Lovely chalet in a fantastic location next to Kessingland's stunning beach. Hannah is a great host: welcoming and proactively helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Fabulous dog friendly cottage in a great location (and unlike other places we've stayed, no doggy smell). The location is peaceful but within an 8 minute walk of the beach and has a great pub on your doorstep (the Ship) which did fab food. Paul and Sally were very responsive to our messages and made it very easy to find and catered for absolutely everything within the cottage, we didn't need to bring any extras. Cottage is pristine but cosy/quaint with great amenities, including a gorgeous log burner which made the winter evenings toasty. The entrance to the cottage is very narrow but there is additional parking behind the cottage. We had a Volvo XC60 which is huge but still managed to park at the front. There is no garden but we didn't find this a problem in the winter. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cottage, a rare find.

Penny is a fabulous host-always responsive to any queries. The house was pristine and so welcoming -exactly like the photos. Lovely touches like fresh milk in the fridge, yummy biscuits, pretty daffodils on the table. The little extras like tea and coffee, basic provisions like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a few others. Enough bin bags and cleaning products so I needn’t have brought any with me. Comfy linens, huge towels, fire wood in case we wanted to light a fire, loads of books, toys for children and local information guides and books. I would gladly stay here again as we felt right at home. Thank you so much Penny!

We spent a lovely weekend at Ruths place with my partner, three children and one labradoodle. Just a few minutes walk down to the beach and a short drive away from some lovely places (we spent a day in Hoveton and then Blickling Hall on the way home). Cracking fish and chips a stones throw away. The chalet was immaculate and full of items we might need. There were toys and DVDs for the kids, Ruth also provided a travel cot and a high chair for our stay. Immaculately clean and an insanely comfy bed. Communication was absolutely superb also.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lauren's lovely property, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The space is not only comfortable, but it also exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly makes it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the property's proximity to the beach – just a short stroll away! It made for some truly special days. Lauren has clearly put a lot of thought into creating a delightful experience for her guests. The little touches throughout the property, from cozy linens to thoughtful amenities, were greatly appreciated and quite rare in many rentals these days. I can’t wait to return! Thank you, Lauren, for such a wonderful stay!

A beautifully furnished cottage in the older and quieter part of town in Caister, within easy reach of supermarkets, the beach and places to eat. It was perfect for two of us using it as a base to vist my family and old haunts from years ago. The cottage has everything you need for a stay, even including info leaflets about local activities. It has a good amount of space for eating and relaxing for three people. Having really enjoyed our stay we highly recommend it and hope to come again.

Perfect location for a family reunion in an old childhood holiday location. Perfectly situated for the Southwold Half Marathon that 3 of us were doing. House is spacious particularly downstairs and accurate in description. Everything clean and tidy and perfect for our needs.

The hosts were brilliant and very responsive. The lodge was clean and exactly as described. Location was great and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Debbie was a great host, very quick to respond to any messages. The property had everything we needed, lovely bathroom, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice outside seating space. The site has a lovely clubhouse where we enjoyed great food, we also enjoyed food at the pub and chinese which are both just across the road! Lol As is a lovely little village shop that stocks everything you could think of!

We had a wonder few days away at Lynda’s lovely home. It was exactly as described and Lynda was an excellent and responsive host. The Beach House was warm and cosy with a fantastic Pub over the road as well as a great pub and restaurant on site. Our children loved the pool right on the doorstep and all the space around to run and play. This was a really great get away and home from home. Thank you Lynda ❤️

Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

We were looking forward to a 2 night break to refuel after Christmas and Anne's place certainly helped us do that. Beautiful caravan with an easy walk to the beach. We didn't use the facilities onside as they were closed for the winter months so can't comment of those. So glad the caravan was toasty warm, clean and luxurious. Thanks Anne

A lovely location walking distance to Great Yarmouth. The house was clean and very spacious for a big family. I highly recommend.

We just absolutely loved our stay and want to make it our go to place for an annual visit. Chalet was spotless and well equipped and everything we needed was close by. Plenty of information sent by Lisa making check in etc really easy and responses to any questions we had were prompt. Robin's Nook is a great chalet to stay in. We would highly recommend.

Lovely stay in a fab location close to the beach. Everyone was super friendly & our dog loved it. Breakfast at the cliff Top Cafe was good. The cottage is well equipped & the bed was very comfortable. The decor is well thought out. The only down side was heating in the evening which was resolved promptly with the owners. It would have been lovely to have the fire lit, but due to nesting birds this was not possible! The Gunton & Suffield Arms were great pubs for food & atmosphere in the both bars & restaurants. Loved exploring North Norfolk despite hideous weather!

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Terry’s mobile home. The mobile home was dog friendly with a nice enclosed decking area perfect for sitting in the sunshine whilst knowing our dog was safe! The mobile home had everything you could need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, Nice comfortable sofas and beds. The only thing we could suggest to improve the stay would be black out binds or curtains in the bedrooms, but that’s us being really picky and liking a little lie in! The mobile home was spotless on arrival, and Terry was excellent at communicating with us. We will definitely be back :)

So, we’d booked to come down on a Saturday, but unfortunately my mum died, so we came down on the Sunday instead. We had a big bunch of roses waiting with a lovely note. It mean the world to me. Lovely chalet, lovely decking & sun traps & perfect for humans n hounds. Thanks guys & we WILL be back. X

A cosy peaceful retreat perfectly located to enjoy relaxing walks along the sandy beach at Sea Palling

Myself and my partner left a more personal review in the guestbook where we stayed, but wanted to say thankyou so much for our stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway that feels like home, definitely stay here! We have left feeling refreshed and would like to come back in the near future

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful break away in this lovely seaside cottage. It was well equipped with plenty of space for us all, two teenage boys and our dog. We were only a 2 minute walk away from the sea and beautiful coastal views. Many other places to visit are only a short drive away. We spent some time in Cromer visiting the lifeboat and another day went on the North Norfolk steam railway. I recommend this as a great place to stay for a beautiful coastal and seaside holiday.

This is our third year coming to Fran and Margarita’s beautiful house. Once again everything was perfect. Christmas decorations were beautiful and the house is just an amazing space to host a family Christmas. Cannot recommend them and the property enough.
