Luanda Province : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Truly appreciated our stay in Luanda at Leonid’s place. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, much bigger than expected, and even more so by the pool outside, which wasn’t necessarily advertised when looking for a place to stay. The place was also clean both on the inside and outside. Leonid was very open and even allowed a visit before the stay, moreover, very good at communicating and being responsive to fix small issues/problems that came up in the house during our stay. It is in a residential area, which is rather quiet and secure. We also appreciated the maintenance staff that was available to help, as needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s planning a stay in Luanda.

My family and I had a very positive experience with this company, we found that the property was exactly as described and the images of the property displayed on the website was also very accurate. When we arrived we found that the pool was not usable due to some issues, however this issue was resolved the very next day. (The swimming pool is clean and well maintained although we didn’t get to use it much due to other activities we planned) The management team were very responsive and also contacted us from time to time making sure that everything was working properly within the property. (We felt welcomed and at home at all times) They have an amazing cleaning lady who cleans the property every couple of days she does her job very well and is polite , they also have a security guard in front of the building at night. (Which made us feel extra safe) Overall we are glad we chose this property to spend our time in Luanda and we would definitely use their services for our next visit.

A gorgeous house with a fantastic pool and excellent wifi coverage. I booked this house for me and my family so that we can spend Christmas altogether and in luxury. Florinda was extremely flexible and able to accommodate all our requests. I hope to stay again in the near future. The pool is excellent and well maintained. The house is spacious, all rooms have en suites and the TV area and couch is extremely comfortable. None of my family wanted to leave!

I had a short but pleasant stay at this T1 apartment in Luanda. It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The location is very convenient, close to a major crossroad, making it easy to navigate the city. While the proximity to the crossroad does make it a bit noisy at times, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a cozy and practical place to stay in Luanda!

Espaço corresponde exatamente à descrição. impecável! Fácil acesso às estradas principais, a pouquíssimos minutos da via expresso de Luanda. Lugar calmo e seguro, com uma excelente vizinhança. Relativamente à comunicação com o Hans, foi super proactivo e disponível à todo tempo. De foma geral, a minha estadia foi ótima, senti-me em casa. Ideal para ir com a família ou um grupo de amigos. Ainda deu para fazer um pequeno chorrasco no penúltimo dia da minha estadia. E o meu filhote adorou o espaço, o que para mim aumenta ainda mais o grau de importância da casa. Impecável! Não se hão de arrepender, excelente escolha...
