Very nice place right in the centre of Burgas.

Cet appartement est tout simplement parfait. Totalement impeccable, avec tout l'équipement possible, très bien situé à proximité de la rue piétonne de Bourgas. J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Un parking payant est disponible tout prêt (attention selon l'heure, il peut être difficile de trouver une place en pleine saison). Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour sur la côte bulgare.

Wonderful stay at Lubo's flat! Well-equipped kitchen and flat - had everything we needed and more... Beautiful view of the sea - perfect to have dinner on the balcony and enjoy the sunset :-)

Домакините са страхотни! Нямаме абсолютно никакви забележки, пак ще повторим престоя. Локация е страхотна, апартаментът е зареден с всичко необходимо.

A Great stay. Only problem was that apt. was a little dusty and unswept in one or two rooms but I located the broom and took care of that - everything else was great. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Naime's apartment. Everything was super clean, there was toiletries, plenty of kitchen equipment, cleaning liquids and everything you might need to cook, wash or shower. Apartment was very comfortable and looked exactly as on the photos, with beautiful views. In addition, where we travelled with a child and also a baby, Naime provided baby crib with baby linen, high chair for feeding, plenty of toys for babies but also bigger kids and to top it up there was even a baby towel and baby plates and spoons. The internet was of good quality. Naime was super quick to respond to any questions we had. She provided additional useful tips and directions. Also the building greatly managed with nice entrance, many elevators and playground. It is just on the entrance of the sea garden which makes it perfect for walks, biking and going to the beach. We greatly recommend both for families and couples/group of friends.

Veronika’s apartment was great and we really did enjoy it! It was my birthday and I had great time spending my last hours of the 30-th years of my life. 😄 Definitely recommended for people looking for great views and comfort!

Das Appartment war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden von Getränken bis zu einem kleinen Imbiss. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es weiter. Was zu Essen bekommt man in einem neuen Lokal gegenüber von dem außerhalb der Saison geschlossenen chinesischen Restaurant.

The house is in a great location, easy to get to the beach and the town of Sozopol. Our family had a great time!

Staying at Jay's place was an outstanding experience. The accommodation is impeccably clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities you might need, including a lovely terrace with a sea view—perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and a few steps away from a well-stocked supermarket. Jay is an excellent host, always available to help with prompt replies and assistance whenever needed. Tsarevo itself is a charming, romantic town with beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants that are very affordable, especially compared to those in Burgas or Sunny Beach. The evenings are often filled with lively music, adding to the town's enchanting atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here!

Много приятен апартамент, всичко беше чисто, подредено, ново. Имаше всички необходими удобства и уреди. Домакините бяха приветливи и добронамерени. Приемат и домашни любимци, за което заслужават допълнителна звездичка към отзива. Определено много ни хареса.

Beautiful Apartment and very well maintained. Looking out from the living room you can see the sea and various ships docked out in the bay. Apartment area was peaceful and quiet. This Unit has a washer and dryer combo! Big upsell here! This might not be a big deal in the summer months, but in the fall and winter months its wonderful! Fast Internet for work also. Was able to have multiple Teams meetings. I always found parking! Big bonus. There are about 4 spots for parking along the street. I stayed here two months and maybe 10 times I didn't have parking on the street and that was no issue because there is a grass parking area 20 feet away that always has room! Also the fish restaurant next to the grass parking is really good! If you turn right (walking) at the grass parking area you can see the restaurant. If you turn left instead and walk 3 blocks there is a local grocery store open 24 hours! Full service car wash right when you enter Sarafovo You will be happy to stay here!

C'est une petite et belle Riviera du côté de Bourgas ! L'appartement est flambant neuf, plein de style et de goût et très propre. Il a tout ce dont j'avais besoin. C'est ici que je passerai les prochaines vacances d'été. Le jardin devant la terrasse est très beau. La piscine est grande et très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont blancs comme neige. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité et votre aide!

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Es gibt alles, was Sie für einen schönen Urlaub brauchen. Wir fühlten uns fast wie zu Hause. Es war sehr cool! Das Meer ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, in der Nähe befinden sich Geschäfte (bis 24 Stunden geöffnet) Bank, Apotheken, Restaurants usw. Gastgeber Rosvitas war sehr hilfsbereit, war immer in Kontakt mit uns und hat uns jedes Mal blitzschnell geholfen, wenn wir Hilfe oder Rat brauchten (z. B. bei Problemen mit dem Internet schickte er uns noch am selben Tag einen Master, der alle Probleme behob). Rosvitas ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Wir danken ihm und seiner netten Managerin. Dass der Pool nicht funktionierte, war uns egal! Wir sind nicht wegen dem Pool nach Sozopol gefahren, sondern wegen dem Meer und ans Meer! Und auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man in Sozopol immer irgendwohin gehen,hier gibt es wirklich was "Schönes" zu sehen und zu erleben. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Отличная квартира, все удобства, чисто, локация - супер, все в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Хозяин очень внимательный и при этом тактичный, его присутствие ощущали только когда это было нам нужно. Единственная (впрочем обычная для многих городских центров) проблема - отсутствие парковки рядом (даже 3-4 минутная разгрузка и погрузка вызывала проблемы и раздражение соседей).

I had an incredible stay at Plamena’s home! The place was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could ever need. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making sure I felt right at home. The location was perfect for me.
