Everything was great! Walking distance to the beach, great ocean view. We were lucky enough to see whales and dolphins from the balcony! The place was clean and had everything we needed to make our selves at home and cook a few meals at home. Highly recommend!

Just a few miles south of downtown Hilo, Richard’s Lilikoi house is a great place to stay, especially if you want easy beach access. There are multiple beaches within walking distance, some with lifeguards. You feel like a local staying here. Richard provided lots of information on places to go and things to see and do. One warning - there is a rogue rooster that starts crowing around 4a (all the others wait until after 6a). 😜

The house was gorgeous, it matched the pictures and descriptions perfectly. At night it was very peaceful and just the most beautiful views every morning. My wife and I loved that it was so close to the best snorkeling that we've ever done and if you didn't want to do the hike to get to it there's plenty of rentable kayaks nearby. We also managed to see a mama humpback whale and her calf in the bay while we were relaxing on the lanai. Last thing I'll say is that the house was close to alot of local food places that all are highly recommended. When I plan my next trip to the Big Island I will definitely be looking to stay at this house again.

This home was just darling! Every single detail was thought about, from the welcome basket to the option of soaps in the bathroom and the extra towels in the closet! The host is wonderful; perfectly communicative and again; thoughtful in everything she does for her guests. The location was great; this corner unit is on the golf course with an easy walk to the little beach down the road. The golf course location is so peaceful too; we even walked down to the cliff to watch sunset multiple nights. It’s a calm and nature filled location, also easy walking distance to multiple restaurants. We truly loved our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Magic sands hosted by Sam and Connie! It is close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It had all the amenities listed and was clean. The beach next door was nice but on the smaller side at least when we were there late Feb/early March. It can get a little noisy with traffic and people walking by the unit as the door and window in the bathroom are louvered because there is no AC, but it was not excessive. Overall we had a great stay!

What an absolute blessing of a stay. A complete Gem of a place to stay AND a host. We couldn't be happier with where we were and how it felt to be there. Truly felt like home. Her kindness and generosity is unparalleled and anyone lucky enough to stay here should consider themselves blessed. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for home away from home.

The home was very clean and well organized and had everything we needed. The location was great and was close to the beach, Walmart, Costco and restaurants. Keisha was very helpful and she was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to return and stay at Keisha’s place again!

Just spent 4 nights here and I have to say hands down, the beds were amazing! We had some of the best sleep here. I'm not kidding. Believe the reviews about this! The unit was as described. The lights surrounding the home really helped us easily find it. We got in late and had a few questions, Daryl was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great extended weekend in your home. We felt safe and comfortable. Especially since we left early and came back late after spending time in Volcanoes NP and exploring the beautiful Big Island.

My husband and I loved our time at Nancy’s condo. The place was clean, very comfortable bed, fully stocked and nicely decorated. We slept great every night. The location was very accessible to walk to restaurants, shops and beaches. Nancy was very easy to get ahold of and always friendly. She was flexible in letting us check in early which was so nice to be able to arrive and go straight to the condo instead of waiting. We can’t wait to plan our next trip to Kona.
