. This was the perfect spot for our beachside holiday - with not one but four beautiful beaches within short walking distance! Surprisingly peaceful with a private outdoor area complete with handy bbq. We loved the wide selection of local food on offer - Maritje’s recommendations were spot on 👍 The apartment had all that we needed plus the local corner store was literally a minute away. So grateful for this summer getaway 😎⛱️☀️

Place was great! So accessible and in the middle of everything you need to get to. There’s a walkway to Macquarie Centre which I thought was super convenient. Host was responsive and helpful.

Sehr gut gelegene kleine Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Wasser. Sehr herzlicher Empfang von Robyn. Auf dem Dach ist ein kleiner Pool mit Blick über die Stadt, wir haben abends auf der sehr großen Dachterasse gerne mit einem Glas Wein gesessen und über die Skyline und das Wasser geschaut aber genau so fasziniert einer Gruppe laut schnatternder Kakadus in den Bäumen vor dem Haus zugesehen. Der Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus, zur U Bahn kann man in 15 min gehen, trotzdem sehr ruhige Gegend, ein sehr schöner Park am Wasser ist 5 min entfernt. Kleine aber feine Wohnung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.
