Das Haus ist absolut top, groß und perfekt gelegen, alles genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat nicht viel Arbeitsfläche aber dafür gibt es einen großen Esstisch 😉 beide Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll und riesig. Wir hatten ebenfalls das Problem bzgl. Wasser und WLAN aber Irene hat uns sofort geholfen, sodass das überhaupt kein Thema war, damit kann man in südlichen Ländern rechnen. Irene ist eine absolut vorbildliche Gastgeberin, flexibel und geht auf Wünsche ein, sodass wir die Möglichkeit bekommen haben früher einzuchecken und später auszuchecken, was für uns einfach klasse war! Liebe Irene, wir möchten uns nochmals für die immer schnelle Hilfe und Reaktionszeit bedanken und wünschen dir und deiner Familie alles Gute! Viele liebe Grüße von uns und bestimmt bis bald 🤗

Antonio hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen! Der Ort und die Lage des Hauses sind zauberhaft und sehr idyllisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und das Haus hat ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jacopo ! L’appartement est très beau, avec une vue incroyable sur le port et très paisible ! Jacopo nous a également permis de passer un très bon séjour grâce à son accueil et ses recommandations, merci encore 😊

Wir haben Eleonora als überaus zuverlässige und freundliche Vermieterin erlebt. Unkompliziert hat sie auch akzeptiert, dass uns ein Freund während des Aufenthalts besucht und als zusätzliche Person mit im Haus übernachtet hat. Das Haus liegt wunderbar abgelegen, inmitten der Natur mit herrlichem Blick bis zum Meer, was wir uns gewünscht hatten. Es war sehr hilfreich, dass wir von einem leicht zu findenden Treffpunkt extra abgeholt und zum Haus geleitet wurden. Somit konnten wir uns den Weg gut merken. Wunderbare Strände sind in ca. Min. mit dem Auto vom Haus aus erreichbar.

Propriétaire très attentionné, très disponible, très sympatique, de bon conseil. Seule remarque: le logement est vraiment petit, mais comme on est toujours dehors (terrasse, piscine), ce n'est pas grave.

There are no words to describe this place it is just magnificent. But if I had to try to describe it it is better than in the photos. You are totally cut of from noise and the rest of the world. It is a very private place with the best view I’ve ever experienced. Well private, you do have to share it a bit with donkeys and horses who come to say hello every morning :) The house has everything you need and there are some nice beaches around. We didn’t go for dinner once as we enjoyed staying in the house to much and watch the beautiful sunsets at the terrace. The host Filippo is very kind and helpful and made us feel is very welcome. Thank you Filippo :) We hope to come back one day to this amazing place.

Excellent séjour chez Paola, qui nous a accueilli en français. Le logement est bien situé par rapport à la ville comme pour rejoindre les villes périphériques. Mention spéciale sur la propreté du logement !

A nice apartment with a beach in walking distance and a cheap bus nearby. The host is very nice and helpful. From the place it is easy to explore all the surroundings of Alghero.

Notre séjour chez Marina Elena s’est très bien passé. L’appartement correspondait aux photos et était parfaitement propre. Le logement est facile d’accès et il est très facile de stationner dans la rue gratuitement. La mer est au bout de la rue à 200 mètres et le centre d isola rossa est à moins de 5 minutes à pied. L’appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et pour la plage. Je recommande.

Antonio’s place offers an authentic experience. The flat is very close to the castle, has everything you need for a great stay, beautiful views of the ocean from the bedroom window…it was perfect for our 3-day stay in Castelsardo. Antonio’s communication is also excellent - he helped out with several questions we had about the area and his place during our stay.

El alojamiento es perfecto ya que esta situado en una zona tranquila y cerca de la playa y del centro. El pueblito es precioso y tiene muchos restaurantes y bares. En cuanto al alojamiento tiene todo lo que necesitas. El frigorífico es un poco pequeño y el sofá cama un poco incomodo pero en cuanto a limpieza todo estupendo. La terraza es enorme y hay piscina. Hay ropa de cama y sabanas de sobra para todos. El baño es amplio con secador de pelo. La anfitriona nos regalo comida y bebida nada mas llegar y nos recomendó muchos sitios para visar. Fue muy amable con nosotras y muy atenta. Muchas gracias por todo.

Ottimo soggiorno, appartamento pulito e ben tenuto, dotato di ogni necessità per un soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole. Gli Host reattivi e disponibili. Davvero consigliato!

Maurizio's place was 100% perfect. It is actually much bigger than the pictures. There are two full size rooms and one smaller bedroom. Both bathrooms were good sized. The location was excellent- walking distance to restaurants, the castle, bars, etc. There is free parking at the apartment if you are able to get it - which we were. Otherwise lots of paid parking nearby. The apartment was FULL of amenities that were all in good condition. There is a clothes washing machine we used twice. There are SEVERAL BALCONIES that you can choose to relax on. The apartment was very sound proof when windows were closed. A/C worked great. There is a view of the sunset from the front patio. Maurizio was very responsive and made very clear that anything in the house was open for our use including the bottled water. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is very spacious and would be great for two couples.

Amazing place well worth it's price in a good location, the city of Badesi is a good place to explore the north half of the island.

Oh, vorige Bewertung war für ein anderes Haus ... Jetzt die richtige: Die Wohnung ist völlig ok mit privatem Parkplatz 5m vom Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt (150 m zum Zentrum) und zu unserer Urlaubszeit sehr ruhig. Das große "Ahhhhh" kommt auf der privaten Dachterrasse. Der Blick ist großartig und so manche Flasche sardischen Rotwein haben wir dort genossen. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung ! Karin&Robert

I don’t have to tell you that the view from the terrace was amazing. You can see that in the photos. What might not come across in the photos Is the tranquility an absolute meditative peace that descends upon one while sitting on the terrace with a morning cup of coffee and a bit of a Nosh… just letting the church bells wash over you. I’m not a morning person, but I found myself during my time at Derek’s, eagerly awakening, and rushing out to brew a cup of coffee and just sit in serenity. One could not ask for a better place to embrace, peace, and recharge. And I haven’t even begun to talk about all of the fun and interesting things to do in Castelsardo as well as the medieval town and the wonderful restaurants. My wife and I are digital nomads . We Airbnb quite a lot. There are so many places to see and so many things to do that. I never say I would come back again. Derek’s is one of the few exceptions.

El apartamento es precioso, tal y como se muestra en las fotografías. Todo estaba impecable, muy nuevo y muy limpio. La cama muy cómoda. La terraza, que me enamoró según vi las fotografías, no defrauda. ¡Es una maravilla! Perfecta para contemplar bonitos atardeceres o sentarte cómoda y tranquilamente a leer un libro. Y la guinda del pastel es Valentina, una anfitriona 🔝🔝🔝🔝. Siempre pendiente de hacer tu estancia lo más agradable posible. Por eso, días antes de la llegada te pregunta sobre tus preferencias a la hora del desayuno y si padeces alguna intolerancia/alergia alimentaria. En nuestro caso, me encontré con leche sin lactosa y zumo de naranja como le había pedido, además de muchos productos más (infusiones varias, café, azúcar, agua, cereales, cacao en polvo, huevos, fruta, pan de molde, etc. .... incluso unos dulces caseros típicos sardos!!). Durante la estancia también nos sorprendió con un bizcocho y unas tortitas recién hechas deliciosas y fruta fresca. ¡Para repetir!

Our stay was perfect! Aggie and Magda (cohost) were very friendly and provided all the helpful information. Apartment is beautiful, close to the breathtaking beaches, stores, etc. we enjoyed it so much!
