The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped. The space is stylish, modern minimalist, and beautifully furnished. Everything looks and feels thoughtfully designed. It’s also incredibly clean and well-maintained. I also love how peaceful and quiet it is. It truly feels like a Tagaytay vacation home right in the middle of the city. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a big plus. If you're looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay, this is definitely it! Would love to come back.

The place is great if you are looking for a place with a swimming pool within the area of Taguig. It is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back to for our next team building activities.

The place was as beautiful as the pictures in the listing. The karaoke system was a professional system so we didn’t pay extra at a KTV place. It was very close to the market and mall. The staff was quick to respond to all questions. I highly recommend this place for big groups!! Thank you.

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

Our holiday was extra special all thanks to Ma’am Linda’s home! It is perfect for our family, accommodating kids, teens, and adults effortlessly. It was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming the moment we arrived. All furniture was sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were relatively new and kitchenware was impressively complete, making meal preparations a breeze. We particularly appreciated the high-quality air conditioning throughout the house. The well-thought-out layout made it easy for us to come together for family activities while also enjoying private downtime when needed in the rooms. The added touches, such as cozy bedding, thoughtful decor, and little conveniences like ample power outlets and fast Wi-Fi, truly made this a standout stay. The outdoor space was also a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or late-night chats. I highly recommend maam Linda’s place to anyone looking for a perfect temporary home for all occasions within the city! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly inviting. With stores nearby, it was easy for us to cook our own meals. The fridge also had stocked items available you can purchase via e-wallet, which was very convenient. The dip pool was a great addition, and we had so much fun using it. Although we really enjoyed our stay, I’d like to share some points for future guests to consider: Cons: - The place is not accessible by public transportation, so having your own vehicle or arranged transport is a must. - Pool access requires a ₱200 fee and is not included in the amenities. It also needs to be scheduled with the host to ensure availability. That said, the overall experience was great! The place is well-equipped with complete kitchenware and other essentials. It's super quiet and feels very secure—we even took a walk at night without any worries. The host was also very considerate and allowed us to extend our checkout by an hour while we waited for our driver. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it! ❤️ Thank you, Ma’am Betty and Sir Mark!
