Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

The House in Holt suited us perfectly for its location so we could walk into the pretty pretty town, yet feel very private and peaceful in the house and lovely garden. There were also great walks nearby as well as a short drive away. The house is well set up for families with children of all ages, and well equipped for our 11month old granddaughter with cot, high chair as well as the beautiful lawn, trees and shrubs to enjoy. It was easy to feel relaxed there due to the rustic style of decor and comfortable furnishings (especially the lounge/TVroom!) and family style kitchen. It couldn’t have been better for us!

We had a lovely stay in this quirky, characterful house. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was easy on-street parking. The really good thing was that the owner went above and beyond to sort out an issue we had. Many thanks for that David. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Lovely house, with a lot of nice touches and generous provision of the minimum ingredients for cooking, tea, coffee, fresh milk left in the fridge and toiletries, which was a nice surprise. Practical access and easy to park around. Julia was responsive and accommodating when we requested to arrive a bit earlier than planned. Many thanks!

The cottage was extremely homely and we felt instantly relaxed - the secure walled garden was perfect for our dogs and the sun stayed till 4pm - sheltered and warm in early April - perfect for a light lunch with a bottle of rose with nice view. heating was effective and the log burner with comfy sofas and great tv made a cosy evening in. 5 min walk to the pub with large deck on opposite side of mere for drinks in sun after 4pm. The huge comfy super king bed had a really comfy firm mattress with lovely crisp cotton bed linens. Julia was really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again when visiting south Norfolk.

Really lovely flat, perfectly located for The Georgian Townhouse and all of the pubs and cafes along Unthank Road. 10 min walk into the city was great. Communication with Swift and the Airbnb owner was great and both were very responsive to a question we had about the heating. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely, peaceful and spacious flat with vintage touches, in a very central location close to restaurants, shops, the seafront and the many walks and places to visit around Aldeburgh. Great for couples or families. Managing Agents very responsive to any requests. Would highly recommend!

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

The house was the perfect spot for my friends Hen Party. Such a spacious house so none of the guests felt on top of one another. Imogen had lots of recommendations of suppliers to use so we used a private chef and cocktail masterclass host from the books which were fantastic. The location of the house is right on the coast which was lovely especially when the sunshine came out. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of household products (i.e. toilet roll, bin bags etc). One of the best experiences we have had staying at someone’s rental, thanks so much for having us! X

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in Suffolk for a 3 day wedding as an extended family group and the house was the perfect base. The house is very comfortable- especially the beds - and everything has been thought of. It is also very very clean. The courtyard is beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend!

Our stay at this beautiful house made sure Christmas 2024 was wonderful! Three generations were so very comfortable, the house has everything you need and so much more! The grandson's adored the warm pool and the space the house provided. The adults loved the home from home feel, the top quality appliances in the kitchen used for Christmas lunch, the amazing facilities, the short walk round the corner to the lovely beach and the nearby pub where everyone was so welcoming! Couldn't have wished for a better stay.

Fabulous house in a beautiful area. House was incredibly well equipped and everything was a really high quality. Loads of essentials in the fridges and high end toiletries in all bathrooms. Cant recommend Jacqui enough as a wonderful host. And really dog friendly.
